We used Robin Wood Flowers for our daughter's wedding in October. We had an outstanding experience working with Sadie and her team from beginning to end. Sadie listened to our ideas and helped us bring our vision to life flawlessly. The flowers, both for the outdoor ceremony and the indoor reception, were gorgeous. The bridal table, a long feast table for the entire bridal party, was magical. The team who installed the flowers was also wonderful. We are looking forward to working with Robin Wood Flowers again for another daughter's wedding this May!

We loved working with Sadie from Robin Wood Flowers. She helped us realize our vision and was willing to meet multiple times to make sure we were happy. The final result was better than we could have ever imagined. I especially loved my bouquet, the growing garden, and the floating candles. 10/10 recommend!

Planning our daughter's wedding as out-of-towners was a challenge in itself. Robin and Sadie made the entire process so easy..... and the flowers were stunning! Their designs and recommendations for how to best utilize the charm of the space and yet create the intimate atmosphere my daughter and son-in-law envisioned were perfect. The urban chic setting was magical with their creative yet understated décor.... window sills, shelves, ceremony space, tables as well as bouquets and floral accessories were all unique...… and the combinations of flowers and rich colors were unlike anything I have seen at recent events. Robin Wood Flowers came highly recommended, and I would use them again in a heartbeat!

They did flowers for my wedding and they were beyond beautiful. The pricing is very reasonable as well, and they are easy to work with and get in contact with. Everything went really well. Would highly recommend.

Holy moly Robin Wood and her team are superstars! I had a very clear vision of what I wanted for the reception and Robin and her team complimented that vision with outstanding recommendations on types of flowers and greenery. They took my vision for my bridal bouquet and bridesmaids' bouquets and made it 100 times better with using unique flowers and greenery that tied into the rest of the flowers for the event. Sadie is absolutely incredible. She was such a good consultant and helped me bring the vision to life with great recommendations. The floral arch they put together for my ceremony was unreal! So many guests commented that they felt we brought a piece of nature outside in. I remember looking down my head table during dinner and thinking "WOW to say they absolutely nailed my vision is the understatement of the century."

It was so great working with Robin and Sadie! They are both the sweetest. We only met with them a couple of times as we were planning the wedding from out of state, but they were able to nail exactly what I was wanting based on our short time together. From the various pictures I showed them, they were able to create such beautiful arrangements that looked even better than I could have ever imagined. Would definitely recommend!

I highly recommend Robin Wood! She, and her staff, are extremely professional. They transformed Music Hall, for my daughter’s winter wedding reception, into an unbelievably, beautiful setting. The most professional and organized staff I worked with during my entire wedding. Robin and team were so amazing and helpful. Robin Wood – where do I even begin! I was absolutely stunned when I saw how beautiful my flowers were for the wedding! You truly took everything I showed you and created something that was my very own and they were just fabulous! I got compliments on them all night and then again from the Hotel Covington staff the next day. They were just crazy beautiful! I can’t even begin to thank you for making my day so special. What can we say about Robin and her team? She was easily the single best decision we made for the wedding. Robin has seen it all and, if you listen, she will dispense more wisdom and helpful advice than any other source you will find. A 10-minute conversation with Robin and her team saved us roughly a week of back and forth with other vendors and, quite possibly, minor disappointment on the day of the wedding. On top of this, the product Robin and her team delivers is extraordinary. Yet another great decision on our part was letting Robin’s team do what they do best. Early on, we had a basic concept and we discussed colors, but asked Robin to make each table unique. Our thought was they are the artists and we are not. We had 14 total tables and guests were floored with the flowers. Many went from table to table taking photos because, while there was a theme, there wasn’t monotony. Some tables were lush and overflowing; others were simple and elegant; but every table was a work of art. We were surprised and delighted when we saw the completed room for the first time on the day of the wedding. And, if that isn’t enough, every single person we encountered on Robin’s team was a delight beginning with Robin herself. We had a problem with our venue and didn’t get the final room layout until a few days before the wedding. The room was going to require more flowers than initially anticipated. Robin rolled with that change, but every single punch we threw her way in those final days leading up to the ceremony and there was no loss of quality. Even now, over two months after the wedding, guests are still talking about the flowers as the best they have seen. Quite frankly, we will never be able to thank her enough.

Robin Wood Flowers was absolutely perfect. They brought my vision to life!! The urns by the altar, the bouquets, centerpieces, and other floral pieces were all done expertly and beautifully. In addition, Robin and Sadie and the rest of the team is poised, kind, communicative, professional, and easy to work with. I really could not recommend them more.

Robin Wood is the best of the best in Cincinnati for florists. She has so much creativity in her floral arrangements that all you really have to do is give a brief explanation of your color scheme, vision, and theme, and boom, you're all set. I went for a rustic, French country theme with soft whites and pinks for the flowers and aqua ribbons. Robin was spot-on with the floral arrangements. Not only that, but the votives and bases were beautiful mercury class that we were able to rent. She offered tons of beautiful votives and vases for rental that really fit the theme of the wedding, and I wasn't stuck with 50+ votives at the end. The large pedestal pots in the church at the ceremony absolutely made the wedding photos, and I highly recommend! Robin was quick and super responsive via email and they were very prompt in the delivery of the flowers to the hotel on the wedding day. Flowers absolutely make a wedding, and you get the whole package plus more with Robin Wood. All flower vendors cost about the same, but her arrangements are a step above the rest. Book with Robin Wood!

Robin Woods Flowers is the best florist in Cincinnati!! We hired them to create our bouquets, centerpieces, boutonnieres and floral arrangements for our January wedding reception. Everytime we spoke with a wedding vendor in Cincinnati during the planning process -- whether they were a band, caterer, photographer, or venue – they all had great things to say about Robin and it is easy to see why. Robin and Sadie were professional, personable, easy to work with, and their work is amazingly beautiful. We highly recommend!!

Great!!! Robin Wood was fantastic. She was recommended to us by the Cincinnati Art Museum and her work was phenomenal. She took care of everything and knew several small details that I might have missed. We even rented table numbers, table cloths, etc. from her and she took care of it all. The flowers were great! She isn't the cheapest, but spending the extra money is worth it if you want your flowers to make a statement. I would recommend Robin for any wedding.

Such a wonderful experience! When we met with Robin Wood for the initial visit we actually met with Robin herself and her daughter, such sweet people. I'm not a flower person so I told them the colors I wanted incorporated in the bouquets, size and shape and left the rest to them. On our wedding day our flowers were perfect! They did a wonderful job picking the flowers and incorporating my colors into them. Also, we were surprised to see the bouquets all arrived in there own vases in individual bags instead of boxes like most wedding flowers. My married bridesmaids were all envious that everyone got their own vases! It was absolutely perfect! Highly recommend!

Words cannot express how beautiful the flowers were for Logan’s wedding. We expected them to be really good because we have been familiar with your work over the years, but what you and your team did was so far above really good. Everyone at the wedding told us how magnificent the flowers were and that they had never seen anything so beautiful. We agree, we have never seen anything so beautiful. Our wedding flowers were stunning! Robin is SO talented. She did an incredible job and I was absolutely blown away. From the centerpieces to the floral runners to the fresh peonies she had shipped in, to floral cake embellishments, bouquets, garlands, wreaths, everything was impeccable. I live in San Francisco and planning a wedding across the country isn't easy, but Robin always made herself available on short notice every time I was back in Cincinnati. She is professional and incredibly talented and has exquisite taste. I would hire her again in a heartbeat. I never really thought much about flowers and how much of an impact they make until I was planning my wedding and of all the flowers I have seen Robin's are the most beautiful. Where do I begin? Two daughters getting married in one year. Robin was the first person I called. I have been aquainted with Robin Wood florists for years, and the beautiful work she and her team does, so when my daugters became engaged, there was no question as to who we were entrusting to handle these weddings. Robin and her group made the experience an absolute pleasure. Their ability to produce each individual girls vision was so professional. Having two weddings in one year is trying on any parent. Robin managed to not only juggle the vision, but was sensitive to the constraints of budget, while creating the wedding of their dreams. Every step of the process with her group was one of patience, excellence and professionalism. They truly care, and will provide you with the most unbelieveble wow factor. The best part of the day was knowing that when we walked into each of the venues, we were excited and confident that the flowers and displays would be more then what we expected. I was so excited to have Robin do our flowers. I had even recommended her to two other brides. On my wedding day, I had received the bouquet and it was stunning. However, upon arriving to our venue I was shocked to see hot pink flowers. Our wedding was supposed to be white with a touch of blush pink and the flowers were bright pink.I was very disappointed. My mom spoke with Robin and she apologized, but she never reached out to me personally. She expressed that she completely messed up and that the contracts all said that I wanted white and blush pink, not bright pink. The floral budget was one of our biggest and I was very disappointed in Robin Wood. Our other vendors were incredible and this was truly our biggest disappointment.

Our flowers were so beautiful! They were gorgeous in person and made our pictures even more beautiful. Robin was so easy to work with. Could not have been happier.

We really enjoyed working with Robin and her team. I felt special and excited every time we went to meet with her. Her enthusiasm and passion for flowers makes the process so much fun. I choose Robin Wood Flowers because I had seen such beautiful flowers arrangements at a friend's wedding. I did research on other options, but knew this was the right place for me. By the time I met Robin, I had met with several other floral and event designers in the Cincinnati area. I had even reserved my date with one and paid a deposit, but felt uneasy with the decision. After meeting with Robin, I knew that she understood my vintage, Gatsby glamor theme. I forfeited my deposit with the other vendor, and put my trust into Robin. She was helpful in coming up with ideas and inspirations for decorating our ceremony and reception venues. She also developed a sample so that we could envision how our day would look. While the sample was beautiful, the actual day was beyond what we had envisioned and truly took our breath away. The flowers were lush, beautiful, and fresh. My bouquet had beautiful blush roses, peonies, and cascading orchids and blush ribbons. It was a vintage masterpiece. The centerpieces made a huge statement, which is exactly what I wanted. She ordered ostrich feathers specifically for our wedding, and they looked amazing in the arrangements. The orchids had huge, incredible blossoms. I really wish I could've stayed in our reception room longer, because it was so beautiful. It was fun to watch our wedding video for the first time and see the guests whispering "wow" when they walked in. Robin and her team truly blew everyone away! I wish we could have another wedding this year so that we could use Robin again!

Upon first meeting Robin we were blown away. She understood our vision and seemed truly excited about it. I was using paper flowers for some areas but wanted to carry real flowers. She had great ideas incorporating the two and making it look seamless. With our second meeting, a lot of the elements and details discussed from the first had been lost or forgotten. A couple days before the wedding we had to drop off some of the paper flowers to be incorporated into my bouquet. When my mother dropped them off, the staff still had details messed up or were missing whole ideas. But my mother corrected them once again. On our wedding day, the flowers arrived were hues of pink when we asked for hues of orange. The fathers had huge roses which we specifically asked for berries for them. The corsages were all the same, when we asked for the mother's to be different and were also roses which we did not want. I will say, although they were not what we were wanting the flowers were beautiful all the less and were extremely high quality.

My daughter and I met with Robin Wood to discuss flowers for her recent wedding and immediately knew that we wanted to use her her floral shop! She did not disappoint, the flowers were exquisite! We wanted a spring look in early fall and the flowers did exactly that. She provided the flowers at rehearsal and church and reception and they all were wonderful. The day was a warm 80 degrees so everything was perfect. We had a springtime wedding in September.

RWF is by far my favorite vendor. The centerpieces, bouquets, ceremony flowers -- everything was more than I could have ever imagined. The flowers were fresh and the quality of the hard work was evident. The flowers stole the show!

I had seen Robin Woods Flowers arrangements at various events, and they always looked amazing. I was impressed that all my planning was done with Robin herself, and not delegated to one of her designers. Robin was very customer service oriented, even traveling to my wedding venue herself to measure the railings I wanted to decorate (instead of asking me to do it). I had colors and flowers in mind, but left the final design up to Robin so she could choose what was looking the best that week. When my bridal bouquet arrived for pictures, I was in tears over how more than perfect it was. It was more beautiful that I could have ever imgagined! The same was true of the flowers she did for the venue, ceremony, tables and my cake. I got so many compliments from guests on the beauty of the flowers, and they look amazing in all my photographs. My groom was even so impressed that he stopped by to thank Robin for her amazing work on our wedding. They may not be the cheapest florist, but you get what you pay for - personal service, gorgeous flowers. We will definitley use them for future events too.

I could not recommend Robin Wood Flowers more. I came to them with a moderate budget and a dream of a wedding that was going to take some creativity. I was able to sit down and hash out my vision with them and they took it and ran with it. They did not change my vision, or try to put their own ideas ahead of my own. Instead, they joined me in my dream and seemed to genuinely enjoy helping me make it a reality. The moment my personal flowers arrived, my entire wedding day became something out of a wonderful dream. They were more than I had imagine and the skill and talent was evident. The reception was full of the most creative and intricate arrangements that were, absolutely, the talk of the party. I have received more compliments on the flowers than any other part of my wedding. That is saying something.

I met with Robin on several ocassions to plan the flowers for our shabby chic wedding. She was able to figure out exaclty what I wanted from the first meeting and was a blast to work with! She also helped my mother learn to make her own small arrangements! The centerpieces, bouquets, corsages, etc all turned out amazing! I couldn't have been happier and our reception looked amazing!

Robin and her team did an amazing job of making everything come together and fit the Scottish theme. We let Robin have the freedom to do what she felt would work best and really only answered her questions in regards to what flowers we liked. The flowers came in perfect from the bouquets, the boutonnieres, center pieces for the reception, and the ceremony. Robin also made a number of suggestions in regards to the ceremony flowers so that we could dry them and display in our new home. I highly recommend Robin for your special day.

Robin Wood Flowers did an amazing job on my wedding day flowers! I knew I wanted Robin to do the flowers even before I had a venue booked. When I met with her for the first time she not only helped me with flower ideas but also had ideas about photographers, bands, and venues I should check out! I had a very specific image of what I wanted the flowers to look like but could not find any pictures to show Robin as examples. I explained my ideas to her the best I could and she totally ran with it. I felt like flowers were the only thing I didn't have to worry about when it came to planning the wedding. When I saw the flowers for the first time on the afternoon of the wedding I was truly impressed. Everything was ever more beautiful than I could have imagined!

My flowers were absolutely GORGEOUS! They were exactly what I wanted and dreamed of!!!!! Robin was so classy and professional to work with. Each flower boutique was beautifully designed and smelled divine! I even added a few other items at the last minute and it was no big deal and every thing was delivered just right. My only sadness is that I didn't get to enjoy each flower more!

Beautiful flowers but pretty pricey. If I had to do it again I probably would have picked someone less expensive. They were absolutely beautiful though and she was very receptive to my ideas. Also, the flowers were not delivered to our hotel room they were dropped off at the front desk of the hotel (I was told they would be brought to the room) and they were not delivered. So I had a minor freak out right before we were supposed to leave for pictures because we didn't have them. Thankfully someone thought to look at the front desk.

Our flowers were gorgeous! Robin did a great job of listening to our thoughts and ideas and creating exactly what we wanted. She also donates some of the flowers to local hospitals after the event, which we thought was a great idea.

For someone who knows nothing about flowers but wanted the most unique bouquet possible, this was the only choice. The mix of blues, purples and orange just popped and made my wedding stand out.

I had no idea flowers could be as beautiful as the ones at my wedding!! I felt like I didn't even express to Robin enough specifics or concepts, and what she provided was 100% what I'd imagined and really so much more than that. Everything was perfect in terms of colors, textures, even the fullness and number of flowers was perfect - not too much and not too little. She took so much time to figure out what I would like (when I had a lot of trouble determining what that was) and delivered exactly my idea of perfection. My mother, my mother in law, my friends, family - EVERYONE commented on how amazing they looked. The flowers really brought the wedding together in a way I didn't expect, and made the day absolutely beautiful! I am loving every time I see them in my pictures. Also, my bouquet was the prettiest thing ever. I did not expect to love it so much, but really. She is amazing. I've never even been into flowers at other people's weddings and now I'm obsessed with the ones at mine!!!

Perfect flowers for a small wedding!

I loved my flowers, all of them. Robin wood was very organized and on time for the wedding, they were willing to deliever the flowers to several different places too.
