We had a winter wedding (Jan 2), so our reception venue and church were both decorated for Christmas. We did boutonnieres, bouquets for the girls, and very simple, elegant table arrangements. Everything worked out beautifully and we were so happy! We just took out our dried flowers for our 1 year anniversary yesterday and they still look fantastic! They were very easy to work with and took everything we asked for into consideration. Delivery was on time and fantastic! We loved our flowers and would easily work with RJKramer again if we had a need for flowers!

Horrible experience! I called and spoke with a very nice lady a little over a week ago, to schedule an appointment, for today at 6pm. I arrived there approximately 5 minutes early and knocked on their door, which had no doorbell. I was sure to knock very loudly. I am fairly certain I heard movement from within the house, but no one came to the door. I called at 6pm and left a polite message that I was there for my appointment, and that I would try knocking again soon. I waited about 10 minutes and tried to knock on their door again. This time, I'm sure I heard shuffling from inside. I tried to call them one last time and then we left. They never called back; it's been hours. Also, this "business" is in a house, with the front yard COMPLETELY overrun by unkempt and overgrown flowers. It looks atrocious. I would not expect a business to be ran from a house that looks that bad.

Robert Kramer is very creative and does beautiful work. I went to him with a budget and the colors I wanted and he made it happen. I would recommend a florist as talented as Robert Kramer have as much creative freedom as possible. He's the expert, unless you're also a florist. He does not have a store front, so the first time you'll see your bouquets and center pieces will be on your wedding day, which I found extremely exciting. We had a great consultation with him and I had complete faith that he would do a beautiful job.
