Welcome to Roast Coffee Catering!
We are Southeastern Wisconsin’s premier espresso bar caterer. With over 20 years experience in the specialty coffee industry, we pride ourselves on quality and professionalism, while making your wedding personalized and memorable.
We offer an All-Inclusive package, which means you and your guests will receive unlimited drinks, professional service, and top quality drinks served in ceramic cups throughout the evening. There are two packages you can choose from: the Short Roast Espresso Bar or a Customizable Package.
The Short Roast Espresso Bar is a 3-hour espresso service. You are able to choose the time that fits the flow of your reception. We find most of our brides coincide the espresso bar with after dinner drinks, dessert, and dancing. The Short Roast included unlimited drinks from the Traditional and Specialty Drink menu and all drinks are made-to-order by our professional baristas.
If you have a desire that doesn’t fit into the 3-hour package, we would be thrilled to work with you to create a customizable package to fit your needs.Send us the details and we can begin planning an unforgettable coffee experience!
Pricing is based on the number of guests attending your wedding. The number quoted includes the package price and taxes with no other hidden charges. Gratuity is at your discretion and can be given to the baristas at the event.
Finally, we work with a graphic designer that will incorporate the colors of your wedding to the menu. Call today and learn how Roast Coffee Catering can provide the perfect coffee for your wedding!
