Had our event April 24, 2022. Omg I wanted to say thank you sooo much for putting up with me; I apologize again for giving you a hard time ( I guess because I am use to doing things myself and was long distance). You came through! Such an amazing job was done! Family and friends kept telling how beautiful the place was and that they really enjoyed themselves.

We had a graduation party for my daughter after attending a beautiful wedding here and our event was just as amazing. Every detail was treated like the wedding was. Highly recommend for any occasion.

I got married here August 2021, and had the most amazing experience! Booking the venue was easy. We walked in and instantly I knew I wanted to get married here. Everything from the outside ceremony to the reception hall decor is stunning! We worked with Resia the entire time after booking. She made everything so easy, Even sitting down with me helping me pick out decor suggestions tables, chairs, tablecloths up-lighting, She was always so fun to deal with and very prompt. Picking RLM was the best decision me and my husband made. We are young and on a budget the packages were reasonable. I was supposed to have my wedding ceremony outside and reception inside , however, I Broke my foot the day before. Feeling worried Resia and her staff came up to my suite 1 hour before wedding starting making me feel at ease, Calming me down with no worries they moved everything so quickly before my guest arrival. The RLM reception hall was beautiful and Huge They are BYOB Facility Bring your alcohol our barman served my guest. Such a beautiful venue I recommend to have your special day here.

This place is AMAZING! It was everything we wanted it to be for our big day. Such a unique venue. We took advantage of the property and were shooting in the morning with our wedding parties and then got ready there. The bridal suite was so perfect! Resia was amazing, answered all of my strange questions very timely and always with a smile. Kim helped us the day of and she was phenomenal. Everything was so smooth the day of, we couldn't have imagined anything different. Oh and the food was amazing. Still getting compliments on everything. A beautiful venue in that captures all of the beauty of our wedding day!!

My daughter was married there November 14th. I am a bit of a traditionalist and was hesitant to use a unique venue like this. Boy was I wrong!!! Resia, Kim Abigail & team were fantastic. All of our needs were met and any questions were addressed immediately. Their professional, yet social personalities were absolutely perfect. I could not have asked for a better wedding experience for my daughter, her husband and our families. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great place for a wedding. Their expertise and effort made it a memorable experience.

Our guests could not say enough wonderful things about this venue! We had a reception for our son and daughter in law and it could not have been more beautiful! The bride and groom found the venue enchanting and loved beautiful garden ceremony as the sun was setting. Resia was a pleasure to work with and was always available by phone or email to answer any questions. We will definitely use this venue again in the future for special occasions!

RLM Affairs made my wedding day a dream come true. From the beautifully kept landscaping, to the clean and perfect venue , to all of their staff, this place is top notch. We got married October 7, 2021, outdoors, and had the most perfect weather! Resia and her team were INCREDIBLE every step of the way. I definitely had a couple of bridezilla meltdowns but Abigails team kept me sane! All of our guests gushed about how STUNNING the food, florals and atmosphere were and how incredibly beautiful the whole venue and reception was.

Okay let's start by the pros: price was good, low down payment and place is actually super cute. Now let me explain my experience - which made me so traumatized that this review is being write almost a year later because I didn't even want to think about it. I visited and closed with this venue during the pandemic and Resia was polite and helpful during my visit - nothing special but just enough for me to feel comfortable. I had a few questions about how the payment would work and reschedule if needed so talked to her in person during my visit. She told me that she was being extra flexible due the whole covid thing and I could reschedule one time and as long as I paid my event in full 40 days before event I should be fine. Since my family needed to come from out of the country I ended up having to reschedule - they didn't give me any good date but I accepted sep 11th and understood they schedule - and notice on my invoice that the due date moved forward too. So far so good right? nope. I found a nice party planner to help me out with small details because I felt a little lack of communication. Staff started off not answering my party planner, sending the information just to me. Right after it they simply changed the due date to a way closer day. I tried to talk to them about it and even had the screenshot took a few days before showing a different day. They said the my screenshot meant nothing. I tried to find a day in between so it was when they started to let they masks off. Abigail is extremely inflexible and rude. After this whole stress I asked to cancel since I had more than 200 days upfront my event (they asked for at least 180 in the contract). My husband said they treated me so bad that he didn't want to step there ever again. I cried after every email Note: I wans't asking for the money I paid back because I was the one who wanted cancel. She just didn't care at all, she said as long as I paid in full I could cancel anytime. I so decided to call, and the person I talked on the phone was extremely rude too and said they were doing me a favor and being extra nice letting me reschedule. I don't think is a favor since its something that you've promised since the first day. Even treated me like I was trying to take advantage of them with a whole drama about being a small business and they were losing money because of me (???) I am small business owner myself and would never try to do it or treat costumers like this. I did call my lawyer and she said all of it was non-sense and there was nothing in the contract that would make they act like this. She said she would call and try to fix it in a nice way but guess what? They literally hung up the phone and said they wouldn't talk to anyone. After I sent an email stating everything on their contract Abigail answered just with "Thank you very much." and left me alone - remind that I didn't ask for any refund because NO I WASN'T trying to make y'all lose money. After all that I passed with them I felt so disrespected and cried every time I heard about them. I ended up no wanting a wedding party and doing just an elopement. This still breaks my heart and I don't think such an attitude is ok - mostly when you talk about someone's dreams. I was such a nightmare so be aware. I am sure they do a great when comes to the event itself but their costumer service is a chaos and I promise if you have any little issue they will turn against you.

RLM made my day simply beautiful and fun. I wanted the stress taken away and they did that and more. Kim was our coordinator and she was the sweetest the whole time. I loved my flowers and the food was delicious (best mac and cheese I have ever had)

We had our wedding here in September 2021 and it was the absolute best. Such a beautiful, affordable, do it however YOU want venue. The owners are all about YOUR wedding day being what YOU want. Between that, the affordable pricing and the owners immediately making us feel like family from day 1, they had us locked & sealed with booking them. The venue is absolutely beautiful & the owners are gems. Great people to work with. Resia was our coordinator and she was absolutely the best!!!

RLM is something special! The venue is so versatile that you can create any kind of atmosphere you are looking for. From the Inside with all the doors and the light coming in to the outside with the magical view of the gardens and the string light backyard, it’s perfect. You have to see this place in person and meet the team who will do everything to make your day special! If your looking for amazing on a budget RLM is it!

If you are a couple and want a low-stress wedding, RLM Affairs is the way to go. The food was delicious for both events, service was phenomenal, and all the preferred vendors work together seamlessly. The day of our wedding was very relaxing, due to all the help I had from them. They are extremely responsive to emails and are very flexible depending on your desired style for your event. We required a lot of attention as we are a same sex couple whose family is very fussy. Abigail was a dream she kept everyone inline and happy. Took all the stress off of us. We had no less than 20 meetings and everytime Resia and Kim were so kind and listened to all our insane demands lol with a smile. Highly recommend you will be so happy!

I Loved my wedding it was perfect what can I say Resia Missed nothing! The best wedding venue or any celebration! 100% attention to detail very classy, very top notch! Beautiful setting with wonderful service and fantastic food! Everyone had plenty of room to move around freely, the bathrooms were immaculate, and it was an overall wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this place for any special event!

Fantastic wedding venue + service. My wife and I hosted our wedding here for ~50ppl and couldnt have picked a better place for our wedding. Between the dedicated bridal/grooms suites and the layout of the venue with indoor/outdoor areas, it was fantastic. The level of service we experienced with the team was exceptionally high as well. They were very patient as we sorted through COVID needs and rearrangements due to last minute changes to our guest lists. They also had great relationships with our other vendors too, and were able to help us coordinate day-of activities to make our day as stress-free as a wedding day can be.

Our experience was nothing short of eloquent! The venue was privately located, what we love! Our guests loved every detail and our vision for our wedding was surpassed our expectations.

“Okay, where can I even start with this? Booking RLM Affairs was hands down, one of THE BEST decisions I made for our wedding day. We had the most BEAUTIFUL day, and looking back at our photos, I am even more sure that RLM Garden is the best. The whole property is gorgeous, and very obviously FOR weddings. There are beautiful chandeliers in the trees, and the interior is decorated in such a classy, beautiful way. We went with the all day package and we really enjoyed spending our day getting ready in the bride & grooms suite. The photos of us getting ready in the space are to die for. Kim was our wedding coordinator, and she worked out all of the kinks on the day of, and made sure that everything looked beautiful. I did not lift a finger on my wedding day! The RLM staff unpacked our decor items as well as everything I brought and made the ceremony and reception spaces look gorgeous. From beginning to end, The RLM staff were so professional, easy to communicate with, and just fantastic. I would recommend RLM Affairs to any bride who is looking for an affordable, stress-free, and beautiful venue for her big day

We were looking for a wedding venue that matched our overall aesthetic for our wedding plans. We found this venue online and though it was far away wanted to give it a chance. I've been in contact with the project manager Abigail via email for a few weeks. We were speaking about a time that we could meet. We decided for October 12th at 3 p.m. also I made her wear early on that we live for nearly two hours away from the venue. Yesterday we arrived at the venue at our scheduled time and no one was there. We thought it might have been a mix-up so I dial the number on the door to speak with someone, and I didn't get anyone. We then realized they called and text my fiance's phone while we were in transit to the venue, so of course we didn't see that they had contacted us. I called the number that send a text to his phone and I got no response, but I left a voicemail. I text the number from my phone and still got no response. I called the main number again and pressed a prompt to be connected to the florist. I finally got someone on the phone. I told her who I was and that I had an appointment and that no one was there at the venue. Immediately they became very combative and defensive, speaking over me she spoke as if it was my fault no one was there because we didn't answer the phone. Trying to be calm I informed her that we were in transit to the location so we had no clue we were being contacted by them (we NEVER had phone communication prior only email). She then told me it will be about 45 minutes before someone could come back to the venue. We agreed to wait as we ha just driven 2hours one way, so we waited in the parking lot. About 30 minutes later I got a call being told no one was going to be able to come meet us. We were in complete disbelief because we had just driven over 2 hours away beat downtown traffic in Atlanta and had made our appointment on time just to be told no one would come and meet us for our appointment that had been preset for weeks. After I expressed my disappointment, I was told they would send me a $100 check in the mail to compensate me for my time. This was a very unpleasant event for my fiance and I as we we're literally in the car for a 4 hours plus round trip that thrown away for nothing. We even got off work early. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I expected more from a business that stated they've been in business for over 40 years. This is the most unprofessional transaction I've ever had in my life.

This place is lovely and perfect for a small, all-inclusive wedding venue. My daughter was married here yesterday. They did the food, flowers, decor, & service. It was great! The bride's dressing room was elegant & roomy (with great ac for girls dressing and doing hair :). We had about a dozen people in there and it was so festive! The groom had a nice room too. There are so many cute areas for photo ops. The outdoor area was wonderful and the staff were helpful and professional. It also was so nice to have the wedding organizer take care of everything, even the rehearsal. Top-notch!! You don't want to miss this gem! Our families had a such wonderful time. Thanks RLM!!

simply put... look no further! This all-inclusive style venue leaves almost nothing left for a bride/groom to have to hustle around and plan on their own. They have a variety of decor options, a delicious menu, a naturally beautiful garden and ambiance and the staff/team take it over the top. This venue exceeded our expectations beyond belief! Can I say that I just loved everything the attention to my every request was truly taken care of.

I highly recommend RLM Affairs. Resia was so easy to work with. She truly knows her stuff! She is professional and personable and gave her complete attention to every little detail for our wedding! Bride and Groom dressing rooms, table setup and decor, food, flowers and service was 10 out of 10. We felt at ease from the very beginning! Great Place for a Reasonable price! We will be back for other occasions for sure!

Every thing I asked for was done. It was so easy to communicate my ideas with Abigail. My now Husband :) loved the food this was his only input and we were both thrilled with how the food was set out and it all tasted so good.

We loved the garden space. It was full of butterflies and roses. The space was just beautiful. Can not recommend Abigail and everyone at the venue enough. I did not have to handle anything and that made it perfect for this lazy bride.

After the wedding, we couldn't stop talking about how perfect it was. This venue matched exactly the environment we had dreamed of, and many of the guests we spoke to commented on how beautiful the venue was. We appreciated Resa keeping everything on track; she was the MVP, especially since she kept all of the drama away from the bride and groom. We heard about a couple situations she had to deal with after the honeymoon, and we're so glad she made it so that we didn't have to stress over them. The food was also fantastic! We were incredibly happy with the chef working with our dietary needs and presenting DELICIOUS gluten and lactose free food (Shrimp&grits and BBQ, but the guests also couldn't stop talking about the meatball appetizers). We had several guests who also had similar dietary needs, and they were so relieved that they could enjoy the food without worrying about having a reaction. We also had a LOT of guests, but even with all the tables, there was plenty of room to dance.

My daughters wedding was beautiful. We are from Honolulu and that is hard to compare to. The garden was perfect a hidden gem. Everything Haley asked for and more was given. Their attention to detail is just what she wanted. Resia was so kind and attentive to all our silly requests. Highly recommend if you want to relax and enjoy your wedding.

My wedding was intimate with around 70 people. The food was great! She created the look I was going for and it’s all inclusive! Fabulous beautiful job

The venue was everything I had hoped for and more! It was so easy- I sent them pictures of what I wanted and they recreated it exactly. Their venue is PERFECT for a intimate, boho rustic wedding. I can’t recommend RLM affairs enough.

Amazing service, food, and don’t even get me started about the flowers! It went so smoothly the day of and I didn’t have to worry about anything. Can’t recommend them enough!

My day was perfect what can I say. The flowers were so pretty full of all of my favorite colors. My son is special needs and they made him so comfortable and kept him involved in everything. The food was so on point very southern just as we wanted it to be a family affair. I would give more stars if I could!

We had an intimate bohemian style wedding and RLM was the perfect venue for it! From touring the venue to corresponding over the months leading up to the wedding Resia and the staff at RLM were helpful, knowledgeable, and reassuring. Most of the payments/discussions were done through their online client portal which I loved the convenience of! They have various package deals to meet your wedding needs and allow you to add on. Our package included the venue rental, flowers for the bridal party, ceremony, and reception, food, cake and decor (I chose to bring some in as well) and it was so helpful that they were able to take care of all of that rather than us finding other vendors for each category. They even have a aux hook up/speaker system so we were able to save money and not hire a DJ. We were so happy with the services received, and every detail discussed with RLM was executed perfectly. When we arrived the morning of the wedding I wanted to cry because they already had everything set up beautifully. It was truly the most perfect day a bride could have asked for.

Everything about RLM was amazing, the venue was decorated to the nines. All of the staff were nice and friendly, they made you feel comfortable and at home there. The food was displayed very professionally, and everything tasted great! My best friend's wedding day was perfect as far as I could tell, which definitely seemed to be thanks to the hardworking staff at RLM. This was definitely the most enjoyable, and smoothly ran wedding I've been to before. I highly recommend RLM, and hope to get married there one day as well.

Attended a wedding here last week it was simply amazing. I love this place.

I want to start with the positives: RLM is beautiful and decorated to the nines. The aesthetics were perfect for our day. Our cake was gorgeous and delicious. The rest of the food was mediocre at best. However, it was hard to get past the way Resia spoke to me and some of my family. We were late to decorating and she did not speak to us kindly. She quickly helped after being a little rude to me but on your wedding day the last thing you want or need is for someone to be unkind. At our reception, her tone was not welcoming and rude to one of our guests who was looking for her crates. Ultimately, on our day it did not ruin it but we were not pleased with how some things were handled.

Resia and Abigail were so great to work with!! They were prompt to answer any questions, and they put me at ease while planning (and postponing) a wedding during these stressful times! They brought my wedding vision to life, and the ceremony and reception were even more beautiful than I hoped/expected! Resia is so efficient and a calming presence, and she made sure my wedding day was perfect. She seems to truly care about her brides, and I can’t say enough good things about her or the venue!

RLM did the flowers, decor for reception and the cake for my daughters wedding. They exceeding our expectation - the flowers were gorgeous, the venue decor was stunning and the cake not only was beautiful it tasted GREAT. RLM Affairs was our florist for our wedding and they were wonderful. They were able to take our vision, craft us a proposal for flower arrangements and an absolutely gorgeous arch, and delivered us fantastic flowers at a really reasonable price.

To be honest I struggled with making contact with this vendor on occasion and on two various in person meetings circumstances arose that were beyond the vendors control (break-in and local power outage). However, Resia with RLM did a fantastic job on making my wedding day one I will never forget. I used RLM for my decor, flowers, setup, catering and cake. I got numerous compliments on the food and the cake was outstanding! The venue looked lovely and the service was spot on. The wreath Resia put together was stunning and although my flowers were not exactly what I was hoping for they turned out beautifully in my pictures and fit the theme so very well. I can't thank RLM enough!

I was the maid of honor at my best friends wedding and you made her day perfect. I can not tell you all how many time sshe said it was a dream come true. Your the best and thank you!

The Venue has everything you need. We went with a package and all we had to do day of wedding was show up Resia took care of everything. It was all beautiful & the food got compliments all night.

RLM did our florals. They turned out beautiful and exactly what I expected for a super reasonable price. The only reason I knocked off a star is because they were tricky to get in touch with.

Unprofessional, untrustworthy, confusing, and just plain rude! My experience with RLM Affairs in Oakwood, Georgia was a nightmare that I would never wish on any bride! The service and treatment I received from Resia with RLM was horrific and caused me and my family extreme stress and anxiety before, during, and after the happiest day of my life. Listed below is a brief summary of the service I received: The set up - they did not set up everything as it was listed in the contract and reviewed over and over again with them. Nor did they supply all the decor outlined in the contract. -Missing items – did not supply all items listed in our contract and paid extra to have. Some items include: mothers wristlets, groomsmen boutonniere and natural flowers, tied ribbon on tables and “No seat chart” sign. -Took items with them when they left – third bouquet and a few signs that I brought. -Did not clean up, even though it is in the contract. -Communication – it was hard to get in touch through multiple emails and phone calls. When we did get in touch it felt very rushed and more confusing than when the conversation started. -Never received designer -Being rude and causing unnecessary stress to guest, bride, and bridal party. Pulled tablecloth out from under guest with no words during reception, did not put label on adult cocktail when asked to and was told to just tell everyone themselves, contacted bride night before wedding that they were not going to set up tables, rudely rushed bride and groom to cut cake an hour early, verbally attacked mother of bride moments before ceremony stating that they did not have the mothers wristlets even though I paid extra to have them, took down ceremony décor moments after ceremony and before pictures were taken then proceeded to blamed the photographers, talking loudly in front of guests about mother of the bride not paying for mother wristlets even though we have a statement from them, and Friday before wedding, after stating we could bring items over early that they were responsible for putting out, she acted as if she had no idea we were bringing them and proceeded to argue with us, called us liars and told the bride that “nothing was perfect” and when the bride stated we would just bring the items ourselves she stated that “it seemed to be stressing me out, so they would just take care of it”. Honestly, I am still in shock and disbelief of the treatment I received. It was clearly unacceptable, and I had no other choice but to request half my money back for items not received, services not performed, overall performance, and causing unnecessary stress and displeasure. But after several attempts (emails, certified letter) to contact them and a complaint with BBB, they have chosen to simply ignored me and have made no attempt to make things right. No explanation and no apology!

RLM was amazing. 10/10 would recommend. Attention to detail was on point, and the food tasted great.

We weren’t sure at first if we were going to find a venue that suited all of our needs until we stumbled upon the estate room & gardens at RLM affairs. After looking at a handful of venues not one of them compared to the particularly chic but very dignified vibe we found at the estate room & gardens. We were very satisfied with everything about our wedding and highly reccommend this venue!!

The estate room & gardens at RLM Affairs for our wedding was exactly what we were looking for in a venue. Large enough to comfortably accommodate our guests while simulateously giving off a very elegant but cozy feeling it was refreshing compared to the venues who clearly just do weddings day in & out- a building, four walls, dance floor here, people eat there, we knew that wasn’t what we wanted. It was SO refreshing to meet Resia, who right off the bat was willing to accomodate our everflowing questions, last minute changes, and anything we weren’t sure about whether we wanted or not without making us feel pressured about anything. She took our ideas and brought them to life more spectacular than ever imagined!!! Her space is so unique and truly a rare find we were so happy to secure our date here after looking at countless venues it was almost as if god placed her in our path. Our beautiful garden wedding was nothing less than perfect and our perfect venue helped pull it all together. Thank you again Resia and your amazing staff for an unforgettable day!!!!
