Treated my friends horribly after they wanted to cancel due to covid-19. The owners screamed at my friends over the phone and told them “they could get hit by a bus too” (in refere...nce to the virus)
Something was shared on Facebook about the incident and instead of addressing the concerns of disrespect, they avoided that entirely & tried making it about finances, when it never was about that to begin with.
Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever heard of.
