WOW is what I will start with. This review is strictly for Robin's so this is where the focus is in this review (other vendors have their own reviews).
We had just the reception...
@ Robin's with about 65 ppl and Shelley was a true GEM to work with from start to finish. We were very impressed with her approach with our initial contact via email that it left us with no questions to ask for quite a while. We had a small hiccup about a month and half before the wedding but Shelley and our coordinator made sure that everything happened the way it was supposed to and it was beyond fabulous! Because of the natural beauty that surrounds you when you are in their garden we honestly did not need much at all in decorations but what we did use was a true match in beauty and surely made the tables breathtaking. And the food was out of this world delicious so much that our guests were talking about it for weeks after the wedding. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this restaurant is and moving forward whenever we are in the area we will make it our mission to stop in and enjoy another fabulous meal. If you are looking for the small intimate wedding or just the reception, look no further because Robin's Restaurant/Shelley will NOT disappoint!!! Thank you Shelley and Robin's Restaurant for giving our daughter and our new son the reception of their dreams. We honestly couldn't be more grateful.
I hosted my reception here for 31 people after I had to change things up and relocate my wedding a month beforehand due to Big Sur mudslides and road closure. Shelley was very flex...
ible and helped to change the event from a rehearsal dinner to full reception after a quickie ceremony in Fiscallini Ranch nearby. She was very friendly and quick to respond at all times. The restaurant was even prettier than pictures (flowers in full bloom) with AMAZING food. All my guest were especially impressed with the appetizers and moist salmon! The only slight negative I have is the large costs for the heaters and their alcohol situation was a little wacky with trying to estimate guest needs. Overall I think hosting my wedding here was even better than my original plan and can't recommend working with Shelly and Robin's Restaurant enough!
Shelley with Robin's Restaurant was an absolute dream to work with! She is an angel; so kind, so attentive, so flexible, and quick to respond to emails/phone calls. Robin's is a be...
autiful restaurant with delicious food and organic, peaceful vibes. The garden out back is incredibly well maintained; the flowers seem to be flourishing all year-round. It's a gem on the central coast, and such an affordable option. Our wedding reception had about 40 guests, and it seemed to be the perfect amount for the space! The food was amazing--the appetizers, pacific coast buffet, in-house made desserts. Our guests were so pleased with the overall experience. I highly, highly recommend having your intimate reception at Robin's! Such a lovely, wonderful, & special experience!!
Robin's Restaurant has a beautiful garden located along side their restuarant. We frequently visit Cambria, walking by Robin's numerous times, only to find out while searching for...
our venue the amazing garden they have. If you are having an intimate ceremony/reception, max 90 ppl, this is the place! With all the beautiful greenery and flowers in the spring/summer/fall, you have to do very little decorating. I wanted twinkle lights, so we had a late fall afternoon cermony, with evening reception. It was gorgeous!!! I couldn't have imagined anything better than how it turned out. You are approximately a half mile from the beach, so we were able to do our couple pictures on beach, at sunset. For being on/near the coast, the price was the most reasonable found (after researching 30 venues). The food was phenomenal! We didn't have anything left over. Shelley, who handles everything there, was amazing and helpful! Highly recommend Robin's for a budget conscious bride/groom!
