lunch to check it out and met with Martha to begin discussions about our vision for the wedding. Let me tell you, Martha was amazingly helpful and accommodating from the very beginning. She knew I wanted something completely stress free and she absolutely delivered. We decided on 4:00 appetizers and cocktails on the outside deck; 4:45 ceremony right there on the pier, followed by dinner and dessert inside. They also had a space inside in case of rain (which, thank God, we did not need). I ordered flowers for each table from a nearby florist who delivered. I wanted some simple decorations on the fireplace so the staff quickly cleared off all their décor to allow for mine. Guests have been raving about the food as it was delicious. The staff was amazing and remembered nearly everyone’s drink of choice and kept them coming. We reserved a room at the Blue Water Inn which is attached to the restaurant and has beautiful views of the water (affordable too). I can’t say enough about Martha and her ability to pivot with my every request and made the entire planning experience enjoyable and stress free!!

Every single person is welcoming, professional, helpful, and I can’t thank Melanie enough for her help. She responds very quickly to calls and emails, and is always so cool and collected, which definitely made us feel cool and collected too. Have I mentioned the food yet? The food was so freakin good. My husband and I are already planning on going back for anniversaries and special occasions. And it wasn’t just the head table that was taken care of; our guests only had 5-star reviews on the food and service that night. The venue is also perfect because it’s right on the water, there’s valet parking and a coat check, the Inn is super cute and affordable for out of town folks (and the king suite was perfect for getting ready and pictures)... I can’t think of a single thing that I didn’t like about this venue.
