We are family owned and operated and serve the Jacksonville, Fl area and all of North Florida. Our fleet is modern and very clean, with excellent chauffeurs and customer service staff. Riverplace Limo has over 3 years experience in the hospitality and transportation industry, so the timing was right to form our own Limo service in Jacksonville. We used Riverplace Limousine for guest transportation for our wedding in St Augustine. They were prompt, friendly, and flexible with minor changes the day of. Everything went so smoothly. Cannot thank them enough.

We recently used Riverplace Limousine for our wedding to provide transportation for our guests and a getaway car for us at the end of the night. They were absolutely fantastic to work with! The drivers were on-time and courteous. When we called the day of the wedding to extend the time the bus driver would be transporting guests home, they were able to accommodate us with no problems! I should mention that we live on bumpy dirt roads (where the wedding was located) that unfortunately turned into mud pits on the day of our wedding. They handled the situation like professionals and did not complain one bit. I would absolutely hire them again and recommend them to everyone!

Riverplace limousine provided transportation to my wedding and after the wedding. They were very professional and on time. Leading up to the wedding they were great at communicating and were very accommodating when I had to change all the pick up locations the night before the wedding. The drivers were great and friendly. The cars were clean and in great condition. I highly recommend them.

Kudos to Riverplace limo. We got married in St. Augustine December 29, 2018. It was a destination wedding for us during the St. Augustine nights of lights. The limo had to make 2 stops at 2 different Airbnb's to pick up the wedding party, then the limo took us around the city so we could get a few pictures before the ceremony at the lightner museum. Nicole was our driver and she did an AMAZING job. It wasn't easy with all the traffic, but she did great. She made sure none of our dresses got dirty as we were in and out of the limo a lot. The day before the wedding, I was afraid we were going to need the limo for a longer period and they were happy to do so. Great place to work with. Great communication all the way around.

We had a last minute transportation cancellation for our wedding and Riverplace Limousine was able to step in and save the day! The limo was very nice inside and a perfect party limo. The driver was accommodating and very polite. I greatly appreciate the service we received!

The service from Riverplace Limousine was a great experience from start to finish. Great communication throughout the entire process. I requested a quote online and within ten minutes received a personal email with available options from Mary. I did not book right away because I wanted to price shop a bit and although I submitted several requests for pricing from other companies in the area Riverplace Limo was the only one that bothered to send me an email with the information I asked for. The week of my reservation I was given the name and cell phone number of my driver, Reginald was very sweet and polite, dressed professionally and most importantly on time (actually a bit early!) The chrysler limo I rented was gorgeous, clean inside and out with a really cool modern interior. I will rent again.

My son was married on September 9th, I booked with Mary at Riverplace Limo while traveling from out of state to attend the Ceremonies. The staff was extremely helpful and everything went like clockwork, this was especially appreciated as there was a Hurricane on making landfall in Florida that very weekend. The limousine was beautiful and the driver even arrived with an assistant in case of inclement weather. Mary worked with our day of coordinator in advance to ensure a smooth timeline. Thank you

Our driver James was very nice and went out of his way to help us get to the church on time. I really like this company and the limo was a long black stretch that was very pretty.
