The natural greenery with the rustic reception hall gave the venue a characteristic you rarely find elsewhere at this price! The venue also gave us so many different backgrounds for our wedding photos! Highly recommend!!

e day of. This was the perfect venue to allow my dream wedding to come true without having any restrictions on vendors. I was even able set up Friday instead of Saturday morning which allowed me to fully enjoy my day without stressing about someone else setting everything up. Lori was absolutely amazing at answering all my questions and is a dream to work with. I had 75 people and we did both the ceremony and reception in the indoor venue as I’m not an outdoor ceremony girl. Everything fit great and the staff flipped the ceremony space into the dance floor super easily. We used the outdoor ceremony space for our first look and there was lots of pretty spot for photos on the property even in March. We rented the house B&B for Friday and Saturday night and it made the weekend so enjoyable and convenient. 14 of use stay at the house and it was just a great weekend! Highly recommend!

Additionally, the open patios allow for a fun indoor/outdoor vibe for the receptions which was exactly what we were looking for. Belle Manor is also so beautiful and the perfect spot to get ready with your bridesmaids. While the venue itself is wonderful, what really sets RRC apart is Lori and her staff. Lori was so nice and easy to work with. While working with Lori, it was very clear how much she truly cares about each couple and wanting to set up the perfect day for you. She was organized and helpful/patient while answering my constant stream of questions throughout planning. She was so willing to work with us to help us bring our dream wedding to fruition. The vendors she suggested were also excellent and her list helped us to fill in the gaps we had. Everything was absolutely perfect for us at River Road Chateau and I am confident it will be for you too.

Lori even went as far as mosquito fogging the ceremony area an hour before the guests arrived, and not a biting bug was in sight! Our guests all loved the blooming gardens and butterflies galore! e can't say enough about them. Lori is hilarious and makes it so easy to ask her the 101 questions we all have as brides, because she truly cares about you and your wedding. RRC's ceremony meadow is like something out of dream. We had a late summer wedding and it was stunning with the amount of green we were surrounded with. There are so many incredible photo-opp locations throughout the property, that you'll be able to get a ton of unique shots. My bridesmaids and I got ready in Belle Manor that day, which made everything so comfortable - it's basically like staying in your own private house. My parents even spent the night there! The reception hall is incredible as well, with a delightfully Tuscan vibe. And all you have to do is open up the doors to the lit patio outside to help you cool off after working up a sweat dancing. Best. wedding. ever.

as a huge selling point for us, since I did not want to spend much time or money on decor. This venue doesn't need it! The venue manager, Lori, was soooooo great to work with. Always quick to respond, flexible and easy-going, and so friendly! I knew from the beginning that we were in good hands with her. Whenever I spoke with her, she made me feel like ours was their only wedding and highest priority, despite the fact we got married during one of the busiest months of the year. So many of our guests complimented the venue, commenting on how beautiful it was. I don't doubt that choosing this venue was one of the best wedding decisions we made!!

Ariel, the bride wished she could work for her, were she to live in the area.😄 We are grateful for a perfect experience, and have not a single complaint! his venue because it is simply perfect as is. If you don't have a dime to spend on any other decor, this venue will still be gorgeous on your big day. Chandeliers and stone everywhere! The staff is practically perfect in every way, providing care and attention to detail for your every need. All my questions were answered timely and sweetly, I was never treated as petty or a bridezilla. Lori had such patience with me, helping me move the tables exactly where I wanted them as Kathy did in driving me in my giant dress on the golf cart from the house to the ceremony meadow. AND if you have not yet seen Belle Manor, you need to! We were able to rent the house for our extensive out-of-town bridal party, making our wedding day preparations and aftermath comfortable and convenient. There was nothing better than leaving to my sparkler exit, walking over to the house with my husband, and being able to immediately get comfortable and relax. There are numerous factors that made me feel like a princess on my big day, but River Road is most definitely at the top of that list. Location, services, style, and staff are all impeccable and I would recommend them to anyone! p.s. They're Disney fans too, in case anyone is looking!

the ceremony started at 5:00 pm, the meadow was fine! The venue for the reception is beautiful and accommodated our 150 guests without feeling crowded. The evening was nice enough to have the buffet out on a side patio and this also made a nice area for guests to visit. Lori and her staff were beyond the best to work with!!! They were pleasant, professional, and present throughout the reception to make sure things were running smoothly. The staff was a huge help getting things packed up and cleaned up. When we returned from the bride and groom send out, basically all our things were on two tables in the back which made it easy and quick to load. Another benefit to River Road Chateau is the Guest House on the premises. It was so relaxing to be on site the whole day of the wedding and not worry about having to load up and go anywhere. My daughter chose to get ready in the bridal suite at the house instead of the venue, and this made getting ready very relaxing. I highly recommend staying in the house! Lori has worked hard on a vendor list, and we used everyone she suggested and were VERY pleased. Our guests loved the food, complimented the DJ, and the bar was very reasonable! From food to security, Lori’s recommendations were outstanding. The whole weekend was truly enjoyable and perfect, we wouldn’t have changed a thing!

Not many beautiful places can accommodate horses in your wedding, but River Road Chateau went out of their way to accommodate our horses. The wedding meadow is tucked in a nook of the property down a short path, across a wooden bridge over a creek bed, and nestled in the trees. That beautiful pathway passes by gorgeous Italian gardens (in which you could choose to have your wedding) and, after you cross over the bridge, then leads you through double doors and down to the altar complete with wooden arch, crystal chandelier and, now, hitching posts off to the side, for those horses! On the other side of the wedding meadow is a beautiful, wide open pasture which made for amazing photographs with the wedding party, bride and groom all on horseback! Wait! There is more! Did I mention the fact that our groom and his family were from out of town and we needed accommodations for them close by? Not a problem for River Road Chateau! Right on the premises they have the most beautiful plantation style house newly remodeled and furnished to accommodate 15 guests with a living room and kitchen. It was so nice to be able to rent that lovely home instead of having to put everyone up in cold hotel rooms. The master suite is decorated in a beautiful silver/grey décor. It was so gorgeous we decided to use it for the bridal party to get ready in, instead of the beautiful bridal room that is available down in the reception hall. The reception hall also has a wonderful groom’s dressing area which our groom and his groomsmen hung out and dressed in. The Reception Hall also has beautiful chandeliers, gorgeous antique French entry doors, lots of side doors that can be slid open to reveal the two outdoor, covered patios your guests can over flow to in beautiful weather, a fabulous kitchen and bar area, and guest bath rooms. I really loved that part of the rental included glass water goblets and wine glasses and tables and chairs for 200 guests, among other details. Wait, there is more! Did I mention how amazing Lori, Krysti, Larry and the staff were? Absolutely incredible, from beginning to the very end. There wasn’t a moment that they were not on top of, making sure that my job was as smooth and easy as possible. They loved the horses and nothing about their needs intimidated them. We stretched everything to the limit but you would never have known that. The details of the day were turned over to them and I never had to worry about a thing because they took care of every detail. I was able to spend my time with my daughter and family while they made sure everything ran smoothly. They promised us the wedding of our daughter’s dreams, and they delivered! I can’t imagine having our wedding at any other venue! Thank you, Larry, Lori and Krysti!

They continue to make improvements to the grounds and each time they sent us an update, we were more and more impressed. When we had a last minute ceremony change to plan b indoors due to monsoon downpours, Lori was right there to make sure we felt at ease and happy with the indoor setup. It actually turned out more beautiful than I ever could have imagined and worked out perfectly. This was by far the easiest and BEST vendor decision we made for our wedding and we couldn’t be happier with how it all played out. Thank you SO MUCH to River Road Chateau for helping to make our wedding a truly magical experience that we will never forget!

Throughout planning, she was always quick to respond to my questions (and I had at least 1000). When it got closer to the wedding, we met our event manager (not to be confused with a wedding planner), Lori. She helped me walk through the layout and made great suggestions. On the wedding day, she was able to answer all of my questions and when I wanted something tweaked, she was able to help make it happen. I loved working with her, too! I also love that the venue is so versatile. Our wedding was a little more modern and glam but it still looked beautiful in the country setting. We went to just about every Open House that they had and managed to pick almost all of our vendors that way, and they were all fabulous, too! I would 110% recommend this venue to another bride!

wedding. Above all we wanted a stress free day at a place that would amplify our special day and we got all of that and more. Krysti was incredibly flexible with allowing me and my planning crew come by the venue when we needed. She gave us great ideas and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. The owners are wonderful. I felt that they were focused on making sure we all had a great experience. The venue is so beautiful and every time we came by, some new garden appeared or new décor was added. Here are some highlights from our wedding at RRC: • Brides Room: I loved getting ready in that room with my bridesmaids. Everyone had a mirror and was helping each other out with makeup and hair styles. • The Meadow: Strait up MAGICAL. When we were saying our vows, a family of butterflies started landing on the preacher and the arch way. It was an incredible! • Grand Hall: Plenty of space to dance and my DJ even tapped into their screen projector playing awesome music videos and we even had a slide show of old photos going. • The House on Property: Such a great asset to my wedding day! I am so glad we booked that. My family was able to get ready there and have a lovely lunch before the wedding. It was so awesome to party it up at the banquet hall and then walk across the yard to an extremely comfortable bed!

There are options for your ceremony and we chose to have it outdoors and then the reception inside. However, the weather had other plans. Thankfully, the team at River Road Chateau was fully prepared. Our ceremony was moved indoors and it was beautiful. Prior to the wedding the bride and groom have their own separate rooms that are set up just the way a bride would want (tons of mirrors!) and just the way the groom would want (TV with DirecTV). Both my husband and I were very happy with our wedding day, it was exactly as we expected after touring the property with Krysti from River Road Chateau. It was as stress free of a wedding as you can have. Whether you are having your first wedding or like us, a second wedding with a ton of kids, River Road Chateau will accommodate. The bottom line is, the facility and the team at River Road Chateau will make you feel like you have a team of wedding experts who have one goal, giving you the best wedding they’ve ever done. lled, she got me up there to see the venue right away! Krysti let me come to the venue anytime to show my family, plan for the wedding, and I also took my engagement photos there! This made me feel very special, and I loved visiting the location. Krysti is awesome! She started to feel like family. She kept us all informed throughout their renovation of the guest house next door, and all the new additions to the venue. She has done a great job! The place looked great to begin with, but with all the new additions the owners and herself added, it has made it even more beautiful! I want to go back one weekend to stay at the guest house! I fell in love with the outdoor ceremony space! All week, it was %100 chance of rain when my wedding was supposed to start, but when it came down to the day, it wasn't raining... yet! I was freaking out, and Krysti knew I wanted it outside. I was so pleased with how well she did with preparing for both scenarios, and making sure I was happy. I was able to have my wedding ceremony outside, and it was perfect! I love the vibe the place puts off. Many of our guests told us it was the most fun wedding they have ever been too- everyone had enough room to dance, and we danced all night! I love the patio's, with the twinkly lights. I love the get ready rooms, and the views of the pastures surrounding. I guess you can say, I LOVE The River Road Chateau, and thank you Krysti, Larry, and everyone who helped make my day everything I ever wanted! I can't wait to visit again, and check all the new additions out!

able. During the planning process, Krysti did an outstanding job of working with us to answer our questions and to share ideas/suggestions that would work best at this venue. The beautiful meadow and chateau was perfect for our wedding plans. We found that there were very little decorations required since the venue was already very well appointed, specifically for wedding events. The new owners have also completed many upgrades inside and out that have improved this venue even further. On the day of the wedding, we were faced with the worst possible weather forecast given that we planned to hold the ceremony outside in the meadow. For weeks, the forecast was calling for all day rain. On the actual day of the event, the rain held off until the planned start time of the wedding ceremony. We did have to ask our family to return to the Chateau for about 30 minutes and then we reset once the rain stopped. The River Road Chateau went over and above to accommodate this change and we were able to have the ceremony outside and it was perfect. The reception was held within the Chateau and we found that this worked out great given the many accommodations – plenty of space inside and out, warming kitchen, tables, chair, linens, etc. Weddings and receptions can be difficult to plan, but this process was simplified due to the amenities of the venue and the helpfulness of the staff. After the wedding and reception, the bridge and groom commented that it was a perfect wedding – that is all that matters.

Krysti was so accommodating, kind, supportive, and helpful in every way! She was always ready to share any ideas she had as well as help my ideas and dreams come to reality. Krysti made it a very personal experience, one that was focused on the excitement of the day, although she was always on top of things and very reliable concerning business as well. She was wonderful and so fun to work with! The venue itself was absolutely gorgeous. We had our ceremony outside and only needed minimal decorations as the beauty of the wedding meadow was enough. After the ceremony, we moved inside the chateau for our reception and guests seemed to love mingling around the indoor/outdoor feel of it. We have received (and are still receiving!) countless compliments about how beautiful and special it was and how helpful the staff was. RR was the perfect place for my husband and me to celebrate our most special day. It was truly a fairytale. Thank you to Krysti and the rest of the staff at RR for helping to make that day one that we will treasure forever!

The day of my wedding, everyone was very kind and friendly towards me (the bride), but all the event staff were very rude to my mom, my groom, and my guests. I heard Marilyn (our on site "manager" for the day) snap at my mom and someone helping is set up. Very unprofessional. At one point the old owners came by and disappeared with Marilyn for close to an hour while we were trying to frantically finish setting up. Unacceptable. Vendors were late and instead of the venue, who had all the contact info by the way, calling to check for us, I physically watched Marilyn make my mom call all of them. This is also unacceptable. I feel it is common sense that the mother of the bride has enough on her plate that day, and to make her do YOUR job is not only lazy but rude. What was the point of hiring you guys and having an onsite event manager if all she was gonna do was supervise and order us around as if she hired us? That is completely unacceptable. We were not rowdy, we are a well behaved bunch and we were there from 9am to 12am. We were not there outside of our rented time, and everything was cleaned up. I am so sad that such a gorgeous venue had the audacity to act so mean on my one special day. The venue is truly beautiful and is an awesome place to get married but your staff make it an ugly place. I am very very disappointed that we spent all this money to be treated that way. I will not be referring anyone to your venue for any event

rge oaks. Our 200 guests enjoyed the luscious setting. The reception was held in the gorgeous chateau. The tables were beautifully adorned with the champagne table clothes and decorations that we rented from the venue. It was nice to have so many choices of decorations to use from the well-stocked storage area. The reception hall took my breath away when I walked in for the he first time after it was decorated! The Hulceys did such a lovely job explaining everything about the property and walking us through each step we needed to take for our daughter's special wedding day. The experience was truly more beautiful than we could have ever dreamed! Thank you, dear Hulceys!

personable. This is their home business and they live in a house on the property. I appreciated feeling like I was working with people rather than a company front. I also liked that it was far enough away from a city that it felt like our party was the only thing going on, rather than being in the middle of a city and hearing traffic going by. You can rent tablecloths as well as other décor directly from Jessica (she and her husband, Wade, are the owners). I also appreciated that we had the venue for the whole day—from 8am until midnight. It got set up in the morning, we left for the wedding, and came back for the reception. We didn’t have to worry about sharing the venue with another group or being rushed to leave for the next event. If you’re a fan of “rustic elegance” I would recommend booking River Road Chateau.

The Hulcy family and their staff know how to help make your wedding day a success and have everything you need to add the final touches if you need them. They will put you at ease and answer your questions along the journey and on the day of the wedding, help create the wedding you dreamed of and more. Look over all of their vendors too, we used a few of them and were not disappointed either. My husband and I have received compliments about the services provided by the caterer and entertainment every day since the wedding. My favorite part about the day of my wedding was when Jessica prayed with me before the ceremony...she helped put me at peace. We love them and will always recommend them to anyone looking for the affordable, beautiful, romantic setting they want on their wedding day.

The reception hall is tastefully appointed with rustic country flare that makes any occasion feel welcoming and inviting. When we arrived, we were seated in this beautiful building and that was set up for the reception. The whole cerimony was done in the building along with the reception. It was elegant and atmospheric! We enjoyed the indoor space as well as the lovely patios and grounds. This location is an ideal place regardless of weather! So much fun!

To our disappointment, it was rainy and cold the day of the wedding, so it had to be be moved indoors. Jessica called first thing that morning to let us know of the news. By the time we got there that afternoon, all of the chairs and tables were moved from the meadow and set up in the Chateau! They were ready for us to come right in and help create our beautiful winter wonderland that we had envisioned! The day of the wedding was stress free and magical. The staff was wonderful, the grounds were gorgeous, and we were very well taken care of throughout the process and on our special day. I HIGHLY recommend.
