he was checking in with me regarding the timeline and was very flexible with any changes that came during the day. He made the day run smoothly. The only thing that was a little bumpy was during dinner, it was difficult to understand/hear what he was saying over the speakers. It was pretty loud and I was on the opposite side of the room so I don't blame him for that. I would highly recommend Ray's DJ/MC services.

Has an incredibly slick website for you to be able to create your song lists or request any that he doesnt have, also includes song lists to give you ideas so you don't have to search around the internet for hours! ceremony music went off perfectly and he made sure to actually play as many of our "must plays" as possible. He got everyone, and I mean EVERYone, out on the dance floor. We really didn't think our guests would dance much but we were wrong! He did a great job of picking songs that got the older folks out first and then switched it up to more contemporary music that kept the party going. He was professional and did a great job with our announcements, not showy or cheesy at all. Ray is super affordable, especially compared to other DJs ($2000+ anyone?) and a steal of deal if you ask me for what he brings with lighting, etc. We were so happy that we booked Ray for our wedding!

t good things to say. I am really impressed with him. We had many compliments on the good mix of music that catered to older and younger people. He was on time, went by the schedule and did a great job keeping the event moving. Lots of people were dancing which can be really iffy if the music doesn't keep people moving. I hired another DJ in the past for a work party who had more expensive packages and he doesn't even compare with Ray. Ray did an amazing job and I'm so glad I took advantage of his generosity. The only thing that didn't go quite right was the speaches. The best man wasn't supposed to touch the mic because well, he can be pretty crude, has no filter and he was already drunk by the time dinner started. I asked Ray to hold the mic for him but instead it was passed from my dad to him and then my husband got it and kept passing it back to the best man who kept taking it and making some stupid comments. I suppose I should've signaled to Ray to shut the mic off but instead I was signaling to the best man to shut up. Oh well, I suppose it was just a miscommunication of some sort. It certainly didn't ruin anything and I'll recommend Ray no doubt to anyone who asks and if I plan another work party that needs a DJ I'll be sure to give Ray a call. A++++
