We had our wedding in late August at Riverwalk and are beyond thrilled with how the day went. Debi the head of ales also acted as the venue coordinator. She went above and beyond for us, making sure every detail was perfectly in place. She is so easy to communicate with, incredibly respectful, punctual, and kind. Renee the back of house coordinator had everything with servers/food/drink covered, and left us with nothing to worry about. We also hosted our rehearsal dinner here which made everything so easy, and the food was a hit! Even the servers/bartenders went above and beyond; specifically Leah, Mindy, Katie, Azaria and Kate - each of them were all so kind and personable. We felt so well taken care of.
As a hotel guest, I was also very impressed. The check in staff and the housekeepers were so kind and on top of it! Especially Mariah from housekeeping who helped clean up the bridal getting ready space - we appreciated her so much. The entire building is kept so clean, multiple guests of our wedding commented about how well kept the building and rooms are. As well as the grounds around the building being so beautiful. Overall, the service, staff, property, and experience was incredible. Our wedding went perfectly, and our guests raved about the venue - we are so happy we chose Riverwalk! We can't wait to come back to visit.
I got married here on 06/26/2026 and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about RiverWalk Resort. Debi helped us every step of the way by checking in regularly in the months leading up to the wedding. The other staff we worked with were also wonderful. Everything was organized and set up the night before so all we had to worry about the day of was getting ready. It made my experience as a bride easy!

Home to premier skiing, hiking trails, dining experiences, and various amenities, the resort provides couples and their guests with a weekend of fun experiences. Their romantic Vineyard provides couples with a beautiful backdrop for an outdoor ceremony. The property also features a Grand Ballroom for wedding receptions with 10 to 400 guests. Decorative ceilings, chandeliers, and wall sconces give the ballroom an elegant feeling. Large windows flood the space with natural light, and glass doors open to a walk-around deck.
The professional and creative staff at Riverwalk Resort at Loon Mountain provides exceptional service, assisting with every aspect of the celebration. For Vineyard ceremonies, white garden chairs, a microphone, and a speaker system are provided as part of the rental. The Grand Ballroom includes tables, chairs, dinnerware, linens, a dance floor, and a state-of-the-art sound system. In partnership with Chef Joe’s Catering, the resort offers customizable wedding menus with a range of high-quality cuisine to suit any taste. They also have complete bar services on-site. Couples who host their reception in the Grand Ballroom receive a complimentary room for two nights. With many suites available, wedding guests can book on-site accommodation.

I am Debi Lombardi, Director of Group Sales at the RiverWalk Resort at Loon Mountain. During my almost 40 years working in hospitality I have developed a true passion for weddings; I love having a role in helping couples turn the vision of their wedding into reality! My experience is in both the front of the house, as a Director of Catering, and back of the house as a Coordinator and Sous-Chef. I have managed plenty of curveballs throughout my career and found that with a good sense of humor and a great deal of integrity there is always a workaround.
