I have never been to the one in San Diego but they helped my husband pick out the perfect ring for him and got it sent ASAP so he could propose while we were in San Diego for vacation. The one in Scottsdale, AZ is amazing as well! They helped us with our wedding bands while we live here for the time being.

My husband and I loved working with Gina. She’s so incredibly sweet and genuinely helpful. Gina helped my husband pick out my engagement ring. Then she helped when we took the ring into the store to get resized. My husband purchased the protection plan so resizing wasn’t an additional cost. We were so happy with Gina and Robbins Brothers we went back there to purchase our wedding bands. It was so easy and Gina completely understood what we were losing for and the price we wanted to pay. I would recommend the protection plan, it’s worth it for the lifetime resizing guarantee itself. They did a beautiful job on the engraving as well!

Spectacular customer service and quality rings! Robbins Brothers sells all ethically sourced diamonds which my husband knew was important to me before proposing, which is why he chose to go there. When we went to pick wedding rings, Garrithan was so helpful! He was patient with my indecision for a few hours (thankfully it was the middle of the day and there weren’t other customers!), and he helped my husband design a custom ring! Mr. Seung (sp?) did such a beautiful job in creating my husband’s ring--it was better than he imagined! Out of 3 rings (engagement, and both wedding bands), we have 2 of them that are one of a kind thanks to Robbins Brothers! Every time I come back (sizing, cleaning, etc) I feel so welcome in the store and they always offer beverages and are so nice. I’m so thankful my husband chose Robbins Brothers!

We got our ring here in May and it was the PERFECT experience. The saleswoman knew exactly what collections to show us based on our descriptions. They were the most professional and friendly out of any other jewelers we'd been in (at that point more than 15), and didn't once ask us if we were shopping for a "promise ring" (we're 25, not 15, no thanks Zales.) We didn't feel upsold or pressured at any point, and found the most exquisite ring! It didn't feel like a big chain store, it was a much more personal and individualized experience. They also have a stunning selection of ethical and lab grown diamonds, and totally stayed within or below our budget in everything we were shown, which was unusual and refreshing. People normally oooh and ahh over your engagement ring, but this one in particular gets a lot of attention, the styles are pretty unique and exquisitely designed. 10/10 will be back for wedding bands!

First of all, my husband first purchased my gorgeous engagement ring here. After visiting several other jewelers who were rather snotty, rude, and charged ridiculous amounts, we returned to Robbins brothers. We found exactly what we wanted within 20 minutes for a fraction of what other jewelers would charge for the same thing. Everyone was helpful, professional, down to earth, and friendly.

Robbins Brothers wasn't a ton different than some other jewelry stores however we did not ever feel pressured to purchase our rings there which was nice. I hate going into jewelry stores normally because they are trying to shove things down your throat and make you decide right then and there. Robbins Brothers gave us all of the information that we needed and sent us on our way to decide at home and come back if we chose. This made the experience much more relaxing. Also - Shulra was the best sales person EVER! We purchased our engagement ring from her, went back for my wedding band and then again for my husband's wedding band. She always responds right away when we contact her and is more than willing to go out of her way to make your experience the best! This is what will keep us going back for other items in the future!

We went here to look at engagement rings and were very please with the professionalism and quality of everything. We were never pushed to go outside our price range, and found that they had very beautiful rings for less than $1000. My husband bought my engagement ring there, and we ended up getting our wedding rings there as well and couldn't be happier with them.

From the moment I stepped foot into Robbins Brothers, I felt like I was being catered to. I explained that I wanted to design the engagement ring for my soon to be fiance (now wife) and I was able to see loose diamonds under the microscope, choose the band, type of metal and setting. I can truly say her ring is one of kind. They explained every step of the way and it wasn't stressful at all. Their patience and knowledge reassured me that I was making a great purchase.

My husband has a great story about ring shopping here and playing "name that quality" with one of the jewelers. I have the most gorgeous ring and the people here are friendly. When shopping my husband asked them to "up-sell" him and they refused, it isn't their policy. Definitely get your ring here! I get compliments all the time!

My husband ended up surprising me with a second wedding band at the alter when we exchanged rings & I couldn't have been more surprised or happier. The ring selection at Robbros can be overwhelming but when you have a sales associate like Freedom to help you, all in the engagement world seems to be good and happy :) Go to Freedom at Robbros- she's THE BEST!!! :) Especially if you want a no hassle sale. She goes with your pace and only shows you what YOU want without trying to sell you all the time with stuff you don't like and want.

My fiance and I went to Robbins Brothers to pick out a wedding band to fit with my engagement ring. My ring was not designed as an engagement ring, so doesn't fit with pre-made wedding bands. From looking at other stores, I had decided that I didn't want diamonds on my wedding band, but wanted white gold (to match the engagement ring) perhaps with some engraved design. While Robbins Bros had a huge selection of beautiful rings, the person that we were working with clearly didn't listen to anything that I had asked for. He tried to sell me on the band that came closest to fitting my ring (a very pricey platinum and diamond band), emphasizing that it was my only option. When I asked about getting a white gold band custom fitted to my ring, he said that it would be possible in 6-8 weeks, but they wouldn't do engraving on the outside. In the end, I went to Collins Family Jewelers in Mira Mesa, who listened to exactly what I was asking for and gave me a beautiful custom ring for $600 less than I was quoted at Robbins Bros and did it in two weeks. Plus, their customer service was amazing. I don't typically like jewelery stores because I fear that the sales people are about as slimy as one would imagine a used car salesman, and unfortunately Robbins Bros fit that stereotype perfectly.

Overall, our rings were a good value for their cost. My only complaint is that the first time we came in, the woman who helped us really pushed for us to buy our wedding bands that very day. Even though my haband bought my engagement ring there we weren't sure if we wanted to buy our bands there. We decided to not buy the rings that day, but did return a couple weeks later when another woman helped us who was less pushy and gave us time to peruse their selection and ask questions. We bought our bands that day and have enjoyed the complimentary cleanings multiple times since then!

THe store has a decent selection and can also special order an item. I went in there with several rings i liked printed and they were able to steer me to the perfect wedding band. Service was quick and easy
