Haley was absolutely amazing throughout our entire wedding planning experience. She helped so much with any questions we had and our wedding day went so smooth with her helping us! She helped keeping everything on track and navigating any challenges along the way! It was a beautiful day
I had Hayley as my day-of coordinator, and I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about her. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. No matter what came up, she always had a solution, handled every situation with confidence and professionalism, and managed last-minute changes seamlessly without missing a beat.
One of the things I appreciated most was how well she managed my large family during both the rehearsal and on the wedding day. She took charge, kept everyone organized, and made sure everything stayed on schedule. Because of her, I had zero worries and was able to fully enjoy my wedding day, knowing everything was being taken care of.
Hayley didn’t just help on the wedding day—she started helping months in advance with timelines, scheduling, and details I hadn’t even thought about. She consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything came together perfectly.
My wedding day would not have been the same without her. If you’re looking for someone who is organized, knowledgeable, calm under pressure, and truly invested in making your day special, I recommend Hayley a thousand times over. She exceeded every expectation, and I am so grateful for everything she did.

Located in Columbia Falls, MT, Rivers & Roads Events is a wedding planning company that began helping with events in the Spring of 2025 and, through word of mouth, began booking weddings. We specialize in intimate, DIY weddings (under 150 people) in the Flathead Valley and North Florida. I focus on Montana for the Summer and North Florida November - May.
Rivers & Roads Events is a great option if you have started planning your wedding, and as the planning gets closer, you are really just hoping to pass it on to someone else so you can enjoy your day. I really love being behind the scenes to help couples just relax and have fun on their day, and know that I’ve got it handled. I specialize in "month of" coordinating where we have a consultation at the time of booking, then meet again 45 days before.

I am originally from Florida but I’ve moved out west since 2017. I live for the scenery and peace that Montana brings. I love floating the river, cuddling with my dog and watching reality tv. My first career was managing wedding dress shops in Washington where I grew my passion for helping couples enjoy their journey along the way just as much as the day. It brought me to supporting Graduation parties and eventually wedding, all from word of mouth. If you are looking for a light-hearted, organized, take charge kind of planner, I’m your girl.
