Because the Simon G collection was so beautiful, that was the first place I wanted to look for mine, unfortunately I was a little disappointed in the female wedding bands… maybe because I was wanting something with a little more pizzazz. She knew I wasn’t feeling it, so then she made a recommendation to the exact type of ring that I was looking for which was the bubble floating Diamond! I had never even heard of that! but the fact that she knew it would spark my attention made me love her even more. She even practiced being my fiancé‘s best man while passing the ring and trying them on… (of course I had to have 2 bands making this passing process more complicated) She was so pleasant, so friendly, not to mention hilarious, and it was such a joy working with her beautiful spirit inside and out. I love Robbins brothers, the people here are fantastic and they know their stuff! Aaron and Denise also insured us that the life and quality of diamonds purchased from them would ALWAYS be up-kept. 10/10 recommend! When you go, ask for Aaron or Dennise! They definitely won’t disappoint!

I actually came in right before our wedding day to get the ring cleaned. No questions asked, they cleaned my ring (purchased there) and my family's rings as well - so they would look good in pictures. We are always welcomed with a smile. Love coming into the store. They really make you feel special and ask about other details of your wedding and day. Feels like a family store (in a good way!).

I would give this location 5 stars because of her, but on one occasion, Anaeli was out and we were assisted in picking out my wedding band by a man named Michael. He was awful. He belittled my choice of using plantinum for my band instead of white gold due to my metal allergy and laughed that we were deciding to “pay so much” for my ring to ensure I didn’t have an allergic reaction. He prided himself in telling us how much less he spent on his own fiance’s engagement ring. He made us second-guess our choice for the wedding band stating, “I hope these fit together. I guess it’ll be fine if that’s what you want”. Pretty much the worst service ever from Michael, which was a great disappointment when we left previous times in joy and excitement. That night, I wanted nothing more than to just leave. Luckily, the other times we came in, we were able to be assisted by Anaeli and did not see Michael in the store again. However, if he still works there, I would seriously consider if he should be in the business if he bullies his customers the way he did to us. Extremely unprofessional. So happy we were assisted first by Anaeli, or we likely would have taken our business elsewhere.

The store does a top-notch job! From the cold beverages, to the ESPN on the TV in the man cave area, to the diamond rooms, it's all done very well.
