rying to contact them a week before my event, but I was already in contract and hoped for the best. When my husband and I got there, the food was ice cold and the room was 56 degrees. The manager was incredibly rude and should not be in any customer service role. When we told him the thermostat was 57, he lied to our faces and told us that it was, in fact, “not a thermostat” (it was clearly a thermostat and when we turned the heat on he turned it back off). We paid $1000 for the worst food I’ve ever seen served to humans - my husband and I didn’t even eat any of it. When we asked for new food, they replaced it with trays that were even colder. Our guests couldn’t take their jackets off the entire time and everyone ended up leaving early. There was an inch of dust on the ceiling fans and they did not even have enough coffee cups to accommodate everyone. Do not book them. I will definitely be reporting them to the health department.

dinner of 65, and River Station exceeded our expectations. The food was amazing, the staff were professional and quick, and all of our guests were pleased with the location. It was incredibly convenient that we could pay the evening of via credit card - so much easier than getting a bank check or paying in cash.

hey enjoyed the food, that the quality of the food and at the amount of food provided for both the cocktail hour and the reception was great! The River Station staff handled the set up and breakdown of my reception with efficiency and expertise. They especially took care of our cake serving ware and toasting glasses, making sure that I was hand delivered them at the end of the reception. Most appreciated since these items hold high sentimental and cost value equally!!I We even had a next day brunch at the restaurant itself for our guests and was very impressed with the selection the restaurant had displayed for all to enjoy. I would recommend them to anyone who enjoys good food and service!
