nt team. From the very beginning to the very end, they were so much more than just people doing their jobs. On our wedding day, they felt like family, like close friends who genuinely cared about us and about making our day as special as possible. They were nothing short of amazing. From our photographers, Angie & Paolo, to our videographer Leo and his assistant Kristy, our DJ Ivan, our MC John, and even our photobooth attendant, whose name I regretfully can’t remember, every single person brought unmatched energy, kindness, and professionalism. The music was absolutely perfect, the vibes were immaculate, and the way they all worked together made the entire day feel effortless and fun. And don’t even get me started on how quickly we received our photos and videos. SO quick! I was honestly shocked. Yet despite the fast turnaround, everything looked absolutely stunning. You would never know how quickly it all came together because the quality was just that good. All of this is thanks to the man, the myth, the legend, Rob Hines. For two whole years, Rob walked us through every step of the process, answering questions, calming nerves, and always being there whenever we needed guidance. His care, dedication, and passion shine through not only in his work but in the incredible team he has built. I already miss this team so much. To anyone considering using them for your big day, I promise you will not regret it. They will make sure that when you look back on your wedding, you do so with a huge smile and if you’re anything like me, maybe even a few happy tears. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to the Rob Hines Entertainment team. We love you all endlessly🤍

ght the vibes for sure! We were on the dance floor the entire time and they played all the music we asked for, which was super important to us! The Photo Booth was super fun and well set up. 1000/10 recommend.

services- and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. From the very beginning, Rob personally communicated with us about our wedding day. Throughout the entire process he was available for phone or video calls to answer any questions that we had. I especially appreciate his emails with general reminders about the wedding planning process. As someone who is very organized, I loved Rob's attention to detail. His online platform, which included our day of timeline, playlist, etc. was extremely user friendly. Rob and his team ensured that our wedding day ran smoothly. Our DJ (Orlando) and MC (John) did an incredible job. The music was exactly what we wanted- our guests were up and dancing all night. We are still getting compliments about our DJ! Our videographer team was also outstanding. Leo (head videographer) was easy to work with and made us feel at ease. He worked extremely well with our photographer. We can't wait to see our wedding videos! Finally, our Photo Booth was a huge hit. The backdrop and props provided were great. Our guests truly loved the photobooth, and my husband and I love how we have access to the photobooth gallery. Overall, we are extremely happy with Rob Hines Entertainment and the services we booked. We 1000% recommend them to anyone looking to book these services for their special day.

the party was amazing. We had an awesome bilingual DJ/MC and the sweetest Photo Booth attendant. The set up was beautiful and we can’t recommend them enough!

ime to chat with me over the phone on various occasions during the planning process. His extremely organized and well-thought-out client portal helped keep everything in order and was very user-friendly. Both of the photographers were amazing and took the time to pay attention to every single detail. I received the photos back extremely quickly, and they turned out better than we could have ever imagined!

They fully supported all of our questions and helped us plan our dream wedding perfectly. The day of the wedding was a breeze with all their support. Even had a last minute change during the reception and they were able to go ahead and capture the rooms attention and got video and photos of it. Our pictures are absolutely beautiful and the video highlights all the best parts of the day. I would choose them time and time again. THANK YOU ALL ❤️

His photographers and videographers are so kind and amazing at their craft! we also hired him for entertainment and let me tell you- no one left the dancefloor! the DJ knew when to change things up to keep the party going. His MC was amazing as well! He guided us through the night to make sure we stayed on track. Rob Hines came to the wedding and was directing the whole night, he even came into the bridal suite to do a quick time check and check in which we appreciated so so much! His team was incredible- our photos are breath taking and our video is so personalized! We got our photos in a little less then a week and a teaser, highlight and full length film in 3 weeks! we could not have recommended them more!!

On the big day, his team truly delivered! The DJ and MC kept the energy high, engaging our guests and making sure everyone had an unforgettable time. The photo booth attendant was equally fantastic—fun, friendly, and making sure everyone got great pictures to take home. Most importantly, our timeline was kept orderly, allowing the entire event to flow smoothly without any stress. The crew was outstanding and great people to work with. They really went above and beyond for us and made one of the crucial parts of our day stress free. I highly recommend them!

ur wedding (Jazz Age/Art deco). Rob was able to guide us to pick the right songs in order for his team to understand the vision that we were thinking of. Moreover, he was able to assign the best DJ and MC for the job (Justin and Roco). Justin and Roco kept the reception party going from the moment it started. They were quick to adapt to some last-minute changes for the wedding party entrances without breaking a sweat. We booked the Topaz package, and the light show was totally worth it. Our guests continue to rave about what a great time they had and how amazing the music was, with seamless transitions from Jazz Age during dinner, 2000’s and oldies afterwards, and 90’s and current pop hits during our dessert hour. Overall, Rob Hines Entertainment is very professional and organized, and a must book if you’re looking for the perfect DJ and MC for your event!

nce your special day! Everything from the booking, to the planning, to the day of was a 10/10 experience. We booked photography, videography, and DJ services. The planning portal is so easy to use and helps you plan every detail of the day without being overwhelming. Rob Hines is exceptionally progressional and a real down to earth guy. He is there every step of the way to walk you through the planning. My favorite tool was the monthly checklist emails that gave helpful reminders and timelines of important things we should do (e.g, booking other vendors, sending out invites, setting up registries, etc.) Our church was OLPH in Brooklyn and our venue was the Vanderbilt in Staten Island. Our pictures are beyond phenomenal and we were so happy with our photography and videography crew. They were so professional and a pleasure to work with. The DJ and MC were amazing at moving things along smoothly. They read the vibe of the crowd and kept us on the dance floor the whole entire night. They took our requests and suggestions from the portal but also elevated it with their skill. We highly recommend booking with Rob Hines Entertainment!

tly caught our eye was the flower wall DJ booth, we had never seen that done before and knew that's what we wanted. When we inquired about his services, he responded very quickly. From beginning to end, he was hands on throughout the planning process and really helped keep us on track for our timeline. In addition to DJ services, our package included photography and videography. Big shout out to Angie and Richie for taking the most beautiful photos and videos. The memories captured that day far exceeded our expectations and we are forever grateful. Everyone was so professional and easy to work with. Our wedding was at Mulino's at Lake Isle and we couldn't have asked for a more beautiful venue. Thank you Rob Hines Entertainment for making the best day of our lives unforgettable.

rtise to bring our ideas to life and have everything flow seamlessly! Day of, our DJ, MC, saxophonist and Photo Booth attendant were not only the kindest people, but professional, hard working and the night went off without a hitch! Not to mention, they had everyone on the dance floor/Photo Booth all night long. We had the most perfect day/night that couldn’t have been made possible without Rob and his team! 1000/10!

fering all these services with a level of quality and value that exceeded our expectations. In the months leading up to our big day, we worked closely with Rob and our photographer, using his online portal to plan every scheduling detail of our ceremony, reception, and music. His guidance gave us a clear and realistic vision for how everything would unfold, ensuring nothing was left to chance. A special shoutout goes to Ritchie, who captured breathtaking footage of our waterfront wedding. His artistry with cameras—and even a drone—brought the stunning landscapes and unforgettable moments of the day to life. The DJ and emcee team kept the evening running smoothly and professionally, while the photo booth and its attendant provided our guests with high-quality keepsakes. One of the most impressive aspects was the remarkably quick turnaround time on our videos. We received our teaser, highlight, and feature films just as we returned from our honeymoon—a perfect way to relive the magic so soon after. In retrospect, we could have all communicated more about our vision for the video, but Rob and his team worked with us to ensure everything turned out just right. We couldn’t be more grateful for the expertise and dedication Rob and his team brought to our planning process and wedding day. These cherished memories, beautifully captured in videos and photo booth shots, will last a lifetime. We recommend Rob and his team for their experience, artistry, and professionalism.

hotography with them and it made the whole process so seamless and organized. Rob Hines and his team were extremely responsive. The photographers were INCREDIBLE both in personality and talent. The DJ and MC were so in-tune with our guests and we received so many compliments on the music for the evening. 10/10 recommend.

oto Booth. Of course we also had sparklers which were the hit of the party! Rob worked with us online to set up our playlist and planning, and he was such a great and positive presence. He really helper us in the lead up to the big day. DJ Ivan kept the crowd going all night, and all of our guests complimented us on the music. And everyone had a great time at the photo booth! I would definitely recommend Rob Hines entertainment to anyone getting married.

t the quality of their services and products. We felt so taken care of. We also had no idea what we were doing so we also appreciate the time that they took walking us through what to expect and norms. Everyone at our wedding had a great time! Do yourself a favor and reach out to Rob if you're planning a wedding!

was incredibly professional, attentive, and easy to work with. It was super easy to make an appointment and book a consultation, and the packages offered were great as well. They literally had everything we needed which made it so easy to not have to shop around for individual vendors. Rob made sure to understand our vision and preferences, tailoring the music and atmosphere perfectly to match our special day. We loved the ability to pick our favorite songs and special remix versions with the online portal. The system was super easy to use and helped us stay organized and style the vibe for our wedding. Orlando and John kept the energy high and the dance floor packed all night. From our first to last dance. We also got so many compliments on the photo booth! Monika was great and our guests had so much fun with the wide variety of props. The quality of the photos was also amazing! Going through them after the wedding was such a treat. Overall, RobHinesEntertainment played a significant role in making our wedding day unforgettable. During the planning process, he helped us navigate a few forms to keep everything organized so that we knew all expectations. It was unbelievable! 10/10 would recommend and will use again in the future. Best DJ company on Long Island, hands down.

enjoyable while also making it super simple. The owner, Rob, makes the entire process seamless for you and answers any questions while also offering amazing advice and providing his expert guidance. Their attention to detail and efficient system makes a typically tedious process very fun and easy. The day was absolutely perfect. Watching everything come together just the way we dreamt it was everything we could ever ask for. No one wanted to leave the dance floor and the only reason people did was to take pictures in the Photo Booth. I cannot recommend rob and his team enough. Do yourself a favor and book them for your next event!

ly recommend rob and his team to every bride and groom and their special moment. Thanks guys for everything.

is team. We hired them for photo, video, DJ and photo booth. And it was the best decision ever! We couldn't be more pleased with the entire team's professionalism and expertise. Rob was always so responsive throughout the entire planning process. Angie is a master of her art!! Best photographer, I cannot say enough good things!! If you are considering Rob Hines for any of your wedding entertainment, hire them. You will not be dissapointed!

ing with Rob, we knew we were in great hands. He explained everything clearly and was a wealth of knowledge. We were set up on the DJ portal almost immediately and were able to edit timelines, event details, and build our must play/don't play song lists with ease and at our convenience. Periodically Rob would send reminder emails that really kept us on track. At the event, our DJ and MC were incredible and professional. They kept the event moving along, worked really well with the venue staff, read the vibe of our crowd well, and didn't interrupt the music. We're thrilled with the service and our guests complimented the music too. We highly recommend booking with Rob Hines.

anning princess and truly took care of us every step of the way!! Your search stops here, hire them!!

.

thing we wanted. Our guests are still talking about how amazing our DJ was and how much fun they had. Ivan and Peter were fantastic and made sure they incorporated our Italian traditional music and had all ages on the dance floor all night long. If you haven’t booked Rob Hines Entertainment yet, do it!

also provided an MC and we got the Photo Booth package which included a separate photo booth attendant. The planning process was very straightforward with a very easy to use and comprehensive website that covered any and all bases. We were able to submit song requests, including songs that were "Must Plays" and "Do Not Plays". There was also a timeline page on the website that really helped us to organize the various events throughout the day. Rob was incredibly friendly and willing to work with us throughout the planning process. He was always available and could be reached by phone and email. We even had a video chat with him that helped us explain our vision for the wedding. On the day of the wedding the DJ at the ceremony made sure to play the specific versions of songs that we requested and all PA equipment worked, allowing the beautiful ceremony and cocktail hour to go off without any issues. The MC was fantastic and made sure to confirm with us the order of events, and was very good at getting the party started. My guests were raving about the DJ, saying that it was some of the best music at a wedding they've been to. The DJ was very good at reading the room and I don't think there was a time where the dancefloor was empty throughout the 5 hours. The photo booth attendant was very nice and good at getting guests to loosen up while they took photos. The photos came out great and we were sent a copy of all photos taken at the booth! I would highly recommend Rob Hines Entertainment as the company provides everything on the entertainment side in a simple streamlined way that makes you feel at ease so that you can enjoy the event.

luding Ivan, Angie, etc.) were simply the best - amazing, courteous, thorough, and above all, consummate professionals. From the moment we booked Rob Hines Entertainment, Rob walked us through each and every detail of our special day. As others have mentioned, his Planning Portal is so intuitive and easy to work with, it makes you think of ideas and items you wouldn't normally think of, and helps incorporate everything into one robust, easy-to-follow timeline. Rob then meets with you to go through it all, and by the time your Wedding Day comes, there is absolutely nothing unaccounted for. Additionally, a very special mention in regards to Rob's responsiveness - it didn't matter whether it was the week, weekend, day or night, as soon as I sent Rob an email, I received a response within the hour - absolutely incredible. If it was something that needed further discussion, Rob would schedule a Zoom call within the week. Simply put, the absolute best "vendor" we worked with during this entire 8 month process. We also had some cultural practices (i.e., choreographed dance routines) that we wanted to work into our Wedding Day. We thought about going with a DJ-service that "specialized" in this, but after our first meeting with Rob, we were sold - he had it all covered, and on the Wedding Day, his execution was flawless, and infinitely better than those who "specialized" in such Weddings. (Rob, the Westchester Pakistani community loves and thanks you for putting on such a great show!!!). Also, a special shout-out to Rob's Head Photographer, Angie, who went above and beyond during the photoshoots. She was so warm and patient, and always addressed the Wedding Party (i.e., Parents) with their personal names and official titles - never seen this before. Incredible. Any specific photo we wanted, Angie worked it in right away, and happily so. We just received a few sneak peaks of the Wedding Night, and 35 of the 35 sneak peaks are absolute home runs! During the Wedding, I had about 15 couples ask me about Rob's information because of the incredible show he put on, and I didn't hesitate for a second to pass along his information. For reference, we used Rob Hines Entertainment for DJ/MC, Photography, and Photobooth services, and having all of these must haves under Rob's umbrella saved us a lot of time, money, and heartache in searching for separate, independent vendors. Thank you to Rob and his entire team - we will definitely be using him again without a moment's hesitation for other family members events! My one takeaway for anyone reading this review...Stop, Hire Rob Hines Entertainment, and Rest Easy!

ith any questions your may have. Would love to hire them again for other events if I could!

etail, the time spent, and the true care that went into planning our special day was something that made this day even more special. The whole crew was first class and personable. Normally, you would think the planning process would be hard and stressful but with Rob's knowledge and ideas, it made planning that easy and extremely stress free. If you are doing any kind of special event, Rob and his crew are my suggestion!! My family is already talking about using him in the future. The photographers/videographer's creativity and personalities were first class and after seeing the sneak peek photos, we couldn't be more excited to see all the content from our special day!! The DJ kept everyone on the dance floor all night long and did not disappoint once! Overall, if you couldn't tell already, we could not be more happy with Rob and his company's services. Rob, a sincere thank you again and we hope to see you soon!

e to still continue getting all the shots we had scheduled. We totally recommend Rob Hines Entertainment to anyone that is looking for wedding vendors that are reliable and responsible.

ith Rob, he has been super attentive and helpful with our planning. His online forms made everything simple and easy to organize how the music was to be during our reception. We hired his company for our reception and our guests were always on the dance floor and raved about how much they enjoyed the music and MC, Ivan. We also had a projector set up to add some flair to our reception room which we definitely enjoyed seeing. Rob and his team executed well and we would highly recommend his company for any of his services! Enjoyed working with Rob all the way! Thank you so so much for everything! Joanna & Terence

ning process and truly brought our vision to life. From the DJ and videographers, to the uplighting, sparklers and clouds, Rob gave us everything plus more that our guests are still raving about. Even a last minute change that I had for our grand entrance that required purchasing equipment the day of the wedding, he made it happen!!! Oh, and I cannot forget how quick the turnaround time was on getting our wedding videos - originally anticipated a 4-6 month timeframe based on how long other vendors took for our friends & family, but Rob delivered ours within 4-6 weeks, which is unheard of. Thanks again for everything Rob!!!

end. The online portal system was an easy process and they did a great job with our must play/ do not play song lists. Everyone raved about the music selection (they still talk about it and our wedding was in October) and the dj had everyone dancing all night. We got so many compliments on the uplighting, it really made the venue pop, especially with our Gatsby theme. Rob even came to the reception and stayed the whole time to make sure everything went perfect, even helping us with the little things. I definitely would recommend Rob and his team for any future events you have!

My best friend provided me with Rob's info and we hired his team for the MC, DJ, Photographer, Videographer - complete with a drone. He spent the extra time to meet with us in person and review the event portal that we had to fill out prior. It was great that him and his team were so organized and of course, wonderful to work with.
