If you’re looking for florals that will literally take your breath away RJ Glam was it!!! It was an absolute honor working with them for our wedding on November 9, 2024, at the Dr....
Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, and we are still in awe of everything they created for us.
From the very first meeting with Juan Carlos and Rigo, we knew we had found something special and we clicked instantly. They completely understood our vision of modern all-white elegance and took it to a level we never could’ve imagined. Every conversation, every mood board, every detail was handled with such care and creativity.
Their entire team is just as incredible! Super friendly, professional, and truly passionate about what they do. On the wedding day, they personally delivered our bouquets and boutonnieres to where we were getting ready, which was such a thoughtful and calming touch. That moment made everything feel real.
And then… the floral reveal. I’ll never forget it. When we walked into the space and saw what they had created, I was overcome with emotion. It was so much more than flowers, it was a feeling. The arrangements were filled with the most exquisite blooms, from peonies to orchids to calla lilies, and every detail was flawless. It was pure magic. So many of our guests told us it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever seen!!!
Juan Carlos and Rigo are not just florists. They are artists, storytellers, and dream makers! If you’re getting married in Orlando, honestly anywhere in Florida, don't hesitate book RJ Glam. They made our day unforgettable, and we will be forever grateful!

, the decorator, was incredibly detailed and thoughtful—he truly brought our vision to life with a level of care and precision that exceeded our expectations. Every element was perfectly placed, and it was clear he takes great pride in his work. Planning can be stressful, but they honestly made it feel effortless.
The entire team was a joy to work with, especially Criscel at the front desk. She was so friendly, organized, and responsive, making the whole planning process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find a company where both the creative and administrative sides work so well together, but RJ Glam absolutely delivers on both fronts.
If you're looking for a team that combines talent, professionalism, and genuine care, RJ Glam is the way to go!
We couldn’t be happier with the incredible work Juan Carlos and his team did as our wedding florist! From the very beginning, his professionalism stood out. He communicated clearly...
and consistently, always taking the time to understand our vision and offering thoughtful suggestions to make it even better. Every arrangement at our wedding, from the church to the reception venue that held 400 people, was elegant and beautifully done on time. When our guests arrived, everything was done…like magic!!
Juan Carlos was truly one of the best parts of my wedding day. He went far above and beyond what I ever expected from a florist. When things weren’t going as planned, he stepped in without hesitation to make sure everything was handled. He even helped me put on my veil, showed me how to walk down the aisle properly, and kept an eye on the other vendors to ensure they showed up and did their jobs. His presence brought a sense of calm and reassurance that I didn’t know I needed until he was there.
His team stayed until the very end of the event—still with a helpful and positive attitude. As we were getting ready for the sparkler exit, I couldn’t find my bouquet and was about to carry a centerpiece instead. One of his staff members managed to find it within just a few minutes—it truly meant a lot to me. Again, consistently exemplifying the above-and-beyond culture.
My only regret is not asking him to give me and my dad a quick dance lesson for our father-daughter dance—I’m convinced he would have nailed that, too!
RJ Glamour and Innovation delivered the florals and decor that wedding dreams are made of. The entire team, from Juan Carlos to Cris, was so lovely, supportive, and accommodating. ...
They did everything in their power to make the wedding planning process as fun and stress-free as possible, and we are eternally grateful for their hard work and creative genius!

When our family walked into the Bella Collina ballroom on Saturday, April 22, a family member exclaimed, “This is paradise.” Those words perfectly captured what RJ Glam created. ...
The room was quite simply, and quite truthfully, PARADISE.
The centerpieces, the floating candles, the flower-wrapped columns . . . we were overcome with emotion upon first entering the room, seeing everything that we talked about and planned come to life before us. Amazing, magnificent, spectacular, breathtaking! Our guests could not believe their eyes. Just about every one of them told us they had never seen such a beautiful room and that was thanks to the RJ Glam team.
My beautiful bouquet, the incredible arch, the insane cake with the floral and pillar on which it stood….everything you touched transformed into something magical, something that had to be seen to be believed. You promised to deliver and you actually lied. You OVER-delivered. By a lot!
Thank you for taking such good care of us, and for creating a ballroom environment that nobody will ever forget. You are a creative genius!

nd each detail is taken to a level I’ve never seen before. Our wedding looked like a dream. Every single person at our wedding was commenting on the flowers and couldn’t believe how amazing it looked. Several of my guests pulled me aside and said this was the nicest wedding they had ever been to. All of my vendors were commenting what genuine people Juan Carlos and his team are and how they could tell that they truly care so much about what they do which is so rare and I couldn’t agree with them more. I’m convinced that there is no better team than this one. We rented with them as well and the details were absolutely incredible. I joked I would have 5 more vow renewals just to work with them again and see their beautiful work again. Juan Carlos is such a selfless person he was even sending me ideas separately from their flowers and rentals that he doesn’t get anything out of just to make sure our wedding dreams came true! much in the wedding planning process. I soon learned, with the help of Juan, how important the wedding flowers and design were to the wedding lol. What made our wedding planning process so unique and special was that we planned our Florida wedding while living in California. Juan Carlos communicated frequently and was extremely creative with making my wife’s vision come to life. My wife would become more excited with every meeting with the team. Juan and Rigo have a high attention to detail. On our wedding day, minutes before walking down the aisle, Juan Carlos re-pinned all the groomsmen boutonnières to ensure they looked perfect. My wife cried when she saw the reception room and how beautiful it looked. Juan and Rigo now feel like family to us. I feel very satisfied that we had an amazing wedding day and to see my wife’s dreams come true.
Thanks for everything!

to your work and I wish I could adequately express how happy we were with how everything turned out! Your attention to detail was evident in everything you touched. Walking into the venue was like seeing our wildest dreams brought to life. You literally took a blank slate and turned it into exactly what both Ricky and I was looking for--glamour, romantic and vintage and we got more than that. The arrangements in the reception room continued the atmosphere you created in the outdoor patio area--simply breathtaking. We especially appreciated the way you made our front entrance so spectacular. It was evident that you really listened to the things we had to say in our many meetings and emails! You guys really thought of everything! The flowers were my favorite part of the whole wedding. I wish I knew a hundred people who were getting married so I could refer them all to you! You deserve so much attention for your unique creations! Not only are you easy to work with but the finished product exceeded my expectations. I wish you every success in the future. You are just simply the BEST at what you do!

This team professionalism is top tier. I cannot stress how professional and personable they all were. They are so passionate about what they do and it reflects in their work and communication.
