Niko and his team did a fantastic job for our wedding! The food was incredible! We had delicious crab dip, beef, salmon, smashed potatoes, and salad. Guests raved over the food and we made sure, as bride and groom, to take a break from getting pictures taken to eat an entire plate of food. Niko and his team also helped serve the ice cream dessert that we had brought in. One other huge benefit of working with Niko is that Roasthouse’s events coordinator, Trish, worked as our wedding coordinator. She met with us multiple times and then went with us on site visits, before coordinating the actual wedding day. Trish is a pro and has a calming presence that kept us at ease. Even with all of the Covid protocols, Niko and Trish and the team made everything happen and did so in a way that made everyone feel comfortable and safe.
