As a U.S. Army Veteran currently pursuing my Master of Business Administration, I partnered with my aunt to bring my expertise in business operations, marketing, and communication to Roaming Spirits FL. I handle the behind-the-scenes work that ensures every event runs as smoothly as possible. My passion lies in finding innovative ways to make your event stand out and creating an experience you and your guests will remember for a lifetime.

I’ve spent over 25 years in the hospitality and event industry, managing and owning brick-and-mortar restaurants. Creating memorable, meaningful experiences has always been my passion. There’s something incredibly special about being part of someone’s big day, helping them celebrate, connect, and enjoy the moment without stress. I co-founded Roaming Spirits FL with my nephew, Michael, to bring our shared love of service and celebration to life. While he oversees the online presence, marketing, and business operations, I focus on the in-person experience, setting up the bar, crafting beautiful cocktail menus, and bringing a warm, personal touch to every event. I love making weddings feel effortless, elegant, and unforgettable.

We actually came across this bar from our friend group and hired them just to do a small 4th of July party. We only had about 25 people at our event and 1/3 were underage and coul...

d not drink so they did a mix of fun mocktails and regular cocktails for the adults. At first I felt kind of silly having a bar for such a small event that was literally going to be in our front yard but Katrina made it so fun and engaged with everyone. The drinks were fantastic and the process was really smooth. Plus I didn’t have to worry about anyone being over served while lighting fireworks.
