Friendly staff for the most part and very helpful. Very professional and the rings are gorgeous.

My Husband got my engagement ring here and I loved the level of service when we were looking at rings and the same excellent level of service every time I come in to get my ring cleaned. I also LOVED the ring he chose. Robbins Brothers also went out of their way to customize the stones in the ring as I had wanted Sapphires for the side stones. Would definitely recommend this place as they make you feel special every time you come in.

I used Robbin's Brothers for our wedding bands because we were so happy with the service for my engagement ring. Annie, the manager, is the best. She makes sure you leave happy with all things perfect. She helped me pick out gifts for my bridesmaids and made my groom feel very comfortable, which is hard to do. She helped a lot and I can never repay her for all she did. Great selection of rings here and they can custom design anything as well. I had to have a band custom made because my E-ring didn't have one already made. BEST staff ever!

Robbins Brothers Fullerton was my husband and I's one stop shop for my engagement ring and both wedding bands. They were so helpful in finding the style and diamonds we were looking for, plus their credit card/payment plan with no interest for the first 12 months is the perfect option for all young engaged/newly wed couples like us! What was even better was their lifetime warranty option that comes with yearly cleaning to help keep our rings looking as beautiful as ever. Another plus was that when I selected my wedding band I opted for a wrap, which fits over my engagement ring, and their in house jeweler was able to connect my two bands together a week before the wedding so they would be one ring forever, at no charge! If you're in need of engagement rings as well as wedding bands I would highly recommend Robbins Brothers as one stop shop!

My husband and I went to this location when we started talking about getting engaged. I had an idea of what type of ring I wanted, so I took my picture and showed it to the sales associate there. I believe her name was Angela. She walked around the entire store with us and let us look at every ring to see what I liked. She didn't make me feel like I was rushed to make a decision and I liked that she would take the ring I liked and compare it with another ring I liked to see which style was more of what I was looking for. I ended up with a beautiful ascher cute diamond engagement ring with a halo around it. Also, it came as a set, so we didn't have to worry about matching a band with it. And the price was great (my husband and I had talked about a budget before, which Angela was great at staying in that price range). She throughly explained every type of ring they sold and also showed how their rings are good quality. This business also has a program incase anything happens to the ring, you just need to come in once a year and get your ring inspected. Everyone at this location is very helpful and I couldn't be happier with my rings :)

We went in the store to look at wedding bands and left with one. :) We were extremely pleased at their selection. My wife wanted a drop in band where the engagement ring is placed into the band which makes it one ring instead of the look of 2 rings. They had many to choose from and everywhere else we had looked, they didn't carry such wedding bands. Great selection and great price.

We bought our bands here and my husband also bought my engagement ring here and we recieved the best customer service. Matt is amazing and made the process easy and smooth. Great quality!

I initially went to robbins brothers with my fiance and picked out a ring which was hard to do because their selection was so great. I ended up having two rings put together to create the perfect ring which made it uniquely mine. Our salesperson , Angel was the best!!

Good value, great selections of rings, I love the way you can select yur diamond too and the sales peopke actually show you the different types of diamonds so you van make an informed decision when you are ready to get the ring of your dreams.

The cost of the ring might be stopping you from getting married. Dont let it be. The have a great selection and at all cost. Layaway too.

My husband and I loved the selection and friendly customer service we received at the Fullerton store. We worked with Dan and he helped us special order my husbands band because we found it online. We also LOVED their finance plan. We were able to get 18 months financing with no interest! I would totally recommend this store to my friends and family.

My husband got my ring here and then we went back to pick out my wedding band. I love my ring. The lady helping us really wanted me to buy a different ring then what I wanted. I kept explaining what I wanted and she would tell me, "No, you want this one instead."

They were very helpful in picking out my ring and not too pushy.

My husband and I bought my engagement ring and our wedding bands from Robbins Brothers, so happy! My husband asked me what I wanted in an engagement ring and I had no clue, so my mom and I looked at rings online (i.e. BlueNile.com) and I wasn't finding anything I liked. Immediately upon finding Robbins Brothers online, I found the perfect ring! I went and tried on a couple different rings so that my husband could pick his favorite and surprise me. I love my ring, it's unique but simple! I have yet to see my style ring on any other woman. :-)

We purchased my husband's ring at Robbins Brothers. They have a very friendly staff. We bought a cobalt ring, which cannot be resized. Turns out his ring was too big, but all we had to do was send them back the original ring and they sent us one in his true size. They have a LOT to choose from too!

They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy!

We went shopping at Robbins Bros and they are so patient and kind. They gave us time to just look and discuss what we like without hovering around. They are very willing to answer any questions and gave us all the time we needed without having us feel rushed.

Nice but pricey

While Robbins Brothers can be a bit pricey depending on what you're looking for, the service is incredible. They're very helpful and have a beautiful assortment of jewelry!

Rings are insured so if you loose it they will replace. Very good for those who always loose things.

My husband bought both my engagement ring and wedding ring here. The staff was either really nice and helpful or really snobby. They took a really long time getting my engagement ring built and were not very good at calling and checking in. Also, when they saudered my engagement ring to my wedding band it ended up being a little uneven. Although I love my ring and it turned out great, not sure it was worth the months wait to get it!

Staff is very attentive and knoweldgeable. Every visit to the store was a pleasure. Love that they have a childrens play area as well as the great coffee and bottled water. Makes it a great all around experience

My husband, then fiance, purchased my engagement ring from Annie at Robbins Brothers. He raved about his experience there and the knowledge he gained from Annie so much, that we decided to get out wedding bands there as well. Their service is wonderful and they are quick. We know we can always go there or call if we have a question or concern.
