River Ranch Stockyards

Just absolutely the best people and best location for our wedding day. I couldn’t have asked for a better place and team. Thank yall

We had our rehearsal dinner for my son’s wedding at River Ranch Stockyards on May 10th, 2019! We are from San Antonio and weren’t familiar with Ft Worth options but narrowed down a few venues and visited them. This venue was perfect for what we were looking for. We decided to engage them and are very happy we did! We were very pleased at our face to face with the friendliness and helpfulness...that continued throughout the planning process and culminated at the event itself! Every little detail was addressed to beyond our satisfaction! The one concern we had was that although they offered us a tasting, we weren’t able to partake so we were bringing in all these family and friends and we weren’t sure how good the food really was! The single biggest rave we got from guests was how incredible the food was...and I concur completely! My only regret was that we gave my son and his groomsman the leftover food....and they finished it off overnight so I didn’t get any more of it! Seriously, incredible...definitely get the corn! I sincerely couldn’t recommend this higher...it really was that good and pleasant! Steve Barnes

If you're looking for a country chic or barn venue but have too big of a guest list, or even if you just don't want your guests to have to drive too far out of town, this is your venue. This venue is perfect for any size event and I can vouch that it will seat 430 comfortably in the big room.Kristin and her team at River Ranch were so incredible for our wedding. She was there to assist with any and all last minute details and was happy to help coordinate day-of. We did get tossed around to a handful of different event planners on staff through our planning over the last year. I will say, there were several personnel changes during my time in dealing with the staff at River Ranch and at times it was frustrating. But i persevered and put my faith in Kristin and she definitely pulled through for me. The staff the night of the wedding were there with smiles on their faces and ready to work.

We really enjoyed having our reception here in the Old Town Room. It was perfect for a "Texas" theme. We used their table center pieces which were super cute and they provided some appetizers and a full bar. We used off-site catering. My only complaint was that sometimes communication was a little tough, but everything came off without a hitch on the day of!
