Had a nightmare of a wedding after party here. Arrived with 30 guests for a party we confirmed 3 months, 2 weeks, and then 2 days in advance. Staff acted like they had no idea we w...
ere coming, then proceeded to argue and fight with my husband and I. They yelled at my guests for entering the lounge, which they told me two days prior was for our private party. No one was wearing masks, even though they previously threatened to cancel my party if my guests didn't wear masks. Bartenders were serving drinks without any sanitary measures. We tried to make the best of it because it was late and we just wanted to end our otherwise perfect wedding day on a high note. They ended up charging me $300 for a party that never happened and when I took it to the owner, he called me entitled and refused to give us any refund other than 20% off a future booking. Claimed we didn't confirm our booking, was unapologetic and clearly just took our money and ran. Rooms were dirty, staff was rude and incompetent. Avoid at all costs.
