Haley did the MOST AMAZING job as our day-of coordinator! We met a couple of times before the big day to go over all the details, and she came prepared with so many thoughtful questions I never would have even thought of. Those little details definitely made a difference! She came the day before the wedding to do a walkthrough with my family and answer all their questions, making sure everyone felt prepared and ready to go.
Haley has the perfect balance of offering her expertise and making sure your vision and needs are met. She and her assistant arrived early on the wedding day and kept everything running seamlessly from beginning to end! She did an incredible job managing not only our needs as the bride and groom, but also keeping vendors on track and making sure our guests were taken care of.
Our wedding day was truly the BEST, and we honestly could not have done it without her! If you're looking for someone who will keep things organized, handle all the little details, and let you actually ENJOY your big day, Haley is your girl 💕
Haley was absolutely amazing throughout our entire wedding planning experience. She helped so much with any questions we had and our wedding day went so smooth with her helping us! She helped keeping everything on track and navigating any challenges along the way! It was a beautiful day

Located in Columbia Falls, MT, Rivers & Roads Events is a wedding planning company that began helping with events in the Spring of 2025 and, through word of mouth, began booking weddings. We specialize in intimate, DIY weddings (under 150 people) in the Flathead Valley and North Florida. I focus on Montana for the Summer and North Florida November - May.
Rivers & Roads Events is a great option if you have started planning your wedding, and as the planning gets closer, you are really just hoping to pass it on to someone else so you can enjoy your day. I really love being behind the scenes to help couples just relax and have fun on their day, and know that I’ve got it handled. I specialize in "month of" coordinating where we have a consultation at the time of booking, then meet again 45 days before.

I am originally from Florida but I’ve moved out west since 2017. I live for the scenery and peace that Montana brings. I love floating the river, cuddling with my dog and watching reality tv. My first career was managing wedding dress shops in Washington where I grew my passion for helping couples enjoy their journey along the way just as much as the day. It brought me to supporting Graduation parties and eventually wedding, all from word of mouth. If you are looking for a light-hearted, organized, take charge kind of planner, I’m your girl. Let’s do the damn thing! 🥂
