I don’t usually write reviews but after acting like a prick, I feel it necessary.
First let me say that I had a very bad week trying to pull off my last minute engagement plans. No...
thing seemed to be as easy as I thought. I went into Robbins Brothers and unfortunately was not approved on credit. I left angry and embarrassed and was mean to the sales associate. I wish I knew her name and I would apologize publicly. The next day, she actually called ME to apologize. After speaking for a while, she suggested a co-signer. I could tell she genuinely wanted to help me. To make a long story short, the next day I brought in my Dad and she made it happen. I am so thankful.
The store has a huge inventory, and offers coffee and tea. The store is beautiful and warm welcoming.
The manager even came over to thank me for my business. She didn’t even get offended when my Dad hit on her (so embarrassing). Robbins Brothers has my business for life. Don’t worry, I won’t bring Dad in anymore.
Incredible service! They were very patient with me as it took a while to pick out just the right wedding band for my unique engagement ring. I still look at my wedding band every d...
ay and how perfect it looks! I was very impressed with the service and fun I had with my husband picking it out. We love this place!!
We went to smaller jeweler before going to Robbins Bros, but ultimately ended up buying our rings from them. We loved that the gentleman that helped us at Robbins Bros was not push...
y at all. We visited some other jewelry stores and felt hounded to open a credit card or make a purchase that day. At RB's we didn't feel that way at all. We ended getting the exact rings we wanted for an insane price, we were so happy to save some money especially with all the other expenses of a wedding. Definitely visit them first!
My husband purchased my engagement ring and wedding band from Robbins Brothers in Fullerton. I decided to go there for his ring as well! My husband brags to everyone about the ama...
zing experience he had while shopping for my ring. He said Kirsten was so patient and understanding with him and went over all of the the ring shopping basics and answered all of his questions. I also went there for his wedding band. They had an amazing selection of men's wedding bands. We chose the Tungsten. Both of our rings were engraved! Robbins Brothers truly prides themselves in their work, craftsmanship and quality. Would recommend them to everyone!
Great service
We are very happy with our experience at Robbins Brothers. We bought my engagement ring at the Fullerton location and EJ helped us choose it. He was a little pushy even though we t...
old him we were only looking and did not intend to buy that day (though my husband came back and bought the ring the next week), he was still very helpful and we are very happy with the ring we bought. Dan the diamond specialist was excellent as well and we love that they do cleaning in-house rather than shipping rings off to another location.
Absolutely love my rings! Robbins brothers is the best!
Friendly staff for the most part and very helpful. Very professional and the rings are gorgeous.
My Husband got my engagement ring here and I loved the level of service when we were looking at rings and the same excellent level of service every time I come in to get my ring cl...
eaned. I also LOVED the ring he chose. Robbins Brothers also went out of their way to customize the stones in the ring as I had wanted Sapphires for the side stones. Would definitely recommend this place as they make you feel special every time you come in.
I used Robbin's Brothers for our wedding bands because we were so happy with the service for my engagement ring. Annie, the manager, is the best. She makes sure you leave happy wit...
h all things perfect. She helped me pick out gifts for my bridesmaids and made my groom feel very comfortable, which is hard to do. She helped a lot and I can never repay her for all she did. Great selection of rings here and they can custom design anything as well. I had to have a band custom made because my E-ring didn't have one already made. BEST staff ever!
Robbins Brothers Fullerton was my husband and I's one stop shop for my engagement ring and both wedding bands. They were so helpful in finding the style and diamonds we were lookin...
g for, plus their credit card/payment plan with no interest for the first 12 months is the perfect option for all young engaged/newly wed couples like us! What was even better was their lifetime warranty option that comes with yearly cleaning to help keep our rings looking as beautiful as ever. Another plus was that when I selected my wedding band I opted for a wrap, which fits over my engagement ring, and their in house jeweler was able to connect my two bands together a week before the wedding so they would be one ring forever, at no charge! If you're in need of engagement rings as well as wedding bands I would highly recommend Robbins Brothers as one stop shop!
My husband and I went to this location when we started talking about getting engaged. I had an idea of what type of ring I wanted, so I took my picture and showed it to the sales ...
associate there. I believe her name was Angela. She walked around the entire store with us and let us look at every ring to see what I liked. She didn't make me feel like I was rushed to make a decision and I liked that she would take the ring I liked and compare it with another ring I liked to see which style was more of what I was looking for. I ended up with a beautiful ascher cute diamond engagement ring with a halo around it. Also, it came as a set, so we didn't have to worry about matching a band with it. And the price was great (my husband and I had talked about a budget before, which Angela was great at staying in that price range). She throughly explained every type of ring they sold and also showed how their rings are good quality. This business also has a program incase anything happens to the ring, you just need to come in once a year and get your ring inspected. Everyone at this location is very helpful and I couldn't be happier with my rings :)
We went in the store to look at wedding bands and left with one. :) We were extremely pleased at their selection. My wife wanted a drop in band where the engagement ring is place...
d into the band which makes it one ring instead of the look of 2 rings. They had many to choose from and everywhere else we had looked, they didn't carry such wedding bands. Great selection and great price.

mom and I looked at rings online (i.e. BlueNile.com) and I wasn't finding anything I liked. Immediately upon finding Robbins Brothers online, I found the perfect ring! I went and tried on a couple different rings so that my husband could pick his favorite and surprise me. I love my ring, it's unique but simple! I have yet to see my style ring on any other woman. :-)

Nice but pricey
While Robbins Brothers can be a bit pricey depending on what you're looking for, the service is incredible. They're very helpful and have a beautiful assortment of jewelry!
