Located next to Battle Creek on the Sacramento River, the Riverview's location is ideal for celebrations in the north state. Our idyllic restaurant is only a short drive from downtown Redding, or Red Bluff and only minutes from the Redding airport. There are many major hotels, and great shopping right nearby. The fact that we are right on the river with picture perfect views, we can boastfully declare to be the only restaurant and wedding facility in Northern California that you can arrive by automobile, horse drawn carriage, boat, hot air balloon or helicopter! Traditional weddings are of course our mainstay, but let your imagination roam to some of the specialized theme weddings we have hosted, such as tropical, Renaissance & Civil War era with decor, costumes and menus to match.

dinating, and taking care of absolutely anything and everything we needed. They even offered to provide our DJ, florist, decorator, and anything else we wanted. I can't say enough good things. Scott made sure all of our tables were set up the morning of the wedding exactly how I wanted them, and checked on me several times throughout the night, keeping close watch over our timeline and keeping the night flowing smoothly. His beautiful wife, MaryAnne checked on us consistently as well, even bringing us a warm plate of food, when my husband and I couldn't be at our table when dinner was served (the food was amazing!!!). They allowed us to come out and see the venue multiple times and answered any questions we had. As the bride, I couldn't have been more stress-free. They created the most perfect night for our friends and family and we cannot thank them enough for that!!!!
