The RME is a non-profit organization focused on music education and outreach in the Quad Cities and surrounding area, 100% of rental fees help to continue this mission. They were so easy to work with and allowed us to customize our wedding! I would highly recommend this venue!

What drew my husband and I to this wonderful venue was the fact they are a non-profit organization. Knowing our rental fee would be going back into our community was AWESOME! The second reason was we could hold our ceremony and reception all in one spot comfortably. The staff was great to work worth, very accommodating. We had a slight hiccup when the person we were working with left the company and we had to start over with the lay out of the tables for our reception when the new staff took over but it was very minor and they were trying their best to ensure we had a great day. The other great thing is we didn't have to know until the day before if we were holding a outdoor or indoor ceremony. Which allowed us to really watch the weather. Mot places make you decide with in the first couple of months of booking. Which is hard to do, or least for me it was.

Unique atmosphere for a wedding/reception — the area has a great bar/dance space, and also provides lots of space for people to get away from the party without going outside.

My husband and I loved everything about this venue for our wedding. I can't say enough good things about the coordinator, David. He met with me on multiple occasions and was always so helpful. My theme was very simple and modern and this downtown venue is so perfect! We got the choice to bring in our own caterer and even have David bring in my husband's favorite beer from the local brewery! Prices are very reasonable and all inclusive. Beautiful venue!

David at RME was so great! He kept in touch and was so easy to get a hold of. He answered all of our questions and was there every step of the way while we planned our ceremony and reception there. The prices were very reasonable and it was so great to be able to bring in your choice of caterers. We loved the look of the red stone room and didn’t need to decorate much which helped with our wedding costs. The location was perfect, right downtown and only a block up from the river. We couldn’t be more thankful for David and the RME for the best day of our lives.

We used the River Music Experience for both our ceremony and reception. We loved working with the RME staff; everyone was so nice and helpful. The staff was fantastic with setup and cleanup. I was so happy with the way everything turned out, and I wouldn't have changed anything about the RME.

The people at the River Music Experience were great! They truly wanted the best for myself and my husband. Very accommodating in all of the requests we had. Space was great for all ages. Room for kids to roam a bit and and very nice size bar!
