From the moment we began planning our wedding, we knew we were in good hands with Melody and Riverhouse Lodge. Every detail was flawlessly handled, and the process was surprisingly...
stress free thanks to their expertise and dedication.
Melody was an absolute dream to work with! She was incredibly organized, patient, and always available to answer our questions or offer creative solutions. Her attention to detail was unmatched and she truly understood our vision and made it come to life better than we could have imagined. From vendor coordination to timeline management, everything flowed seamlessly.
As for Riverhouse Lodge, we couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful setting for our special day. The outdoor garden space was beautiful and created the perfect nature setting that Bend is known for. From the rock formations and pine trees, along with the river below it was truly stunning. Our guest were blown away by how perfectly suited the space was for both ceremony and reception. The layout was perfect and the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly.
The food was absolutely phenomenal!!
Not only is Riverhouse Lodge a beautiful venue but they also have such amazing food. We received so many compliments from our guests on how delicious and beautifully presented everything was. From cocktail hour appetizers to the dinner courses, everything was bursting with flavor and cooked perfectly. The culinary team worked with us to create a menu that reflected our tastes, and also worked within dietary restrictions for some of our guests.
Together, Melody and Riverhouse Lodge created an unforgettable wedding day that exceeded all of our expectations. If you’re looking for a coordinator, venue, and food that will make your dream wedding a reality, look no further. We couldn’t recommend them more highly!
Thank you for making our day so magical!!
Outstanding service, food and location. Highly recommended!
I recently celebrated my post-wedding brunch at currents river house and it was a truly exceptional experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfectly complementing the jo...
yous occasion. The staff went above and beyond, offering impeccable service with a genuine smile. The menu featured a delightful array of dishes, each beautifully presented and deliciously prepared. The attention to detail in both the food and the setting made our brunch memorable and special. I highly recommend currents and the river house for any celebration or special gathering.
The venue was beautiful, the crew was amazing to work with. Food was excellent. Can't recommend enough
We got married at the Riverhouse in April and it was a perfect experience. We were initially going to do a backyard wedding and quickly into the planning process realized how much ...
work it was coordinating a bunch vendors and figuring out who would do what on the day of. That all changed when we decided to switch our venue to the Riverhouse. They simplified everything! Here's the highlights:
(1) Melody is amazing. She's the Convention Services Manager and guides the couple through everything they need to know about the venue and coordinates on the day. This was great as she was in touch with our vendors, helped determine the timeline for the day, ran the rehearsal, and made sure everything ran smoothly the day of. She's got years of experience running events and it shows.
(2) They have delicious food that comes with your venue. All of our guests raved about how good it was. We went with the plated option as it was so nice for our guests to be able to served at their table AND it was cheaper than the buffet.
(3) They set-up all the tables, chairs, linens, place settings and can assist with other items so that on the day of you can come in and add your personal items. That saved us so much time to know that we weren't needing to coordinate a large group to get everything in place. They also take everything down, which was AMAZING to not have to do at the end of the night.
(4) It's really convenient for guests to be able to stay at the same venue as the wedding. Our guests really enjoyed that. We also did their brunch option the next morning and it was so great to get everyone together to say goodbye and once again the food was so good!
We would definitely recommend the Riverhouse and looking forward to coming back for a visit on a future anniversary.
The team at Riverhouse on the Deschutes was, as said in the title, absolutely incredible. I cannot say enough amazing things about everyone. From Nicole who walked us through what ...
everything may look like and cost, to our amazing Riverhouse wedding coordinator, Melody, who was my right hand through all of the planning and the executing of our fabulous wedding day, even to the on-site staff for our stay at the Riverhouse before and after the wedding day. If my husband and I could live this wedding again 100 times over, we absolutely would. Every person does everything they can do be understanding and accommodating in order to provide the very best experience and wedding possible. I am eternally grateful to everyone at the Riverhouse and loved them before this experience, but now I am head over heels in love.
