I had my wedding at the Ritz in December and it was above and beyond what I ever imagined! Not only was the venue beautiful and spacious, but the staff and service throughout the e...
ntire experience was first class. The wedding coordinator and room coordinator were very responsive and accommodative throughout the planning process, and they made sure every detail was sorted out. My family and friends continue to say it was one of the best weddings they ever attended. Huge thanks to the Ritz!
Izabela and the entire Ritz staff were incredible. They treated our guests like royalty and covered every detail for our wedding. It speaks volume that many members of the staff ...
(Abel in the healthclub, Rudy the bellhop, and others) have been at the Ritz for over 25 years, which shows how they treat their team and guests. Everyone (front desk, cleaning staff, servers, concierge, bellhop and healthclub attendants) were customer centric and made sure our guests were pampered and served with professionalism. Additionally, the Ritz is in the perfect location of Chicago, close to the lake, shopping, and restaurants.
We got married here in January and I have nothing but amazing things to say. Izabela and the staff went above and beyond to make all my dreams come true. There were no details that...

As a wedding planner, I recently had the pleasure of hosting a wedding at the Ritz Carlton Chicago, and I must say, the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the...
moment I checked in, it was clear that every staff member—from the doormen to the front desk, from the banquets team to the valet—takes pride in what they do. Their passion and dedication to delivering top-notch service were evident in every interaction.
I would particularly like to compliment Brittany Bradford, the Director of Catering who, alongside the entire team, went above and beyond to ensure that everything ran seamlessly. Brittany was incredibly responsive throughout the entire planning process, and her presence at the event until the very end was truly appreciated. She provided a level of support that made me, as the planner, feel confident and reassured, knowing that every detail was being carefully handled.
The food was phenomenal, receiving rave reviews from the guests. Every course was timed to perfection, and the service was impeccable. The timing of the entire event was flawless, from the ceremony to the reception, and it was clear that the Ritz Carlton team knows exactly how to deliver an unforgettable experience.
I look forward to working with them again in the future.
