Roberta Mauro Photography is a wedding photographer based out of Peabody, MA, just 30 minutes outside of Boston. Roberta Mauro’s photography style can be described as natural and authentic. She delights in juxtaposing soft lights with strong shadows, resulting in vibrant imagery that vividly captures her subjects. She is happy to service those celebrating in the surrounding areas as well as surrounding states, or to further destinations upon request. Roberta is honored to follow in the footsteps of her grandfather, who was also a photographer. Having grown up with an abundance of images, she believes in crafting timeless photos for her clients. Originally from Brazil, Roberta can speak both English and Portuguese and is happy to accommodate to-be-weds in either language. A dog-owner herself, she would also be delighted to include any four-legged family members in your session. Roberta Mauro Photography is committed to capturing the precious moments and dazzling highlights of each couple’s special day. oberta is extremely talented, organized, personable, and efficient! Leading up to our wedding day, Roberta helped create a day of timeline, assisted with organizing a list for all our family formals, and prepared us to be able to quickly and efficiently capture all the photos we asked for on the day of our wedding. We had a mid October wedding without doing a first look so we knew we were going to be risking loosing daylight quickly after our ceremony but Roberta being the amazing photographer she is, captured every single photo with time to spare and even got us back to our cocktail hour to enjoy with our guests for the last 15 minutes! It has been less than a week since our wedding day so we have not seen any of our photos yet but we already know they are going to be incredible and something we will cherish for the rest of our lives. I would recommend Roberta to everyone and cannot wait to book her again for all future photo shoots! If you’re still on the fence, BOOK HER! You will not regret it!

Looking back on our photos from our engagement and wedding, we’re reminded of some of the happiest days of our lives, and we’ll have these beautiful photos to enjoy and relive over and over again for years to come. One of my favorite things about Roberta is her ability to make everyone feel at ease and comfortable in front of the camera. In all of our photos everything looks uniform and everyone looks happy, without the photos looking “staged”. She had us prepped ahead of time with a shot list and made sure we captured everything on that list. The day went so smoothly, and we will cherish our photos. We received over 1,000 wedding photos, well ahead of the due date listed on our contract. We ended up using our engagement photos for our guest book, which she made, and it was absolutely stunning! When it finally came time for our big day, Roberta and Arielle were there early scouting out for a first look location for us. The team not only captured our day so perfectly but were also a big part of running the show making sure we were on schedule with the day and making sure we got all the shots we wanted and didn't know we needed.I can't say enough good things about either of them! ith Roberta in her studio just before COVID hit in 2020, and as soon as she started to answer each of my husband's tech-related and what-if scenario questions, I knew I had found the one for him too. We were so giddy that we found THE ONE and ultimately ended up changing our wedding date so that Roberta was able to be the main photographer on our date. Her entire team has an amazing portfolio, but we loved her eye - it's truly something magnificent. Then COVID happened. Roberta was beyond patient as our plans changed over time (about a millon times), and was prepared to adjust our initial contract for our larger wedding to meet the needs of our new micro-wedding plans. Roberta was there for each step as we booked our new venue, worked with all our vendors to come up with a timeline that met the needs of everyone - all while keeping us focused on getting the best possible photos. The day of the wedding Roberta was a force - she wrangled our friends and family like no other, kept us laughing, calmed my nerves, rolled with the punches of the inevitable schedule change and delay, and even helped my husband and his groomsmen put on their boutonnieres. Our gallery is stunning and we are SO excited to dive into the difficult task of choosing photos for our album. We cannot wait for future sessions with Roberta, as we know we've found our family photographer for life. She is one of a kind! Hire Roberta - you will not be disappointed!

The pictures are absolutely beautiful, I had tears in my eyes as we looked through them. After the ceremony, we took family portraits and wedding photos at Salve Regina. e we met with a few more after her, we ended up liking her work the most so booked her about eight months before our wedding date. During our wedding, she was perfect – we usually despise taking pictures and forced poses, but Roberta did it with such ease and great directions that we didn’t mind it at all. She gave us solid instructions of what poses she wanted us to do, which was exactly what we wanted because we had no idea how to pose/act, and then captured so many great candid shots during the reception that were awesome. She got so many great pictures/angles during the ceremony and reception and I didn’t even see her 90% of the time. Finally, the pictures came out AMAZING. We’ve had so many friends, colleagues, and family members comment on how great her work was. We’ve even had friends-of-friends reach out to tell us how great the pictures came out.
