Seumas grew up in a family that loved cooking and experimenting with new cuisines and coffee played a huge role in this. He was inspired by his parents' drive to produce a quality cup no matter their resources and this led Seumas to go on to study coffee in depth. Later, he and artist and barista Anna used this knowledge and love for coffee to establish this roastery. These experts perform the roasting of their coffee beans themselves, ensuring an authentic feel to each product.
