Picking RLM was the best decision me and my husband made. We are young and on a budget the packages were reasonable. I was supposed to have my wedding ceremony outside and reception inside , however, I Broke my foot the day before. Feeling worried Resia and her staff came up to my suite 1 hour before wedding starting making me feel at ease, Calming me down with no worries they moved everything so quickly before my guest arrival. The RLM reception hall was beautiful and Huge They are BYOB Facility Bring your alcohol our barman served my guest. Such a beautiful venue I recommend to have your special day here.

r! Resia and her team were INCREDIBLE every step of the way. I definitely had a couple of bridezilla meltdowns but Abigails team kept me sane! All of our guests gushed about how STUNNING the food, florals and atmosphere were and how incredibly beautiful the whole venue and reception was.

think about it. I visited and closed with this venue during the pandemic and Resia was polite and helpful during my visit - nothing special but just enough for me to feel comfortable. I had a few questions about how the payment would work and reschedule if needed so talked to her in person during my visit. She told me that she was being extra flexible due the whole covid thing and I could reschedule one time and as long as I paid my event in full 40 days before event I should be fine. Since my family needed to come from out of the country I ended up having to reschedule - they didn't give me any good date but I accepted sep 11th and understood they schedule - and notice on my invoice that the due date moved forward too. So far so good right? nope. I found a nice party planner to help me out with small details because I felt a little lack of communication. Staff started off not answering my party planner, sending the information just to me. Right after it they simply changed the due date to a way closer day. I tried to talk to them about it and even had the screenshot took a few days before showing a different day. They said the my screenshot meant nothing. I tried to find a day in between so it was when they started to let they masks off. Abigail is extremely inflexible and rude. After this whole stress I asked to cancel since I had more than 200 days upfront my event (they asked for at least 180 in the contract). My husband said they treated me so bad that he didn't want to step there ever again. I cried after every email Note: I wans't asking for the money I paid back because I was the one who wanted cancel. She just didn't care at all, she said as long as I paid in full I could cancel anytime. I so decided to call, and the person I talked on the phone was extremely rude too and said they were doing me a favor and being extra nice letting me reschedule. I don't think is a favor since its something that you've promised since the first day. Even treated me like I was trying to take advantage of them with a whole drama about being a small business and they were losing money because of me (???) I am small business owner myself and would never try to do it or treat costumers like this. I did call my lawyer and she said all of it was non-sense and there was nothing in the contract that would make they act like this. She said she would call and try to fix it in a nice way but guess what? They literally hung up the phone and said they wouldn't talk to anyone. After I sent an email stating everything on their contract Abigail answered just with "Thank you very much." and left me alone - remind that I didn't ask for any refund because NO I WASN'T trying to make y'all lose money. After all that I passed with them I felt so disrespected and cried every time I heard about them. I ended up no wanting a wedding party and doing just an elopement. This still breaks my heart and I don't think such an attitude is ok - mostly when you talk about someone's dreams. I was such a nightmare so be aware. I am sure they do a great when comes to the event itself but their costumer service is a chaos and I promise if you have any little issue they will turn against you.

They are extremely responsive to emails and are very flexible depending on your desired style for your event. We required a lot of attention as we are a same sex couple whose family is very fussy. Abigail was a dream she kept everyone inline and happy. Took all the stress off of us. We had no less than 20 meetings and everytime Resia and Kim were so kind and listened to all our insane demands lol with a smile. Highly recommend you will be so happy!

fantastic. The level of service we experienced with the team was exceptionally high as well. They were very patient as we sorted through COVID needs and rearrangements due to last minute changes to our guest lists. They also had great relationships with our other vendors too, and were able to help us coordinate day-of activities to make our day as stress-free as a wedding day can be.

he whole property is gorgeous, and very obviously FOR weddings. There are beautiful chandeliers in the trees, and the interior is decorated in such a classy, beautiful way. We went with the all day package and we really enjoyed spending our day getting ready in the bride & grooms suite. The photos of us getting ready in the space are to die for. Kim was our wedding coordinator, and she worked out all of the kinks on the day of, and made sure that everything looked beautiful. I did not lift a finger on my wedding day! The RLM staff unpacked our decor items as well as everything I brought and made the ceremony and reception spaces look gorgeous. From beginning to end, The RLM staff were so professional, easy to communicate with, and just fantastic. I would recommend RLM Affairs to any bride who is looking for an affordable, stress-free, and beautiful venue for her big day

r a few weeks. We were speaking about a time that we could meet. We decided for October 12th at 3 p.m. also I made her wear early on that we live for nearly two hours away from the venue. Yesterday we arrived at the venue at our scheduled time and no one was there. We thought it might have been a mix-up so I dial the number on the door to speak with someone, and I didn't get anyone. We then realized they called and text my fiance's phone while we were in transit to the venue, so of course we didn't see that they had contacted us. I called the number that send a text to his phone and I got no response, but I left a voicemail. I text the number from my phone and still got no response. I called the main number again and pressed a prompt to be connected to the florist. I finally got someone on the phone. I told her who I was and that I had an appointment and that no one was there at the venue. Immediately they became very combative and defensive, speaking over me she spoke as if it was my fault no one was there because we didn't answer the phone. Trying to be calm I informed her that we were in transit to the location so we had no clue we were being contacted by them (we NEVER had phone communication prior only email). She then told me it will be about 45 minutes before someone could come back to the venue. We agreed to wait as we ha just driven 2hours one way, so we waited in the parking lot. About 30 minutes later I got a call being told no one was going to be able to come meet us. We were in complete disbelief because we had just driven over 2 hours away beat downtown traffic in Atlanta and had made our appointment on time just to be told no one would come and meet us for our appointment that had been preset for weeks. After I expressed my disappointment, I was told they would send me a $100 check in the mail to compensate me for my time. This was a very unpleasant event for my fiance and I as we we're literally in the car for a 4 hours plus round trip that thrown away for nothing. We even got off work early. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I expected more from a business that stated they've been in business for over 40 years. This is the most unprofessional transaction I've ever had in my life.

The outdoor area was wonderful and the staff were helpful and professional. It also was so nice to have the wedding organizer take care of everything, even the rehearsal. Top-notch!! You don't want to miss this gem! Our families had a such wonderful time. Thanks RLM!!

We heard about a couple situations she had to deal with after the honeymoon, and we're so glad she made it so that we didn't have to stress over them. The food was also fantastic! We were incredibly happy with the chef working with our dietary needs and presenting DELICIOUS gluten and lactose free food (Shrimp&grits and BBQ, but the guests also couldn't stop talking about the meatball appetizers). We had several guests who also had similar dietary needs, and they were so relieved that they could enjoy the food without worrying about having a reaction. We also had a LOT of guests, but even with all the tables, there was plenty of room to dance.
