I recently had my wedding at Riverview Ballroom. We rented the entire venue for our ceremony and reception, and the overall process was very easy. Arthur, the venue manager, was ex...
tremely communicative, flexible, kind, and easy to work with throughout the planning process and on the day of our wedding. The venue is a recently renovated waterfront location, and the decor and furniture were so beautiful that we didn't need to dress it up at all. Additionally, the food tasting they included in our package was fantastic - every single dish tasted delicious, especially the Mediterranean-inspired menu. After the wedding, our guests kept complimenting the amazing food. We're so glad we chose Riverview Ballroom for our special day.

ghter's wedding day come to life there exceeded every expectation we had.
The setting is absolutely breathtaking. We were blessed with beautiful weather and were able to have the ceremony outside overlooking the river and the New York City skyline. It created the most stunning backdrop and photographed so beautifully.
Working with Stefania was an absolute pleasure. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but she made us feel supported every step of the way. She was always organized, responsive, calm, and genuinely cared about making our daughter's day everything she had dreamed of. On the wedding day, the entire staff worked together so seamlessly that we never had to worry about a thing. We were able to simply be present and enjoy every precious moment with our family and friends.
The ballroom itself is gorgeous. The elegant white décor and beautiful marble floors create a timeless, sophisticated space that complements any style or color palette.
The bridal attendant was absolutely amazing—so kind, attentive, and always one step ahead of what was needed. She took such wonderful care of our daughter throughout the day.
Our daughter's wedding was everything we had hoped for and more, and Riverview Ballroom played a huge role in making it such an unforgettable day. If you're looking for a venue with breathtaking views, outstanding service, and people who truly care about making your day perfect, I cannot recommend Riverview Ballroom highly enough.
Everything was meticulously handled by their staff.

They were easy to work with throughout the planning process and helped make the day feel stress-free. The ballroom itself is elegant, spacious, and beautifully maintained, making it the perfect setting for a wedding reception.
The food was delicious, the service was exceptional, and the overall atmosphere exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a venue with breathtaking views, outstanding staff, and a memorable experience for you and your guests, I highly recommend Riverview Ballroom. It was the perfect place to celebrate one of the most important days of our lives!

he space was immaculate, with beautiful views and multiple areas that worked perfectly for each part of the celebration, including a lovely outdoor ceremony ( chuppah) space.
The many inclusions were a real bonus and made planning much easier: staging, chairs, tables, professional staff, bars, and valet service - which was greatly appreciated by our guests!
Our band and party planner both found the venue extremely easy to work with, which truly contributed to a smooth and well-run event. We also used the venue’s recommended kosher caterer, Elite, and they did an outstanding job.
The location is ideal—close to the city, easy to reach by car or public transportation.
We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue for our daughter’s wedding.

We have not been able to stop raving about Riverview and about our experience there. I can’t say enough good things about The Riverview. The team made sure our event was more than ...
we could have ever imagined and asked for. I must have called over 50 venues before choosing this one, and not a single place came close to the level of professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail that Stefania and Arthur showed us. My mother, who owned a party planning business for years, even said she’s never seen a venue handle things this smoothly and thoughtfully.
From the very beginning, they went above and beyond. They thought through every tiny detail - things I wouldn’t have even known to ask about. They were incredibly responsive, even on weekends, after hours, and late at night and always made us feel like we were their top priority. Because we live far from the venue, Stefania not only arranged a virtual walkthrough for us, she then actually went through the space herself, gathered photos of each area, and sent them to us with descriptive details so we could decide which rooms we wanted to use for specific parts of the wedding. They were incredibly accommodating and flexible. They were on-top of scheduling multiple meetings to make sure our whole event was perfect and exactly the way we wanted it to be.
They offered so many thoughtful touches - like including a beautiful bench option for under the bedeckin and even a chuppah - and packed so much into the package that most venues would charge extra for. They kept in constant communication, checked in regularly, and scheduled multiple meetings to ensure we felt completely ready.
The day of the wedding, everything was flawless. My father is handicapped, and they took the time to sit down with us beforehand to plan everything out carefully - even measuring the aisle to make sure it was comfortable for him. That level of care meant the world to us.
The venue itself is absolutely STUNNING - it is so regal, elegant, and well-designed. Our photos came out gorgeous. Friends of ours are still talking about the gorgeous venue and how beautiful all the pictures came out. What stood out most was the team's honesty and transparency; nothing was hidden or last-minute. They even helped us make decisions that a typical venue would never get involved in, essentially stepping in like our own event planners when we didn’t have one.
I can honestly say I’ve never felt more taken care of by a company. One guest actually told me during the wedding, “I’ve never seen a more relaxed bride,” and that’s 100% thanks to Stefania and Arthur at the Riverview team. Their coordination, communication, and genuine care made our entire experience with them unforgettable. Truly blown away by Riverview and could not recommend them enough!!

to have Carolina as the bridal attendant. She was everything we needed and more. Carolina was so attentive, warm, proactive, helpful and just an all around lovely person.
In addition, the venue was incredible. Most of our friends and all of the groom’s guests, had not been to the refreshed space. We received so many beautiful messages about the space, the view (!) , and the decor. Zami’s catering was also incredible.
Finally the location was terrific - a 10 min drive for many and not terrible coming from Long Island.
I would highly recommend the Riverview Ballroom for a wedding and especially for an Orthodox Jewish wedding.

The place had access to a balcony and a great view. Enjoying the New York City skyline while dancing in inside the classy ballroom, was the highlight of our night. Again, our wedding wouldn't have come together without the hard work of the staff, especially Monika. Thank you to the Riverview team for making our wedding perfect.

as very down to earth, extremely friendly and took the time to explain everything to us. Whenever we met, I always had a list of questions for Monika. She was very patient and gladly answered all of them effortlessly. I always felt better and more prepared after speaking to her.
Monika is a professional who puts her heart and soul into her work. She also made our lives much easier by making a number of recommendations for other vendors that we would need. They all worked out perfectly for us.
Our wedding day was flawless! We could not have asked for anything better. It was more than a dream come true. Monika and her assistant, Adela were with us every step of the way. They provided the guidance and support that we needed. We received so many compliments from our guests afterwards about the venue, breathtaking views of NYC, organization, food (so much food with a variety to suit all tastes). The River View Ballroom staff were excellent and made sure our guests were well taken care of.
You cannot go wrong by choosing the River View Ballroom as the venue for your wedding. You will get everything you dreamed of and much more! We put our full trust in Monika, Adela and the River View Ballroom team and we were not at all disappointed.
If you are looking to plan an event that will be professionally handled and stress free, then Monika and the River View Ballroom are definitely for you!
