Robinson Cleaners

Took my wedding dress to Robinson Dry Cleaner in Wyoming. I selected them because they do on site cleaning (don't ship it off) , they seemed reasonably priced and they are local. Sadly, they ruined it. The dress is primarily lace and had directions to hand wash only, not only on dress but on dry cleaning tag. It appears they ran it thru the machine. It came back with several snags that caused over 20 large holes II stopped counting) in the lace. Their attempt to repair it was to gather the lace and sew the hole shut, leaving a trail of visible white thread and puckers all over the dress. They also did not fix all the holes. The bodice is separated from the skirt, and there is a tear on the side seam from it being hung incorrectly. The blue ribbon I had sewn in was shredded. I am left with no choice to file a claim at this point for the cost + alterations to the dress.
