I met with Jamie a week before my fiancé and I were supposed to travel to Tahoe and tour the Ritz as a potential venue and she said she'd have a proposal to us by that same evening...
around 11 p.m. Fast forward to six days later...I follow up via email and she responds saying I'll have it by tomorrow, but please go ahead and still come for the site tour. I still haven't received anything from Jamie another week later! As a bride, I can't commit my venue funds anywhere that can't even respond to my emails or send the deliverables they owe me. Tens of thousands of dollars were on the line there for them and they didn't care one little bit.
We got married at the Ritz and it was everything we dreamed it would be. The service is out of this world - they make you feel like a princess on your big day and it's absolutely w...

staff treated us like royalty! They were seriously so catering and went over and beyond making sure we were taken care of. One person who was an absolute dream to work with and was there every step of the way when planning my wedding here was Natasha Bugosh! She is amazing and really made our wedding exceptional! The Ritz were so easy to work with and made my guests want to come back again! Our wedding was perfection and I know it had a lot to do with the Ritz presentation and staff. I can't wait to go back to this beautiful place to celebrate our one year anniversary.
My husband and I hosted our destination wedding weekend at the Ritz-Carlton Lake Tahoe; and we are so glad we did! It was an amazing weekend shared by our family and friends.

resort is stunning, with beautiful amenities and a great location to all things Tahoe. Plus, Amber and Blanche went above and beyond to ensure our wedding was flawless and enjoyed by all of our out of town guests. The service that was provided was more than just good hospitality, the Ritz exceeded all of our expectations by ensuring all of our guests were comfortable and felt welcome.

njoyable. The appetizers, dinner entrees, and cake were so delicious, and my husband and I have received an outpouring of compliments from our guests on how much they enjoyed everything. Best. Venue. Ever.

e to worry about a thing, we just relaxed and enjoyed the entire weekend! Everything was flawless and ran seamlessly. Everyone from the valet to the front desk to the bell hop to the concierge to the ladies at the salon to the banquest captain and all our servers and bartenders knew who we were and knew how to take care of any request. Thank you so much to everyone at the Ritz!
