If I'm honest, my wife and I weren't sure at the start of our wedding planning if we were going to hire a videographer - but I'm so glad we did, and that we chose Andrew! His video captured everything we loved about that day - not just the ceremony, the speeches, and the dances, but the looks we gave each other and the laughter we shared with our guests. He blends together the audio and the visuals artfully to make it something actually enjoyable to watch, not just a rote recap. Andrew was easy to work with and I'd recommend him wholeheartedly!

Originally, my husband and I were going to skip videography for our wedding, thinking that it was a good way to save money and that we wouldn’t miss it. But the further we got into planning the more I realized I wanted to capture as much of the day as possible, knowing it would fly by. In looking for a vendor, our main goal was to find someone who matched our style. I had seen so many cheesy looking videos that felt staged and used too much soft focus and overly sappy music. But then we found River Story, and we’re so happy we did! Andrew’s natural style and fly-on-the-wall approach was exactly what we were looking for. He was great to work with—super friendly and responsive. On the day of the wedding he somehow melted into the background, so that we forgot he was there. He sent us our highlight video 3 weeks after the wedding (!) and the full length version just a few days later. We also got the raw footage on a usb. We have watched the highlight video many times at this point, and we were so happy to have the full length video to show my grandmother who was unable to be there on the day itself. (We have also enjoyed watching a lot of the raw footage—it’s amazing the stuff you miss at your own wedding!) Thank you, Andrew, for capturing our day so beautifully!!

We were so impressed with our wedding videos Andrew created!! They are simply beautiful. He captured every special moment of our day! He was so easy to work with and very accommodating with requests I had for the video. We received our full-length wedding video only a month after our wedding! We were just shocked at how quick of a turnaround it was. Our families and friends have told us over and over again how beautiful our videos were! Andrew and Keith were fantastic on our wedding day and went above and beyond! They truly are "flies on the wall" and helped my husband and me feel natural and, honestly, totally candid. I love their cinematic style, which is also incredibly elegant. Andrew really sees the most beautiful, tender moments of your special day and captures them effortlessly. There is also a rather gentle quality in his work that conveys the tenderness of new beginnings and love. We are very happy to have had Andrew and Keith on our special day and will be sharing our videos with our own children one day soon!

We are SO glad we chose River Story Weddings for our videographer. Comparative to what we saw, Andrew has sharp pricing but provides extremely high quality! He and Ryan were so great on our day. First off, you don't really notice their presence..in a good way! They were able to capture our day so so so well and we got our highlight video and full video within a week of our wedding! Both Andrew and Ryan were so pleasant to work with, easygoing, but still provided such amazing suggestions that played out so well when we saw them in the video. I cannot recommend Andrew, and River Story Weddings enough. For me, the videography was one of the most important parts of remembering the day, and when we watched it back we laughed, cried, smiled, and overall were just so grateful that we chose River Story Weddings. I would definitely recommend river story weddings to anyone for their wedding. We decided very last minute that we really wanted a videographer but didn't have the biggest budget. Andrew was very accommodating and willing to work with us. He was very responsive during the planning process and very unobtrusive on the actual wedding day which was important to us. In the end, he quickly delivered us a beautifully edited and color graded video. We couldn't be happier!

Andrew was great on our wedding day. He showed up early and caught so many of our special moments. He was unobtrusive and you could hardly tell he was there filming every second. We were so glad we went with the 30-minute package. His packages are a great price for what's included and he made a slight edit we asked him to after the videos were done. I love his editing compared to other videographers who I find cheesy - Andrew uses a good music selection and keeps the focus on the moments. Very responsive and highly recommended!

High quality for a reasonable price! Andrew was a pleasure to work with and was responsive throughout the process. We were pleasantly surprised when he provided the highlight video the next day and full raw footage within a week. He also provided full audio of our band’s performance, which we hadn’t been expecting. I would recommend River Story Weddings for anyone looking for a wedding videographer.

We worked with Andrew of River Story Weddings for our 9/9/17 wedding and it was an excellent decision. We initially didn’t think we had the budget for a videographer so it was one of the last decisions we made and Andrew made it so easy for us! We love love love our highlight and full video and LOVED watching the raw footage as well. Having this video is priceless and hiring RSW was one of our best decisions. Don’t skip the videographer! It’s the best way to relive your best day! You’ll see so much that you didn’t even know happened on the day!

Andrew was seriously a pleasure to work with! He was communicative during the planning phase, and captured a ton of great footage during our wedding without being the least bit intrusive. We were a pretty rowdy bunch and I was worried Andrew wouldn't get any good footage, but he miraculously did! Our trailer was absolutely perfect! I also asked for some edits to our full-length video, which Andrew graciously accommodated within a few days. Highly, highly recommend!

Andrew and his team did a fantastic job, and we could not be happier. We were blown away by his ability to capture our day and brought to life the moments and feelings we all had. Andrew truly delivered! We did the standard, " oh we don't need video" and then realized last minute that it was important and luckily we made a match (and luckily there was an open available, serendipitous day) with Andrew and River Story Weddings videography! We literally could not be happier with the ease of communication and the final videos: highlight, full cut, and DVDs for our parents too. He is a professional through and through and the cinematic quality, angles, sound cuts, and music matched the vibe of our wedding 100%. Happy laughs and tears of joy, and memories to keep forever. My wedding was this past May on the 20th. When I first started to plan my wedding I hesitated and debated if it was important to have a cinematographer for my wedding. I was trying to be aware of my cost and stay within a budget. I finally went with a decision to go with one and the first person I found was Andrew at River Story Weddings. I instantly fell in love with his work and I am so glad I picked Andrew. His attention to detail and the time he put into my highlight video and full video truly show. From start to finish, Andrew was absolutely wonderful to work with! My daughter got married in Kingston, NY this July.
