Rachel recommended several calligraphers, and the one that she suggested for our suite was really outstanding both in terms of service and talent. Rachel made it really easy to work with the calligrapher as well, sending him envelopes directly and early to ease the process for us. We received our invitations last week, and were blown away by the quality and craftsmanship that went into each piece. what we wanted but sat down with Rachel and talked a little bit about us, our wedding venue and some of our favorite things and she just went with it. What came out of it were little pieces of art that I am OBSESSED with. Rose gold pressed perfection. Rachel was a JOY to work with and my husband and I always commented after chatting/meeting with her that she felt like a friend. We also used Rachel for all of our wedding day extras (programs, escort cards, welcome bag notes, table numbers, signage, etc.) and it all came out so awesome and personalized. I am not very creative so it was great how I could tell her in a confusing way what I thought I wanted and how she just brought it to life. Her prices are reasonable and SO worth it! If invitations are important to you, you MUST work with Rachel!

15 wedding, it felt like we were talking with an old friend over coffee. We went to her with a million different ideas and she helped us sort through different concepts and decide on a design that was right for us. She makes herself available to you and you feel like her only customer. On several occasions, we spoke over the phone at length about different options for the invitations, which was incredibly helpful for me in figuring out what we could do. She’s a genius in getting your vision just right, but is also honest if something about the design isn’t working. She also respects your budget and helps to think creatively how you can accomplish what you want within your own financial parameters. To top it all off, she’s extremely professional and always sticks to her deadlines. All of this concluded with me staying under our budget and having invitations that looked AMAZING. I am so happy with how they turned out. After our invitations were done, I went back to her last minute to design some signage for our wedding; she happily accommodated and was able to turn around something quickly for a very reasonable price. I came to Rachel with a specific (yet extremely vague) idea of what I wanted my paper goods to look like, and what techniques I was most interested in. She was able to use my ramblings, and my budget, to create a beautiful, customized wedding suite that went above and beyond my expectations. I loved being so involved in the aesthetic process while being able to take a step back and give Rachel control of the project.
Rachel is calm, reassuring, and above all, warm hearted, which both my mother and I truly appreciated during the whirlwind chaos of wedding planning. The week of my wedding, there was a delivery mixup of the day-of materials. Worry not! Rachel quickly remedied the problem, putting in extra hours on her end to make sure everything was perfect and ready on time. When it came to invitation design, she made a gorgeous mountain design invitation that complimented our save the date perfectly without being too matchy. She even found us neon orange ink to work with. Basically, Rachel rocks. She is great at what she does, incredibly responsive to feedback, and also very intuitive--there were many times where she was able to put into design something that I had been unable to articulate clearly in a conversation, but was hoping for nonetheless.
