Riverbend Events

We used Riverbend Events for our May 2025 wedding reception. The team was amazing, flexible, and personable. You can tell they really care about their guests and like what they do. From meeting with us at evening times to go over details pre-wedding, taking calls to answer questions and problem-solve, and running a large reception in the rain, they were fantastic from start to finish. On our particular wedding day, a huge thunderstorm came down shortly before guests arrived. The storm blew two auxiliary tents the venue had set up for catering and a children's play area clear into the woods. Our guests never knew because the Riverbend team took care of it. They were also so flexible and kind with exceptional requests such as camping for guests, dogs on site, and Greek plate smashing. We felt taken care of from beginning to end and are so grateful we chose them for our wedding.

I can hardly believe it’s already been a year since I said “I do” at Riverbend Events! As the very first bride to celebrate at this beautiful venue, I’m excited to share just how special my experience was and how the magic of that day still resonates with us. From our very first meeting, Mandy and Greg's laid-back persona made planning our wedding feel like a breeze. They welcomed us with open arms and genuinely wanted to help us create the day of our dreams. Their passion and warmth made all the difference! The staff at Riverbend Events were absolutely phenomenal. Their friendliness and attentiveness throughout the day ensured everything went off without a hitch. It felt less like a formal event and more like a gathering of friends, which was exactly what we wanted! We chose one of their recommended food vendors, Fire & Smoked Wood Fired BBQ, and I can’t rave enough about how amazing the food was. Every dish was delicious and beautifully presented, with many guests commenting (even to this day!) that it was the best wedding meal they’d ever had. They truly exceeded our expectations! Our photographer, Igilner Photography, also recommended by Riverbend, was a dream to work with. She captured every moment so perfectly, from candid shots to stunning portraits, leaving us with memories that we’ll cherish forever. The photos truly reflect the joy and love of that day. Celebrating our one-year anniversary has brought back all those wonderful memories, and I’m so grateful to Riverbend Events for providing such a beautiful setting and experience for our wedding. If you’re considering this venue for your special day, I wholeheartedly recommend it! You won’t be disappointed!
