Our experience with RJ Glamour & Innovation was amazing from beginning to end. After getting quotes from ten different vendor, we decided to go with them because of their attention to detail and professionalism. Juan Carlos really listened to our vision and executed it to the last detail. They communicated with us continuously during the process and graciously allowed us to add services at the last minute. The flowers were fresh and the decor was beautiful. Guests and couple could not stop talking about decor! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is planning their wedding or event.

We had the pleasure of working with Juan Carlos for our wedding and he exceeded our expectations!! From the beginning he was kind, responsive, and clearly passionate about what he does. When our family walked into the Bella Collina ballroom on Saturday, April 22, a family member exclaimed, “This is paradise.” Those words perfectly captured what RJ Glam created. The room was quite simply, and quite truthfully, PARADISE. The centerpieces, the floating candles, the flower-wrapped columns . . . we were overcome with emotion upon first entering the room, seeing everything that we talked about and planned come to life before us. Amazing, magnificent, spectacular, breathtaking! Our guests could not believe their eyes. Just about every one of them told us they had never seen such a beautiful room and that was thanks to the RJ Glam team. My beautiful bouquet, the incredible arch, the insane cake with the floral and pillar on which it stood….everything you touched transformed into something magical, something that had to be seen to be believed. You promised to deliver and you actually lied. You OVER-delivered. By a lot! Thank you for taking such good care of us, and for creating a ballroom environment that nobody will ever forget. You are a creative genius!

RJ glam did such a great job. Even better than I expected. When I walked into the ballroom, I was blown away. They couldn’t have done a better job. JC really helped me out and worked within my budget as well. We got chairs through him and he helped negotiate the price of a dance floor through an outside vendor. 100000/10 would recommend.

RJ Glamour is the best of the BEST when it comes to florals. This team is so personable, makes an extreme effort to ensure your exact vision comes to life, and makes you feel like family the second you step through their doors! They did our wedding in March 2023 and I could not be more thankful for the job they did, seriously I am still getting raves about how beautiful the flowers were! Consider them “pinterest perfect” when it comes to looking at your inspiration and making it BETTER! Every step was so relaxing and enjoyable. Not only is their team amazing, but the quality of flowers they use are unlike anything I have seen before!

Dream deliver-ersss! I had a vision of minimalist & romantic tablescapes, but with some drama! They gave me everything I wanted. The team set up incredible vignettes that were so dreamy. The bridesmaid bouquets, the groomsmen boutonnières , and my bouquet were incredible. Literally Pinterest worthy- but my version not a replica which was so important to me! Juan Carlos is my newest bestie and Jhy was so on top of everything. Love the entire team! 10/10 would recommend.

From the moment I met Juan Carlos I knew he was the one. Every appointment was flawless and he didn’t miss a beat with out decor inspo. I cannot say enough about Juan Carlos and his team! They made our wedding dreams come true better than I could’ve ever imagined! The amount of care that they put into each person and each detail is taken to a level I’ve never seen before. Our wedding looked like a dream. I was a destination bride so I was naturally nervous with selecting my vendors from afar. However, from our very first conversation I knew Juan Carlos understood my vision and would deliver on everything I wanted. RJ Glam made our entire wedding experience for my wife and I! Juan Carlos and Rigo went and above beyond to make our wedding day special. As a groom, I didn’t expect to be involved much in the wedding planning process. I soon learned, with the help of Juan, how important the wedding flowers and design were to the wedding lol. What made our wedding planning process so unique and special was that we planned our Florida wedding while living in California. Juan Carlos communicated frequently and was extremely creative with making my wife’s vision come to life. My wife would become more excited with every meeting with the team. Juan and Rigo have a high attention to detail. On our wedding day, minutes before walking down the aisle, Juan Carlos re-pinned all the groomsmen boutonnières to ensure they looked perfect. Juan Carlos and his team are the absolute best! He is so attentive to his brides . He listens to your vision and surpasses what you can imagine. Juan and his team were unbelievable. They blew my expectations out of the water. I knew they were talented from their social media but walking into the ballroom for the first time brought me to tears. They took my vision and made it a reality and more. If you are on the fence about booking, read this!! I have been following RJ Glam via Instagram for at least 2 years. I always knew I wanted them to be a part of my wedding day. When Juan Carlos connects with you he fights for your vision and you! The first time we talked over the phone we both just knew the vision and connected perfectly. I made sure to secure with him right then and there. Juan Carlos may be the face of the company due to his interactions with the clients but Rigo is a visionary himself. I went for my mockup and finally met Rigo and was amazed by what he put together. Karelys is a powerhouse. She keeps them organized and make sure everything is dealt with in a timely manner. This team professionalism is top tier. I cannot stress how professional and personable they all were. They are so passionate about what they do and it reflects in their work and communication. I never had to question my decision on booking them or worry if my vision would be executed. They did an amazing job and they deserve every accolade they can get. Juan Carlos is now my friend lol.

RJ Glam will make sure your flowers are exactly what you envisioned. I wanted to have blue berries as an accent on my bouquet but they were out of season. They spray painted the berries to make sure I had what I wanted, it was such a surprise and the bouquet was so so beautiful I cried! Talk about going above and beyond. Everyone commented on how beautiful the flowers were. On top of that my centerpieces were just absolutely perfect! Thank you for making my wedding day so beautiful.

They took my vague vision and literally brought the wedding of my dreams to life. The ceremony was beautiful, and the reception was magical. Literally everything was so perfect. Communication was a breeze and we stayed within budget! RJ Glam brought my vision to life and I couldn’t be any happier. The decor was breath taking (sooo many compliments from our guests), the bouquets were GORGEOUS- one of a kind. My bouquet was massive! but well worth it for it’s uniqueness and beauty!! I ended up having my ceremony and reception indoors (rain) but it was a blessing- the team flipped the room in under an hour and it was absolutely STUNNING!! Juan Carlos and his team at RJGLAM are outstanding! They are attentive and professional! Juan Carlos is a talented visionary. He listened to what we wanted to create and made our dreams a reality even better than we could have imagined. The ceremony space was gorgeous with flowers that looked like they were floating and the Chupah was breathtaking! The reception was incredibly elegant with candles and a variety of floral arrangements to add variety to the room. We rented chargers, napkins and chair sashes that added to the room’s ambiance. Not only did Juan Carlos design our flower arrangements, he designed the entire room arrangement from dance floor to couples table. If you want the best team in town to help make your wedding dreams come true, then RJGLAM should be at the top of your vendor list. Contracting with them was the best decision we made as we planned our wedding!

When I went for the preview we were blown away! I cried when Juan Carlos brought the bouquets to my room it was just all so beautiful. The RJ Glam team did an absolutely AMAZING job with all of our gorgeous flowers and wedding decorations!!! Everything was done with such precise detail and so much passion!!! Juan Carlos went above and beyond for my wedding. When I was between decisions about certain details he helped me decide by discussing each option and showing me visuals. He and his receptionist kept in touch with me all throughout, called when it got close to go over everything and make sure they had it all correct. I wanted a loose bouquet, with lots of greenery and small flowers coming out of the shape, and other little details that he did exactly what i pictured in my head. When I wasn’t able to bring some of the dress fabric to him to use for my bouquet, he personally drove to my home to pick it up for me and added and grandparents wedding rings in the bouquet as well. So nice, so professional, and so enthusiastic about making my wedding beautiful!!

I always had this picture in my head of what my wedding would look like. when i tell you Juan Carlos and Rigo made my vision come through, THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. Exceeded expectations. They are truly such an amazing team. They truly spoiled me. I fell in love with specific chairs and they made sure i had them as a surprise. As soon as i saw the decor I cried! Couldn’t believe this was my wedding. My wedding was great but my BEST DECISION was to have RJ Glam part of my team. They completed and made my whole wedding SPECTACULAR. Each and every guest were amazed at the beauty of every single detail, ESPECIALLY how unreal and magical the flowers looked. Truly one of a kind. I am an interior decorator, so letting go of control with decor was something I feared the most. However, after my first meeting with Juan, I KNEW we were in good hands. He just saw the vision!! Fast forward to wedding day, I was confident things would look great but when my husband and I opened our eyes, I was SPEECHLESS!!! (insert faint GIFs). My husband even cried, which he never does!!! It was beautiful! Breathtaking! All of our guests are still talking about the flowers. I’ve never seen roses that big! The blooms were incredible. RJ Glam is the best design company in the business for flowers & decor for your special event!! 🤍From the moment we had our first appointment with Juan Carlos over 2 years ago we had an instant connection. Not only did he hit it off with me (the bride) he hit it off with my my mom (who helped me plan the wedding) He is very enthusiastic, detailed , friendly and up beat! His energy is super contagious and I knew from the very beginning he was going to create a master piece. He is also very accommodating, my wedding did get postponed a couple weeks before Covid last year and he made the process to reschedule very easy. He said to me “don’t worry everything is still going to be beautiful and amazing” and he kept that promise because fast forward to 4.18.21 my wedding was amazing thanks to him. The ceremony setup was so romantic, elegant and classy! I was so in love with all the flower arrangements, the draping of the stage, but my absolute favorite was my sweetheart table, having the flowers drape on the side with all the pretty candle and definitely the display of flowers on the stand in the back. He also included some surprises which complimented the look I was going for. I’m forever grateful that I was able to work with beautiful souls and for them to execute my vision beyond measures.
