We had our wedding reception at Riverchase Country Club, and it was absolutely wonderful. The venue was beautiful, the staff was attentive and professional, and everything ran smoothly throughout the evening. From the planning process to the reception itself, the team was easy to work with and helped make our day feel stress-free and special. The venue was a beautiful place for celebrating with our family and friends, and we received so many compliments from our guests. We are so grateful to the staff at Riverchase Country Club for helping make our wedding day memorable. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding and/or reception venue!

My daughter’s wedding reception at Riverchase CC was wonderful! From the initial planning stage to the clean up everything was handled by the entire staff as if it was someone important to them getting married. Becca B took care of coordinating the evening requiring little outside help. From the menu planning, food tasting, room set up, coordinating with the other vendors and the day of she did it all!! She was always available for any questions and responded back in a timely manner. The food was so yummy!! Guests are still talking about how good it all was. Riverchase has a wonderful chef!! They have a good variety of food items to choose from. The servers were attentive but almost like they weren’t even there. Quietly and quickly serving our guests. The ballroom has had a recent facelift and was beautiful! If you are looking for a does it all kind of venue that is very elegant this is your place. Oh yeah, they have ample parking and a covered portico for drop off at the door.

I got married on 1/3/2025 and it truly was such an amazing experience. The whole staff catered to us so well and I especially loved working with Becca, but truly the entire staff. ...

The place accommodated nutritional needs very well and was so flexible with whatever we requested. They orchestrated our wedding day so well and we’re adaptable when changes needed to be made. Most importantly, they supported us and made us feel like it was truly our special day! As I said, we got married in January and our photos still looked beautiful because of the golf course with the ponds near the club. I’m so thankful for my experience and the whole wedding planning process was so easy with them. I would highly recommend RiverChase to anyone who wants to get married at a country club, or just locally to Birmingham. Thank you to RiverChase staff for being so amazing, Noah and I appreciate you!!

each and every detail was perfect. The food is still talked about to this day by my friends and family (especially the shrimp & grits)! When our getaway car went to the wrong venue, RCC quickly decorated a golf cart so that we had a great backup plan. It has been almost six years, and there have been many weddings since ours, but our friends still talk about the night we got married and we owe that to our amazing vendors, including RCC! Since we were married, my sister also got engaged and married and chose to have her reception at RCC as well. They have an incredible, on-staff event coordinator - Lexie Watkins. She is the most incredible person to work with and does an outstanding job making sure each detail is carried through to fruition. Thank you to RCC for making our wedding dreams come true.

pful. There was some fear of getting things done and set up and not only did her staff step up, but so did some of the club's members! Talk about service! The food was off-the-chain! All our guests kept raving about the food and how beautiful the venue is (even the bathroom is gorgeous). My biggest things when looking for a venue was cost, how it looked, services included and a special events director who wasn't stiff and boring-- I know that last one sounds weird but I did not want to work with someone who wasn't upbeat and excited about "my" wedding. I got all those things from Riverchase Country Club! Would recommend any day!

g that she was leaving and the wedding day would be HER last day. The day of went really well. All the food was perfect. Everything was beautiful. The only thing was that the second events coordinator had been putting all of our cards in her office, which had been unlocked. Everything was stolen out of her office. Not sure by who. It took a while for the management to do anything, but they finally credited our account for the amount we KNEW was missing. (People had told us the amounts they left after they heard what happened.) But after that, we still had people ask if we received their check and the club didn't want to stretch this out over any additional accounting periods. Again, overall, I'm happy we went with this club. I just wish they would have been more mindful about keeping her office secure when they knew cards/money were in there.

ering managers 1 month before the event, the new manager was able to pick up right where I left off. The food is delicious and at a very reasonable price. They have linens, but they didn't iron them before setting the tables. The club is nice and elegant. Everything flowed very well on the day of. I would recommend this facility.
