My husband and I got married on New Year's Eve 2023 and have been waiting until we had enough time to give Rob Martin Studio the review they deserve. We would give them a million stars if we could! Rob and his crew captured our wedding day in a way we could have only dreamed of. Their professionalism, talent, and energy was unmatched. We reached out to Rob after stumbling upon his Instagram and after one phone call, my husband and I knew we needed him to shoot our special day. He listened to our requests and honored them the day of. We knew we had a large bridal party and we wanted classic pictures, but we also didn't want to spend hours taking photos. He was quick and efficient and knew exactly the positions he needed us to be in so we were able to get our shots and get the fun started. Throughout the night, Rob got the most insane shots of my husband and I, our families and our friends. I remember looking at my husband asking if Rob and his crew left and my husband pointed at them all dispersed so discretely and out of everyone's way. At no point throughout the fun of the night did I feel like they were seeking our attention for pictures, but yet they managed to get pictures of us that captured the love and pure joy of the night. When we got our album and trailer back, we just smiled and cried and relived the whole night. The night itself is pure magic, but it is fleeting. Rob and his crew left us with photos and memories to last us a lifetime! We cannot thank Rob and his whole crew enough for capturing our night so seamlessly. There is no one else I would recommend!

Rob and his team were responsive, timely and professional. Rob had us put in the specific shots and family photo combinations that we wanted, and ensure that we were able to get all of these important photos. He was familiar with the Garden City Hotel and that made it so much easier for us to maneuver the logistics of moving a wedding along. The sneak peaks were absolutely gorgeous and the final album is just sublime. I highly recommend Rob Martin to any couple getting married!

One word… AMAZING! My husband and I booked Rob Martin Studio for our October 2023 wedding and we’re so thankful we did. We knew we wanted to go with Rob after a single phone call. Outside of loving his work and style of photographs, he was such a pleasure to talk to, answered every single one of our questions, and was one of our easiest vendors to work with. Let’s face it, you spend more time with your photographer than your partner on your wedding day and it’s important you like them as person too! The day of the wedding Rob & his team showed up on time and ready to go. Right away they started snapping photos and video content. They got every single shot we wanted at both our Church and our venue and not once did we feel rushed or overwhelmed. From the family pictures, to our portraits, and our handful of special request photos - the team handled everything with ease. Once the reception started, I only remember seeing the team during our entrance and cake cutting. We never felt like the camera was in our faces - which was a big one for us as we wanted pictures of everything but also wanted to enjoy the night. We got our photos back within the timeline told & they are absolutely beautiful! I cannot recommend Rob Martin Studios enough. For any couples considering them…do it. Book them. We cannot say enough about how INCREDIBLE Rob Martin Studio is! My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Rob throughout our entire wedding process. We chose Rob and Rob Martin Studio because of the beautiful work that is featured online and from personal experience having been in bridal parties that Rob has photographed. Rob did our engagement photos in October of 2022 and our wedding in October of 2023. Throughout the entire planning process Rob was our easiest vendor to work with. He responded to us quickly, was more than accommodating to our photo requests, personable, creative and genuine. Our wedding day was a bit chaotic due to last minute family illnesses and rainy weather, but Rob and his team put us and our family/bridal party at ease with their professionalism and warmth. Rob’s creative eye allowed for us to get every photo we asked for. He worked with the rainy weather and made sure that we had the best possible photos and video. Whenever we post a photo from our wedding on social media or show our family/friends, we get endless compliments of how beautiful our photos are. Honestly, that is all you can ask for when looking back at your wedding day. Having Rob and his team as a part of our wedding day, allowing us to have these timeless memories was the best decision we made in terms of our vendors. We truly could not have asked for better!

We were fortunate enough to have Rob and his team capture our wedding day. We could not be happier with the photos and videos! From start to finish Rob and his team exceeded our expectations in every way. We were drawn to Rob because of his natural photos. Then ultimately decided to go with him after our meeting with him because he made us feel so comfortable and was a genuine guy who wanted to make sure our day was captured perfectly. We had a great experience using Rob and his team! We had told him from the very beginning we weren’t into any of the “corny” pictures, and that we wanted to get many shots in without having to be a slave to the camera our whole wedding! With that said, he took what we requested into consideration and got many great pictures, and we felt we weren’t being pulled left and right missing out on our day to do so! My husband and I used Rob Martin Studios for our wedding on 12/9/23 and were so glad that we did! Rob and his team were extremely easy to work with leading up to the day and on our wedding day! His calm organized presence was exactly what we were looking for in a wedding photographer. He went above and beyond to adapt to whatever photos we wanted on our wedding day based on the weather and certain family shots. Rob and his team were able to efficiently conduct all of our formal photos before cocktail hour and took amazing natural candid photos of wedding guests and the venue during the reception. He was able to get teasers to us within 2 weeks which was incredible!! Rob was even able to coordinate a rehearsal dinner photographer last minute, which was truly appreciated. Overall, I would 100% recommend Rob and his team and I would use them again in the future.

We booked Rob and his team for our wedding day at the Heritage Club at Bethpage and we could not be happier with the results. Some photographers may want you to do all the work but, for me and my husband, we knew we needed someone who had clear direction, vision, and knowledge on how to make us look our best. It was obvious even from our engagement photoshoot that Rob’s knowledge of how to capture the beauty of someone’s marriage and the journey they take to get there would create literal magical memories we are so happy to have forever! Even on the day of our rehearsal dinner and on the day of our wedding, Rob and his team was so calm, collected, and polite to all members of the wedding party. Additionally, we used Rob’s videography team as well for our wedding. The video makes our wedding day look like a real life movie! I can’t say enough good things about Rob & his team! He did my cousin’s wedding a few years ago and I knew I had to have him when I saw her pics. Rob is so easy to communicate with and truly cares about all the little details that you take the time to plan. I received my trailer & full gallery way before the timeline on my contract. We both have a huge family, with a lot of little kids, and Rob’s team handled it with ease while being kind at the same time. Our photos are stunning. We had the pleasure of working with Rob for our wedding on 5/28/23. Right from the start, I knew he was the right photographer for us not just because of his gorgeous work and candid style, but also because of the highlight reels on his IG where he talked about his process, how he handles the big day, etc. He sounded so personable and knowledgeable, and I’m happy to say it was all true. Rob made us feel totally comfortable and was incredibly friendly from our first phone call with him, to our engagement shoot, through our wedding, and to the final delivery of our image gallery and videos! He and his team were professional and responsive throughout the entire planning process. We received sneak peeks 2 weeks after our wedding and got our full photo gallery about 12 weeks later. Rob and team were such a pleasure to work with at our wedding back in September! We are so happy with both of our short trailer films--they are an amazing compilation of all of the highlights from the day and something we will continue to watch and enjoy forever. Rob's videography team was so friendly, patient, and calm the day of--even when it felt like we were going to be rained out--and they worked extremely collaboratively with our photographer and captured everything on film. We had the pleasure of working with Rob Martin studio for our September 2022 wedding at The Garden City Hotel ( including an engagement shoot at Long Beach) and we felt so grateful for the relaxed and calm energy that he brought to our special day, with tasteful styling, and an impeccable eye for detail! He gave great guidance during the day and was very flexible and thoughtful about making sure the photos and video captured our personalities. His ability to stay present and his openness to go with the flow of the day also allowed us to capture some spontaneous photos right as a train was coming by which ended up being one of our favorite unplanned shots of the day :) We had a large wedding party, some crying babies, a lot of feelings from my favorite flower girls, and a few bee stings occurring that day and we loved how he rolled with it all, unfazed and focused on capturing our day so beautifully! When toasts went longer than expected, he stayed to make sure he got all of the important moments on video. When creating our trailer, he made sure that it was exactly what we wanted. Rob Martin Studio was listed as a preferred vendor with our venue. When researching our options, I noticed his account and work stood out far more than the others. Light, airy and natural but still formal, timeless, beautiful photos. After the seal of approval from a former bride/client, my fiancé and I decided to book with him. We did our engagement shoot first and that’s when we really knew we made the right choice with Rob. He was caring, effective, and knowledgeable. We were nervous about pictures feeling awkward or posed/rehearsed but Rob lead us through everything and made us very comfortable. Come the day of our wedding, everything went off without a hitch. Rob (and his team), that we also hired for video, were a calm force in a hectic day. Keeping things on track, falling into the background when necessary, but keeping things moving and people in order when appropriate. He is so calm, yet assertive and productive- which is so important on a whirlwind day with lots of moving parts. We received sneak peeks shortly after our wedding and our album and video in a timely manner. Any questions I had throughout the process were answered quickly and throughly.

He communicated well with us and made sure that we had all the shots that we wanted at the wedding. When Rob first arrived, his demeanor was very calm and relaxed. I remember saying to him, “You’re calm and it’s making me calm.” As a bride, I didn’t realize how much I needed that on our actual wedding day. Later in the day, when my family was being pushy about getting certain photos, he handled them and me with such grace and patience. I can’t thank him enough for that! My husband and I decided to hire two photographers and one videographer. It was the best decision we made. We knew that we wanted to spend less on other areas of our wedding so we could invest in this incredible team! The photographs that we have received are absolutely beautiful. It brings me right back to the day of the wedding. The photos are so pure and candid that you can relive the day over and over again. These photographs are going to last a lifetime and beyond! The video is just as special for us as well. Rob Martin definitely has a gift for what he does and having him be apart of your special day will just make your day that much better. I even had a few bridesmaids tell me that his demeanor was incredible and that you never know if your photographer is going to be pushy or demanding on the day of your wedding. Hiring Rob will be the second-best decision from your wedding day, the first is, of course, the person that you are choosing to spend the rest of your life with! After having a bad experience with another photographer, Rob was such a breath of fresh air and had an amazing presentation of his work and what he would do for us. We knew right there he was our guy!! We felt so comfortable with him during the engagement shoot, he was very patient and went along with whatever shots we wanted to take even if it meant taking a hike through Central Park on the hottest day. When it came to the day of the wedding it was such a relief to see a familiar face and again he was so comfortable to be around. His crew was so nice too. They did whatever it took to get the best shots and you could tell they had so much fun experimenting with location and lighting we felt so cool. Communication from beginning to end was amazing he answers almost immediately every time. Photos came out STUNNING and the videos helped us relive the absolute best moments, even things we didn’t see! Also the way he has the pictures categorized in the website we get is so organized and easy to sort through he is so detail oriented. Don’t look any further Rob is your guy hands down.
