The most warm, elegant, professional experience from the beginning to the end. They worked with us on everything from dining accommodation to date change to contract negotiations. 10/10 recommend!

We had our wedding at the Ritz Georgetown in October 2021. From start to finish, we were blown away by the level of professionalism, care, kindness, and generosity of the staff. The space is enchanting. It's a small, boutique hotel, so our wedding was the only one of the weekend (very different from the larger hotels in DC that are veritable wedding MACHINES). That meant that the staff treated us like actual royalty from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The food was incredible thanks to Chef Ronnie. People always say the bride and groom never have time to eat during their wedding, or are too nervous and excited to eat. We certainly proved that idea wrong ... we weren't going to miss out on that delicious meal! Finally there's Liliana, the catering director and point of contact for event planning. The Ritz-Carlton Georgetown has a beautiful location and is immaculately maintained. But when we booked our wedding with them, I think it was largely because of the faith we had in Liliana based on the meeting we had with her while looking at venues. And boy were we right. She absolutely crushed it from start to finish. She turned our vision into a reality. The Ritz-Carlton Georgetown, and the Ritz in general, is always going to be a very special place for us.

We had our wedding at the Ritz during the fall of 2021, and were thrilled with our decision, Everything went as we hoped - the planning was seamless, Lilliana and the staff were great, and the actual event was perfect. We made the most of the Ritz's beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces for a very special, covid conscious evening. Highly recommend.

My wife and I had our dream wedding at the Ritz Carlton Georgetown last Fall. First of all, the space is stunning, both inside and out. The service that we received from the minute that we arrived until the minute we left was top notch. It was exactly what you expect from a Ritz. Lauren (the event organizer) was easy to work with and responsive. Our guests raved about the food and the drinks. John, the head bartender, made sure our specialty cocktails were perfect. And let me tell you - they were! The rooms and our suite was luxurious as well. Also of importance to us, as a same sex couple, we were treated respectfully and equally and the Ritz even left two female rubber ducks by our bath tub, which was a nice touch. We loved this venue so much that we cannot wait to go back again. Highly highly recommend the Ritz Carlton Georgetown.

PLEASE BE WARNED - DO NOT EXPECT RITZ Service at this location - - I had a HORRIFIC experience. The wedding coordinator forgot my bridal party and immediate family in a separate room during the ceremony. She told me the procession had already walked down the isle and were seated. During my ceremony I turned around and realized my entire family missed me getting married. The wedding coordinator apologized but there is no getting back that moment. Separate from that HUGE disaster - the service was horrible at the wedding, the meal was completely different from the tasting menu, they nicely upgraded my room and then charged me for the upgrade...
