s very helpful in finding the perfect setting and diamond. I had saved up the money I needed for the engagement ring and wanted to use that money and not credit to purchase. Somehow, Robbins Brothers ended up persuading me in going with a credit company they supported instead. They ran my credit through two different companies and opened up accounts on two different credit cards I didn’t agree to. The account they used had 0% interest for a year but in the fine print, it said if you didn’t pay off the ring within the first year, the full price would be put back on the card at a ridiculous APR. Because of this, I just wanted to pay off the ring and not worry about it any longer. I tried to get in touch with Robbins and Brother’s management to find out which company they went with but they couldn’t tell me which company they signed me on with because they didn’t have the paperwork. And they couldn’t tell me how to get in touch with them. When I finally figured out which company it was and got in touch with them, they went though made it very difficult to pay off the loan price and to cancel the card. While my fiancé (now wife) loves her ring, I will never shop at Robbins Brothers again or recommend it.

We over looked that first time incident and purchased my husband wedding band there. We tried to purchase mine there but they no longer carried the band to match my engagement ring. The sales associate didn't even offer to help me find a ring at another Robbins Bro I had to do all the leg work. She tried to sell me something that looked awful with my ring. Our set wasn't too cheap but I felt like if you didn't spend 10k with them you weren't worth their time.

I returned to the store to purchase my Husbands wedding band and I am VERY pleased with the product and once again the service. I quite honestly LOVE this store and think of it as a family jeweler! Great Product, Service, and Professionalism ! I will definitely be going back and recommend it to others.

They also offered a full warranty on the ring, which makes you feel much better about making such a big purchase. The one downside to them and most higher end jewelry stores is they do treat people differently based on if they look like they have money.

e band for my engagement ring broke (dont ask me how, I really could not tell you). I called them around 3pm and told them what happened and that I was getting in less than a week. The manager assured me that even though they were short staffed, they would be sure to get my ring done in time.. and boy was she right. Just a day and a half later they called to let me know my ring was ready to be picked up. When I got to the store, they handed me my ring and asked if I had any other jewlery that I needed to be cleaned for my big day. I handed them my earrings from my ears and when I got them back they were even shinier than with I first got them! Beautiful rings, fast service and friendly staff. overall great experiance

I also saudered my rings together and it is even better than before. They even have "An After I Do" section for the anniversaries to celebrate. I can't wait to look!
