g sized by the deadline which they did. 2 weeks later we brought it back due to seeing what looked like a crack in it. The shipped it to their corporate office where it stayed for almost 2 months. The office said due to the issue they recommend having the ring re-made from scratch. Which Robbin’s Brother said would be almost $2k but they would split the cost since we bought the lifetime warranty. This is on top of the $5k already spent on the ring which I still do not have back from them. I received better service and quality from the box stores, Kay’s and Zales. I told the manager that with the cost of the ring I expected a quality product and that I am just going to get a ring elsewhere. She then said I couldn’t get a refund due to being after 30 days. I explained that they had possession of the ring within that period and she changed to being the ring was sized from 10 to 7.5 it voids any return. If you want to waste money check out this place. If you actually want to get a quality product DO NOT SHOP HERE.

As we perused the various types of diamonds, he stopped and said let’s go to the Simon G collection. Needless to say we were captivated by this line of diamonds and we fell in love with one of the men’s wedding bands. He then took us to the back and we began a financial process, which was very seamless and straightforward. We ordered the ring and two months later we came and we picked it up. On December 24, Christmas Eve we picked up my fiancé‘s wedding band, and finished the purchase/pick up with DENNISE!!! I thought that we were finished…. Until I realized that I was still in need of wedding bands lol. Because the Simon G collection was so beautiful, that was the first place I wanted to look for mine, unfortunately I was a little disappointed in the female wedding bands… maybe because I was wanting something with a little more pizzazz. She knew I wasn’t feeling it, so then she made a recommendation to the exact type of ring that I was looking for which was the bubble floating Diamond! I had never even heard of that! but the fact that she knew it would spark my attention made me love her even more. She even practiced being my fiancé‘s best man while passing the ring and trying them on… (of course I had to have 2 bands making this passing process more complicated) She was so pleasant, so friendly, not to mention hilarious, and it was such a joy working with her beautiful spirit inside and out. I love Robbins brothers, the people here are fantastic and they know their stuff! Aaron and Denise also insured us that the life and quality of diamonds purchased from them would ALWAYS be up-kept. 10/10 recommend! When you go, ask for Aaron or Dennise! They definitely won’t disappoint!
