I had not a single clue about how I wanted the decor for my wedding events to look like leading into my first meeting with Raj. After some discussion about colors, I let Raj handle the rest and needless to say, he delivered exceptional work! RJ Best Events made our son’s wedding celebrations special by their marvelous stage, floral and backdrop decorations! Raj and his team created beautiful décor for the mehndi, sangeet and Hindu ceremony. Raj was easy to work with and recommended various options to choose from. He and Jyothe also came up with beautiful creative décor for baraat-milni area. He and his team worked well with our wedding planner so that everything was ready on time for each event. RJ Best Events took care of decor for both our Sangeet and the traditional Tamil wedding events. I am very happy to say that we had the most awesome experience with Raj! From the time we got his contact details from a friend to the time we finished our wedding events, the support and attention we got from Raj was nothing short of AWESOME! And the AWESOME went to SUPER AWESOME when we met Jyothi! This Raj-Jyothi team is the most pleasant, cheerful, friendly and super accommodating couple that I have seen! Throughout the process, Raj was super responsive, patient with all our needs, and went above and beyond to provide the most beautiful decor for both our events! He was always suggesting the most beautiful enhancements to the decor and provided several such beautiful pieces, some even extra without us asking! RJ Best Events made our daughter's wedding very special by their awesome stage and backdrop decorations!! And it was all complete and ready well in time for the events to begin. RJ Best Events did the decor for my daughter's Hindu Wedding Ceremony and the evening reception. Raj listened to our requirements attentively and recommended the best options with the help of pictures making it easy for us to visualize. He provided us a number of options we could choose from and was even ready to procure new decor pieces to realize our vision. Raj was familiar with the venue and was able to suggest ideas based on his experience with the venue. The end product was better than we had expected. Raj was not pushy but gently pointed out why some options will not work and recommended alternates. They were flexible to come and complete the decor at a time that worked for both the venue and us. We would highly recommend their services!!

Jay and Satya were our day-of wedding coordinators, but they went above and beyond throughout the month prior to our wedding to make sure our wedding day was seamless! Prior to the wedding day, they reached out to all our vendors and made sure everything was in order and put together a thorough timeline. They accompanied us to our venue walkthrough and created a great floor plan while familiarizing themselves with the venue. They were very responsive and friendly throughout the whole process. Whenever there were any hiccups during the wedding day, they kept us in the loop and took care of things. We could rest easy knowing that if there was anything we needed assistance with, Jay and Satya would be able to handle it with great aplomb. Our friends and families only had great things to say about the both of them. They are such a fun and sweet couple and we had a lovely time working with them. Jay and Satya were incredible wedding coordinators and we’re so glad to have had them by our side on our special day!

Raj from RJBest events is one of the Best I have worked with. He and his team were able to take care of every details from decorations to Photography, Videography day of coordination and DJ services to centerpiece flower decorations for the lunch tables. Satya the day of the event coordinator, Anjan, the DJ did an amazing job. Vasu, the photographer and his team did an amazing job in taking pictures. The personal touch is what I liked the most with Raj and his team. Will definitely recommend them. Thank you Raj and the team for attention to details and making my son’s wedding a memorable one. We had a wonderful experience with wedding decor from RJ best events! They were super organized, presented us with so many different decor options, and really made our vision come to life on our special wedding day. Despite Bathukamma being a regional festival in India, Prabha and Jyothi truly grasped the significance of the celebration and adorned the venue according to our specifications. RJ events was absolutely incredible and made our Sangeet night come alive. The backdrop and decor was beautiful but what impressed us the most was Raj's ability to be very communicative and professional. The week of our wedding we learned there would be rain and him and his team were on top of things immediately in creating a back up plan. We even had to pivot venue locations the NIGHT BEFORE and Raj's team still made our wedding ceremony look beautiful on the water. 5 stars - highly recommend working them :)

Raj & his team helped to ensure we had the best events possible! They did our decor for our Henna Party (Mehndi) and wedding reception and both days we were in awe at what a wonderful job they did! They listened closely to all of our ideas and visions and applied it even better than we could’ve imagined! Everything was planned on a zoom call which didn’t seem to be a hassle as even the simplest doubts were clarified from the start till the day after the wedding. The design recommendations, discussing new ideas, thinking out of the box along with coordinations with external partners seemed like everything fell in place on the wedding day. raj & his team provided decor beyond my wildest dreams! he took the time to set up as many calls as it took to understand my vision exactly and enjoyed being able to discuss every detail in depth, so there was no miscommunication or confusion after months of calls, he was still flexible in altering decor to accommodate our needs if we requested as such his team was meticulous, they created the most extraordinarily enchanting mandap for my wedding (people would not stop complimenting the mandap), the centerpieces for the table were the perfect mix of elegance and simplicity, the candle wall was magical, and the outside arch was nothing short of what i had hoped, with perfect genuine floral arrangements additionally, raj & his wife jyothi were so kind and warm and overjoyed to be a part of the wedding and spread warm wishes to me and my husband, i am so happy they attended - by the end of the process, it feels as though we have all become friends if you are in the DC area, please check this team out! they are more budget friendly than some of their competitors, despite their work being even more incredible than the rest!

Raj and his entire team did a phenomenal job with the stage set up, décor and floral arrangements for our wedding service at church and reception. We had just given Raj some basic ideas of what we wanted but he went way beyond our expectations, and we are extremely happy with his work. All of our planning sessions were done virtually and he also arranged for a walkthrough to answer our questions. Excellent decorator! Great ideas. This was a destination wedding for my daughter and we had to coordinate from the west coast. Within a couple of meetings with Raj, we knew he would make it happen. He had creative ideas and his zoom sessions with us helped us visualize the decor. His enthusiasm, reliability, work ethic, responsiveness and timeliness were excellent. We recently hired RJ Best Events for my daughter’s wedding decoration at the Bolger Center, Potomac , Maryland. He did an outstanding job in decorating the mandap, gate, walkway, the reception hall, center pieces of dining tables, sweet heart table, cake table, etc. Initially I was not sure how good his decoration will be, but after completion of the decoration it was gorgeous and flawless. He created a magnificent mandap decoration, not only he matched the color of flowers, he matched the live and silk rose sizes in such a way many of our guests could not differentiate which one is live vs. silk flower. In my evaluation he went beyond our expectations and I will recommend everyone to hire him for your event. Tell him what you want and he will create it that will amaze you and your guests. There are not enough words to describe Raj and Jyothi from RJ Best Events for their service, dedication to work, punctuality, promise less but deliver more attitude. This couple made our events look so gorgeous, we thought we are in a movie set, where details to each and every decoration was given a white glove treatment. They transformed our daughters-in-law request and desires beyond her imagination. Raj and Jyothi were very accommodative when we had few last minute changes. Our guests were blown away by the grandeur of the Wedding Mandap and the Mehfil they created for the Sangeet and Mehndi. They did decorations in three different venues and each one was unique. We are very thankful to Raj and Jyothi for making our son’s wedding a dream come true for us.

These decorators are great! We were very impressed with the speed, quality and price of their service. When we inquired about their services, the decorator scheduled a call with us. On this call, we went over various options and had an estimate for how much we'll be paying as well as what part of the decorations we wanted to do ourselves. On the day of the event, they delivered with quality the things that were promised on the call. Raj has been very responsive throughout the whole ordeal and our Baby Shower went off without a hitch. I would highly recommend their services! The organization of this team was a sigh of fresh air when dealing with other, not as organized, providers such as the venue and the caterers.

Jyothi and Raj was very quick to respond and provided fair pricing to elevate our venue space. Very professional, prompt and excellent quality. We are so happy that we used RJ best events decor for our wedding and reception. Raj was so helpful throughout the whole process and went above and beyond to meet our needs. We couldn't be happier with the way everything turned out. Everything was well-organized and delivered on time, and we couldn't have asked for more. It was absolutely beautiful than we envisioned. Our guests are still texting us how gorgeous the ballroom was. We had to change the wedding venue 3 days before wedding date due to COVID regulations. But Raj and jyothi did everything on point and time😊 RJ Best events is really the best, definitely recommended!! Thanks, Jyothi and Raj!!

Phenomenal people, company. talent and expertise! RJ Best Events created a beautiful design for my wedding that truly exceeded our expectations! They also provided an awesome DJ that provided all the wedding music for our Hindu wedding ceremony. They worked with us and our family, in order to put together the stage setup, Mandap, entrance, aisle, chairs together in a truly exquisite design. They are very responsive. reliable and professional. Most of all, they are very lovely, personable and warm people. They are amazing and will exceed your expectations, I highly recommend RJ Best Events for your wedding!!!!

RJEvents did the decorations for our 25th Wedding Anniversary at our home. They were punctual and the decorations were completed in time for us to have a great get-together. The color scheme of orange-gold (with and without UV lighting) was fantastic as were the table decorations. Definitely suggest RJEvents for any big or medium celebrations.

Dreams can become a reality! We are so grateful to have chosen the RJ Best Events to host our wedding! Raj and Jyothe were amazing to work with and the day would not have been as organized, beautiful, and care-free without all the time and effort they put in to make our wedding so perfect!
