I strongly advise against booking this company. The service we received was unprofessional and the final product is unusable.
I thought I booked Kevin, the owner, and in my origin...
al email to him I asked for full cuts of our vows, dances, and speeches, but instead a student was sent in his place. This videographer treated our wedding as a "side gig" and, most distressingly, violated our privacy. On the day of, we requested that our private vows not be recorded for audio (we only wanted the video to be recorded); however, he refused to remove the mics and later included that private audio as the main track of our video even though he explicitly said he would note that it was not to be used.
Technically, the quality was severely lacking. They missed our first kiss (what that did get looks like Cloverfield it’s so shaky), the beginning of our first dance, and parts of the parent dances. The footage that was captured of our sacred sibling best man an matron of honor speeches has such unflattering angles that we cannot show them, which is so saddening to us because there’s little other video evidence that we can watch. While the editors have been kind, they cannot fix the fact that key memories were missed or captured poorly. We paid thousands of dollars for a product we cannot use. Save your money and your memories by going elsewhere.

ith them was super easy from the start. The team took the time to understand our vision and preferences ahead of the wedding. On the big day, our 2 videographers were team players and worked well with our photographer to get the shots they needed. We got all our footage from them post-wedding earlier than we expected, and the final edited videos exceeded ours and our families' expectations. to the wedding, they were professional, prompt with replies, and very flexible when we wanted to make additions to our package. Lydia was our videographer on the big day and she was so fun, organized, and most importantly, professional. She worked incredibly well with our photographer as well as everyone in our bridal party, got all of the important shots we asked for, and put together beautiful videos that we will treasure forever. She was adept at working with our venue for the first time, working in the rain, and was very efficient the entire night. We ended up getting our video in multiple formats: a 1 minute edit, a 5 minute highlight, a 50 minute documentary, and very well organized unedited "BTS" footage. All of these videos were extremely well made, and we are so beyond thrilled with our decision to hire Rivion for our wedding. Lydia was our videographer for the day, and both my husband and I found her to be such a pleasure to work with! She put us at ease, respected our photographer’s space and collaborated with her, and had great ideas for shots. They were very communicative with us when they needed an additional week or two to finalize our video. Additionally, our photographer turned out to be a bit disappointing and missed some pretty important shots. I emailed Rivion asking if it was possible to get stills of those specific moments, and Emily sent over a dozen beautiful stills along with our video. We couldn’t be more thrilled with our video, it exceeded our expectations and captured our love and story from start to finish of our wedding day. You won’t regret hiring them! ) which made the day seamless! Their cadence and the way they assisted and flowed with each other was great! I had a large wedding party of 11 girls so blending with us amidst the chaos was going to be a task and Nathan fit right in, would joke around, ask us questions for the video and really just became a part of the group. Not only that, but the footage he got was incredible and they had it back to us so quickly! we ended up having him. He brought a great energy to the day. And on the unedited footage provided, you can hear his energy, which just added to the day and the video. I loved our video from Rivion, as did everyone who saw it. (And everyone who interacted with Claude loved him.) I also loved that Rivion broke the video down so we could just watch the ceremony or just watch the speeches. It's a brilliant idea. My grandmother, who had trouble hearing the ceremony, has gone back and watched the ceremony multiple times. The communication with Rivion and Abby was great. We are just so happy that we hired Rivion Weddings. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a videographer, especially one that is reasonably priced.

Several people even mentioned to us after they saw our video that they never even noticed there was a videographer the day of our wedding! Nate has a great demeanor and was a great vendor to work with day-of. After the wedding, we were completely shocked that our video was ready in 3 weeks! I was almost worried about the quality of the video given such a short turn around time but we were blown away with how wonderful it was! The highlight video captured everything we hoped it would as well as candid moments that really brought the memory of our day to life, and the unedited footage has been so fun to sift through. able to look at many videos on their instagram page to see their work. They were very reasonably priced which was a bonus. Our video turned out absolutely perfect! Would 10000% recommend using Rivion for your wedding!!

yle so much that I wouldn't have the same feeling with what Rivion would send us. I cried when I saw the video . Our videographer, Claude, was the absolute best hype man day of to get the good shots. And the editing team went back and forth with me MULTIPLE times to fix just even a few seconds that I felt like I could do without or had another shot I liked better. Not to mention our wedding was 9/12 and we got our video on 10/12....insanely fast turn around. I cannot thank them or recommend them enough.

ing it was to work with them. From our very first conversation with Kevin we knew we were in good hands. They took into consideration all of our requests and our vision for the wedding and created this master piece that completely captured our love, family, and an all around amazing wedding. My favorite part was working with Claude who was actually on-site filming the wedding. He was so much fun, so great at prompting us so we didn't look/feel silly, and did such an excellent job staying behind the scenes while we were enjoying the reception (so we didn't feel like we had a camera in our face the whole night). It was really important to us to not feel like our guests were watching my husband and I dancing to our first dance +4 other videographers/photographers sharing that moment with us lol.
And finally I want to say how incredible it was that they used one of our favorite songs (and others that were perfect tempo/mood) and were able to overlay bits of the speeches/vows so perfectly. We love Rivion! Thank you for your amazing work!
