e was able to get a credit for a stay later. She was able to have the resort upgrade everyone and we were able to add other items onto the wedding. She worked days, weekends and nights with my guests to make sure all went well. Anytime I had a question on a Sunday she was right there answering my calls and questions. She even stayed in touch with us when we arrived to make sure everything was great. I highly recommend Riverside Tours and Travel be sure to ask for Mary specifically. She is now working with my then maid of honor for her wedding in Jamaica which I am excited to attend.

nd every guest that she dealt with praised her for her expertise. We were even having some hiccups with hurricane Dorian, and she made sure everything went perfectly, getting information to guests quickly, keeping them informed, and guiding them with decision making during a nerve wracking time.
She helped me communicate with my wedding planners (which she did not need to do) and made sure I was taken care of on the wedding side AND travel side. Our wedding was perfect, and I look forward to our next trip with Mary as our travel agent!

ibbean and spend our days laying on a beach but that was it! I am very indecisive and Mary was so patient, friendly and helpful. She even offered for me to come to her office to discuss options in greater detail. She listened to what kind of vacation we were looking for and gave her suggestions while staying within our budget. I'm so glad she gave us her honest opinion and recommended the Mediterranean side of the resort, I thought I wanted to be on the Caribbean side but we loved staying in a Mediterranean room.
We were both blown away by the resort. The service was excellent, the room was great, everything was so clean and the food was amazing. Everything exceeded our expectations and the beach was never crowded. We snorkeled, kayaked and sailed but other than that it was laying on the beach sipping frozen drinks! Mary did a great job picking out the best resort for us! Everything ran so smoothly thanks to her.
When we are ready for our next trip we are coming back to Riverside Tour and Travel!

acksonville who totally dropped the ball and venue. We asked some friends for ideas and they said we should just get married out of the country something we never thought we would want to do. Mary, the owner of Riverside Tours and Travel came highly recommended by another friend that did a destination wedding and she was able to get us booked and made the entire process perfect. She worked with all of our guests so we only had to worry about showing up. She was even able to have my parents who had a bitter divorce on the opposite ends of the resort. Miss Mary handled every detail right down to the dinners and details of the family outing we had. I even forgot my veil and emailed Mary to ask if she knew of a place nearby and Mary had the owner of the bridal shop in St. Lucia show up with three to choose from, talk about service. I highly recommend her company and going to Sandals. We didn’t start out wanting a destination wedding but ended with a spectacular Destination wedding at Sandals in St. Lucia. Also the wedding crew there were so very professional and on target for everything.

Mary who is the owner. After telling her what I was thinking of she quickly sent me over three options. I had never used a travel agent before but now I will never go anywhere without one and her services were free. Not only did she stay below my budget she had extras added in. We went to Sandals La Toc in St. Lucia and it was everything it showed online. The service was incredible and the staff and food perfect. We loved that fact that it was not just a bunch of buffets like other all-inclusive resorts the meals were cooked to order. Mary thank you for making me look good.
