Our wedding at the Rochester Hills Banquet Center was absolutely incredible. From start to finish, the experience was flawless, and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue for our special day. The venue itself is stunning and was perfect for our vision of an indoor ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all at one location, with a gorgeous garden patio outside. Not having to worry about weather was such a relief in the weeks and days leading up to the wedding! The walls of windows and skylights provided plenty of beautiful natural light throughout the evening, and the four gorgeous chandeliers and the rest of the beautiful decor contributed to a glam, inviting, beautiful atmosphere or our celebration. The food was SO delicious, and the kitchen and wait staff expertly navigated the many food allergies that our group of guests presented. The bar was well stocked, accommodated our signature drink ideas, and was tended expertly. Dawn, our day-of coordinator with the venue, was exceptional. Her organizational skills and calming presence ensured that everything went off without a hitch. She managed every detail with precision, allowing us to relax and enjoy our day knowing that everything was in capable hands. She and Nina made us feel so taken care of from the moment we first visited the venue and throughout the planning process. Every staff member - valet, bar, wait staff, kitchen, managers, everyone - was so professional and kind. Perhaps most notable: RHBC was the MOST AFFORDABLE venue we found. The booking process was so transparent - no hidden or surprise fees. We were honestly shocked at how much bang for our buck we were able to get at RHBC. If you're looking for a venue that offers not only a beautiful space but also a team that goes above and beyond to make your day special, Rochester Hills Banquet Center is the place to choose. Dawn, Nina, and the whole staff helped make our wedding unforgettable, and we will always be incredibly grateful for their hard work and dedication.

oordinator, you won’t regret it! She is the kindest most wonderful person and made my day and the entire process so easy. The food is literally to die for and we are still receiving compliments about how beautiful and amazing everything was. I recommend them to anyone getting married or having any type of event. I wouldn’t have changed a single thing for my wedding. I had people getting dawns info for their weddings the night of mine because of how amazing everything was!! You will have no regrets using Rochester hills banquet and dawn for any of your events 🤩🤩

team did an amazing job of not only setting up our flowers favors and the entire room, but they also kept the wedding party + immediate family organized. Every guest raved about the food and just how beautiful the venue is. It’s going to take us weeks to respond to all our messages telling us just how incredible this night was. Thank you!!

I found Rochester Hills Banquet Center through my wedding planner, they came highly recommended. My wedding was held at The Guardian Building which has nothing to assist in caterin...

g- no water, no kitchen, tables and so many rules on “cooking food” Dawn, Ivan and their whole crew helped everything go off without a hitch. They cooked outside and no one knew the difference. I planned my wedding from Arizona, it was simple working with Dawn and she was great at giving recommendations when I needed them. Our family is still raving about the food, some of them have debated going to Michigan just to have their food again (we live in Arizona). We used Rochester Hills for our bar as well. They brought their own bar and glasses which added so much to the whole event. At the end of the night Dawn packed up our left overs and we fed the city!  Dawn and her team in combination with my wedding planner Dalia went above and beyond for my husband and I. They folded napkins and helped move the chairs from the Ceremony to the tables during cocktail hours. These were things they did not need to help with and were happy to do so to help my day run smooth. I am so very happy with their additional effort and care they put into our event.

good that people still come up to us (a year later) to tell us how great it was. You literally cannot go wrong. Even though this is a banquet center, the food is better than some restaurants that I've eaten at. As many brides begin overlooking banquet centers for weddings, this place should not be overlooked.

ith and did a great job at showing us the venue, as well as sat down with us to show pictures of previous ceremonies, receptions, and their menu. Dawn also spent time talking with us to figure out what we wanted and needed for our event and crafted a quote for us at the time of the tour. We are unsure if this venue is going to work with our budget at this time, but if you are looking for a venue that is beautiful and has superior staff to support you on your big day, this is a great place to check out!
