River View Ranch is a beautiful private wedding venue found in the Shasta Valley of Siskiyou County, CA. Susan and her husband, John, are the proud new owners of this gorgeous ranch. They are both born and raised in the Golden State and welcome you and your guests to the perfect picturesque setting for your wedding or special event. Here, in the foothills of Mt Shasta, you will be close to town and yet feel like you're miles away and enjoying the quiet, peaceful atmosphere! Surrounded by 702 acres of lush grasses and the raw landscape of the hills, river, and pond, River View Ranch features a selection of awesome indoor and outdoor spaces. Outside, there is a hilltop ceremony location with 360* views where you can use our homemade wooden benches and rustic arch or set up your own chairs and decor. Down below the hilltop ceremony location is a grassy meadow where you will often see scattered Angus cows, a river with a wooden bridge, and a pond that is graced with ducks and geese. And, of course, in the distance, there are the towering mountains that encircle the horizon and provide a paradisiacal place for your special ceremony. For your interior options, we have an adorable 10x20 tiny house and a newly constructed 2100 sq ft barn for your rehearsal dinner, ceremony, or reception. This is a newly developed ranch that is in the first stages of construction with so many ideas and plans to continue development in the near future! For your big day, you will have access to various items on-site to help make the look of your event even more captivating.
