In the historic village of Granville, on carefully tended grounds, stands the Robbins Hunter Museum at the Avery-Downer House.
Weddings, receptions, cocktail parties, seated dinners, corporate meetings, client cultivation, holiday gatherings, and birthday and anniversary celebrations are just a sampling of the events that are ideally suited to our venue.
Our Long Room accommodates 50 guests for a fully seated reception, 75 guests for cocktail reception with limited seating, and 100 guests for a cocktail reception. Tenting of the lawn is permitted and may be considered as an option to increase capacity.
The Tina and Dale Knobel folly in the museum garden is a Greek Revival Performance Pavilion within the garden that serves an intimate gathering place and allows for small public and private events including private parties and weddings.
