We had a $1,000 cake order for a big event — a cake and dessert spread that was meant to be a highlight for our guests. At the last minute, due to her car accident, none of it ever...
arrived. Not a single dessert was delivered.
She assured us we would receive a full refund, but instead of honoring that promise, she has blocked me on my cell phone and by email, cutting off all communication entirely. There has been no response, no accountability, and no effort to make things right.
This left us scrambling on the day of the event to find last-minute replacements and left a major gap in what should have been a memorable celebration. The lack of professionalism and courtesy is shocking.
