When I actually got to Japan and had questions or concerns, Jean was as responsive as ever even though she was based in California and I was now on the other side of the world with half a days worth of timezones separating us. The trip turned out to be one of my top travel experiences that I have Jean to thank for as I was travelling alone to a foreign land I had never been to before and her guidance and availability smoothed that experience much more than would have been the case had I not had her as my lifeline.

The trip was well organized with a good schedule covering many points of interest, but not too packed or hectic. The hotels and transportation all worked well without any problems. Jeanie was available to handle a flight cancelation even on a Sunday!
Overall, it was such a positive experience that I have already recommended Riveting Trips to friends and have been consulting with Jeanie for my travel needs.
