. I called twice and emailed her once without a reply. I understand that those pictures didn’t cost very much, but she was still paid for a service and she didn’t provide the correct product. She could have had the professional decency to at least call me back. After reading a review from a married couple that hired her and never received their wedding album that they paid for, my husband and I are dissapointed, but not surprised that she never got to me. Apparently, we were not high enough on her priority list to deserve a phone call back or an apology. We would never hire someone who won’t even acknowledge that they made a mistake. There are plenty of wonderful photographers in this area who are way more professional.
