River Run Lodge

The owners communicated well and answered all of our questions quickly. The venue's team did a great job of setting up the table arrangements, as well as handling the bar service seamlessly. One of the things we appreciated most was how much was included (tables, chairs, place settings, etc.) in the contract, which made the planning process less stressful. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our special day, and we recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-run, and caring wedding venue.

and mountains, a beautiful wrap-around deck, a green lawn perfect for photos and lawn games, and wall-to-wall windows that brought in so much natural light. It fit our vibe perfectly: stunning and elegant, yet still relaxed and welcoming. I was also so impressed with their pricing and everything that was included — tables, chairs, linens, high-top tables, lawn games, and outdoor seating. It made planning so much easier and such an amazing value compared to other venues we looked at. The owners were a huge reason we chose this place. They were incredibly genuine, helpful, and easygoing from day one. Always quick to respond, super accommodating, and just wonderful to work with. My husband is a tequila connoisseur and really wanted a specific brand, and they went above and beyond to work with his friend (who owns local liquor stores) to make it happen. They truly made our wedding day so special. Everything was perfect, and we’re forever grateful for them and their beautiful venue!

well with our wedding planner. They were accommodating with venue visits and meetings as we were from out of town. They also provided some great ideas for how to set up the space and make sure everything flowed nicely. The drink tasting was wonderful. Zach makes some great cocktails. The whiskey basil and habanero margarita were big hits for an 80-degree October afternoon. The bridal suite was a good size for 6-7 people and for hair and makeup to get ready in. There is a nice upstairs area for people who want to step away from the main wedding floor and party. And there were heat lamps on the outside deck which were nice to hang out by in the evening. The fact that River Run included tables, linens, outdoor/indoor seating, and utensils was great so we didn’t have to go through any other vendors. The bar service was wonderful; Zach was out there during cocktail hour and all night tending to guests getting all the compliments on his cocktails. Emily and Zach were also friendly and a joy to be around throughout the whole process and in such a beautiful location.

ught it was one of the most beautiful places in Central Oregon.
