(Abel in the healthclub, Rudy the bellhop, and others) have been at the Ritz for over 25 years, which shows how they treat their team and guests. Everyone (front desk, cleaning staff, servers, concierge, bellhop and healthclub attendants) were customer centric and made sure our guests were pampered and served with professionalism. Additionally, the Ritz is in the perfect location of Chicago, close to the lake, shopping, and restaurants.

I would particularly like to compliment Brittany Bradford, the Director of Catering who, alongside the entire team, went above and beyond to ensure that everything ran seamlessly. Brittany was incredibly responsive throughout the entire planning process, and her presence at the event until the very end was truly appreciated. She provided a level of support that made me, as the planner, feel confident and reassured, knowing that every detail was being carefully handled.
The food was phenomenal, receiving rave reviews from the guests. Every course was timed to perfection, and the service was impeccable.
